Museumsstüberl in Muenchen

Booked weeks in advance for dinner for two. We were dumped at the end of a table with another group of 6, when the table was already only meant for 6 people. Either they forgot our reservation or they have just atrocious service and dont care about small groups of two. We gave up trying to fit ourselves in the table and just left after a drink, despite it being a Saturday night and having no bookings elsewhere. I love eating out in different restaurants, have tried many in many cities and rarely reccomend against a restaurant - but I would strongly recommend against this one, especially if you arent local to the city or are in a smaller group. Highly disappointing.

Wir waren 10 Leute und hatten vorher reserviert. Bier war sehr gut, Essen war super und die Portionsgröße sehr gut. Die Atmosphäre ist toll und das Personal sehr nett. Alle waren zufrieden!

The best Schweinebraten incl. Crackling Ive ever had. Food was absolutely out of this world for Bavarian cuisine. Highly recommended!

What a great little gem of a pub/beer house

Ein Stern für die Location. Das essen konnten wir leider aufgrund einer unfähigen Bedienung nicht bestellen. Wurden ignoriert und wenn dann nur recht kalt abgefertigt. Schade die Location würdemehr hergeben.

Esse eine Frechheit. wir waren zu fünft dort .Rahmschwammer ! 5 Teile von Pilzen auf dem Teller, Brezel war hat ! Brot auf Wunsch gab es nicht! Wein ging aus! nicht zu empfehlen das Lokal

Das Essen war halbwegs okay. Augustiner Dunkel hatte einen extrem metallischen Geruch. Keines der vielen Biere war bis zum Eichstrich gefüllt, darum auch nur 2 Sterne.

Sehr schönes, altes Gemäuer. Einfaches aber leckeres Essen zu normalen Preisen. Ich hatte einen Schweinebraten.Mehrere internationale Touristengruppen, die zur Bierprobe kommen.

Ein wirklich nettes kleines Biermuseum für Nostalgiker. Normale Preise für München, aber ohne Voranmeldung wenig Chancen zum Abend-Dinner.

The best beer hall in Munich. Not so much for the beer, which is always excellent, but for the splendid service. Our Kellner told the whole story about the building and the beers. Spiffing!

Übriges, gemütliches Stüberl im Herzen von München mit zivilen Preisen (Helles 3,4 Weissbier 3,7€). Nur essen ist im Stüberl nicht schön, da man nicht sieht was man isst. Viel zu dunkel. Hier fehlen Deckenstrahler oder wenigstens Kerzen. Personal freundlich. Toiletten sauber.

Einmaliges Lokal in der Innenstadt die seines gleichen sucht. Nette Bedienung und guter Service. Leider nicht viel Auswahl an Speisen und die meistens sind Abends schon weg das es nichts mehr zum essen gibt. Museums Besuch vorher ist ein guter Tipp.

Perfect for even just some drinks, the nice aroma from the fresh hops is just cool, plus the peace and quiet and the originality at this place one cld even work on a presentation while sipping on smthing.

Had some drinks and dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our waiter was friendly and helpful, lovely atmosphere, beer was good and food was excellent. We had two different schnitzel dishes and they were fantastic. I agree with what another review said in that the service is a bit slow, but we werent in any rush so didnt have a problem with it. Note: its also cash only!

This is usually a good farily quiet place to come for a few beers and a bit of grub. It is tradtional Bavarian fare and atmosphere at its finest. It is very quaint on the inside with low ceilings so it is quite cosy and a bit higgledy-piggledy up and down left and right with about 3 levels. They also brew their own beer here which you can look at how its done with the copper vat.

Ganz alte Kneipe mit historischem Hintergrund. Teile der Mauern stammen aus dem 14. Jahrhundert. Speisen sehr sehr gut und reichlich. Preise sind in Ordnung. Kleiner Makel, Zahlung mit Karte erst ab 50 Euro möglich.

Gemütlich und ursprünglich...eine Führung mit Bierprobe lohnt sich...
