Ethnographic museum, with exhibitions on folk art & traditions, based in a neo-Mudéjar building.
Vale a pena entrar e visitar.
If you have time do visit this interesting museum.
Passeio excelente, entrada apenas 3€.
Probably a lesser known part of the park because its not Plaza de España, but worth seeing. A great example of the impactful neo mudéjar style
Muy lindo!October 28. They have a tribute to the Andaluz region. Sooooo wonderful! Also, I believe this museum is a must before jumping into any other sightseeing of the region. It explains the roots of the Andaluz customs and traditions. Plus, la Andalucia is the most friendly region in Spain and this exposition highlights it very well!Bravo!
Very traditional and fine art exterior
Not my usual type of museum and not one I’d rush to recommend.Perfect introduction to the daily life of Andalusian people in last three centuries and due to the bank holiday we got free entry, however I think if I’d have paid admission I’d have been disappointed.

Excellent exhibition and beautiful building. Very friendly staff. €1.50 if non EU
Very nicely organised museum
Free. Nice videos and explanations inside, you really get a insight of the ways of living in the ancient Spain.
It was closed but the building is so nice
Good way to get a picture of one style of life, that happened in Andalusia once upon a time.
Very nice place lots of history
the only good thing is the price 1 euro per person , the first hall its corridors is small and the things inside is typical and it have a bad smell, but the second hall is more advanced and nicer , and the third and fourth hall are better than both , the first and second halloverall it takes 20 to 30 min to visit all of the museum for only 1.15 euro
Only one floor open. Nice quiet cheap place to enjoy
Gorgeous building, some interesting cultural items and themes to see. Its not the best museum in europe, but free for EU citizens and €1.50 for non EU citizens, its definitely worth a visit. Lower level has another area to see also.
This museum, especially the basement exhibition, is great if youre interested in a historical look at the local daily life. Its a bit dark down there, but everything important is lit well enough and labled in english as well. The film about porcelain manufacuturing was only in spanish, but youll still get the gist of it if you dont understand everything what theyre saying.
Not very much to see but the building is interesting and there are toilets on the lower ground level. Only that level was open on the day of my visit, I did not see any costumes.
Slow down in the embroidery and lace exhibit while it lasts. Move in close and study the details as close as you can get. This exquisite art. Contemplate how many tight stitches there are, yet the underlying cloth is not stretched or distorted in the slightest. What finesse! Exactly the right tension repeated by hand tens of thousands of times. They closer you look and think, the more you will appreciate the skill.
hugely interesting . wide ranging collection , something for everyone . I especially enjoy the small guitar workshop
One of the key places to visit
Muy recomendable.Perfect introduction to the daily life of Andalusian people in last three centuries. EU citizens free entry.
Beautiful building great photo spots!
Excellent historical museum, beautiful building, brilliant textile and embroidering collection.
Nice place. Beautiful building in wonderful surroundings. Museum itself a bit thin on content. And, frankly, not my cup of tea. Still worth a visit though. And free if you are an EU citizen...
This is only an " exterior " review.I loved the architecture and the ornaments.Almost missed out on it and I would have regretted it if I have had seen photos after I left Sevilla.
This is such an amazing place to visit. Is one of a kind. Special designed rooms to remember us how was the life of Diaz Velazquez. Furniture. ..special fabrics. You cant get bored there !
A beautiful classical building with a great collection indoors
Nothing so impressive...
Exterior of the building needs upkeep but the interiors are updated and fairly interesting.
Wondeful little gem of a museum off the beaten tourist track. Welcoming friendly staff and an assortment of exhibits to keep the kids happy and educate the adults. Highly recommended and cheap entry too.
