Museum Hotel in Tbilisi

Perfect location! Very clean and polished rooms. Staff is highly professional. We enjoyed the live piano music and the breakfast on site that was prepared with love and the freshest ingredients. To try, we only booked for 3 nights but then extended our trip for another 4 nights. Highly recommend with our greatest compliments!!! ❤🤍❤🤍❤

Beautiful hotel, nicely appointed rooms, pleasant staff

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, pleasant staff. However, very little breakfast one morning due to an issue with the Chef, never come across this in a hotel before.

Its good hotel right in the city center.

Very welcoming service , very friendly staff , good breakfast, beautiful rooms, clean . Back rooms without balcony are preffered as they are more quit , hotel is close to old sity attractions.

We stayed here for 4 nights, amazing staff from the reception to the restaurant. Very accommodating and supportive. Breakfast can be improved as it was repetitive but again I suppose most of other hotels have the similar issues. Location was nice and towards the back of the hotel you have a good park and couple of nice restaurants. Freedom square and bridge of peace is all walkable. If not choose bolt for taxi and it’s very nominal. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family and would come back and stay again.

One the best location and very nice hotel but missing view thinks for Muslims I really like the hotel I hope the consider setting the bathroom for Muslims

I had terrible experience with Museum Hotel after landing in Georgia. Booked the hotel room 3 weeks prior to the trip and received the confirmation through booking.com. Upon landing in Georgia, I was offered another room and not the one that I booked and paid for. Instead, I was offered (read forced totake the available room and they were WILLING TO DO ME A FAVOUR by giving me a discount on the original price, whereas I wasnt interested in the discount but the room that I originally booked for. The reason that I was not offered the room was there was a technical error and hence the over booking. However, I do not believe this reason is true as I had gone during peak time and someone else was given my room because he/she paid extra. They were not at all apologetic and the overall experience turned out to be pathetic for me. My advice would be not to book this one if you are looking for a seamless trip.

The staff at the property are horrible to deal with, they do overbook the rooms during peak days and then make it sound as if they are doing you a favour by giving you a downgraded room! If your trip is confirmed, i would recommend not booking this hotel as your accommodation at this place is no guarantee and you will be spending a day looking for another place!

It was a great stay. Comfortable and very clean rooms.Their restaurant/cafe/bar is really good to enjoy any time of the day. It can be considered even for remote work.Staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, with its own unique style. Centrally located so you can walk to many tourist sites in 15-20 minutes. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was OK.Our room had a balcony overlooking a busy road, so we couldnt enjoy using it due to noise and dust pollution.

Amazing Comfy stay.Beautiful view from the hotel facing the road. Perfect place to sit and chill in the balcony.Welcoming staff, especially Ms. Kate helped us with an immediate check-in and good coordination while we booked from the UAE.Located near to many of the Old Tbilisi attractions and take a stroll around easily. Many food joints near by. 10-15 mins walk.Breakfast Buffet is so delicious and Luxurious.Highly recommended for tourists outside Georgia.

It was such a hassle sorting things out with the hotel regarding the room we booked since they gave us a different one upon arrival. There is a fine line between NOT doing anything and TRYING to do something for your clients. There was absolutely no complimentary stuffs, no free vouchers in exchange for the inconvenience or even tried changing our rooms the next day since the room with a tub is available for the next day from our arrival. During our stay, I asked the housekeeping to clean our room an hour before leaving for lunch and came back only to find out the room was not cleaned so I have to call them again and they cleaned the room while we are there. Hotel breakfast is average, location wise it’s quite near to everything. Bed is comfortable however staying in the 5th floor you can hear the chairs being dragged if there are people upstairs. I do not find everyone in the hotel friendly but I do commend Tatiana and the lady who helped us with our check out (long wavy-curly hairI forgot to get your name but thank you.

I given 5 star 🌠✨ Because its 💯 % batter then another fake hotel in Georgia.After 4 night we shift from here to another hotel and same night 🌉 we run a way and we come back to musium hotel. NIGHT SHIFT one reception boy and one girls very good. All satff have good behavior expecting morning time one lady staff. Break fast very good and you can enjoy here Georgia traditional tea ☕.

Overall perfect stay in this hotel. Spacious, very clean rooms and amenities upon arrival. Fridge safe all free of charge.Highly appreciated fast check in as we arrived very late at night.Special note to a very helpful stuff.

A very good and comfortable hotel. Staff is really wonderful. Food is top class. The decoration is nice. Good place to sit outdoor and big balconies. A very reasonable price compared to the services. The downside the noise of the street and cars, so if you don’t like that take take a room at the back side. Also there’s one thing that i didn’t love about here is that we booked a room for 3, and we got 2 single beds and one extra bed, and the extra was really BAD sleeping on. So make sure to bring this up with the staff if they offered this.

I am a conference interpreter and all I can assess in this hotel is the interpreters booth, which was very bad. It was hot, narrow and overfilled with the staff absolutely unrelated to the translation purposes.I have not visited the rooms and had no chance to try the food, though, and I cant say anything on this matter.The building is very nice, and so is the location. The staff seems quite friendly. So, overall, I give an average score. If they improve the working conditions for the interpreters, I will be happy to raise the marks.
