Muscat International Hotel plaza Salalah in Salalah

Room is okay but breakfast was so poor and they charged me for the water in the fridge for 300 Pisa for single small water which was not a good hospitality from them

It was great to stay in the hotel. staff and all were very cooperative and friendly. Very clean and tidy service especially breakfast was delicious. The hotel was in a great location.

I have visited here to attend a birthday party and the place looks like always buzzing with tourists. Their food is one kf the best buffet I had here in Salalah and also their service is exceptional.

Over priced with bad service, doesnt deserve the money. Breakfast has few things no variety. Chrage much more price for the lunch and dinner if you order from the restaurant with small portion. Dont recommend it.

The staff were very courteous. The rooms were very clean every time. Very cozy and comfortable for a vacation. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The location of the hotel is also in the center.

The hotels location is really good, 5 min from Sultan Qaboos Mosque, a lot of shops around. The rooms are really spacious, clean. The staff was wonderful, reception, house keeping and room service. We ordered 3 times from the room service (the prices are quite reasonableand they would always send something extra - complimentary. The breakfast was standard, with different choices of food and drinks. Also, anytime we asked for anything to be sent to our room, it would arrive in 2 min :The only suggestion that I have is to turn the bath tub into showers as older people would find it difficult to get in and out. Located in the heart of downtown accessible to many amenities, easy transportation, shopping, beautiful beaches etc...Quite ambient and at affordable prices.This hotel has a car parking slot in front of the entrance.Ideal for families or stay alone.. Friendly staff

Not meet my expectations. Lacks in providing basic amenities like hot water, north indian dishes, only 500 ml of bottled drinking water per person per day, only one packet of 3 in 1 coffee bag per day.You can try- giving them benefit of not vising in Khareef season.

White good hotel, just opposite to Sultan Qaboos Mosque. Centrala logatec and easy to find. Very near to the Salalah Gold Souk and within walking distance to the Al Housn Souk & beach (less than 30 min).Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is good, but not very much to european taste (more indian). Breakfast starts at 6.30.

Situated on 23rd July Street, Salalah; very close to Sultan Qaboos Mosque. Centrally located, good ambience, friendly staff and good room service. Buffett dinner available on Thursday and Friday evenings.

Good Budget hotel with decent rooms, reasonable service & Buffet Breakfast .. but WiFi too slow

This hotel is located in a convenient place near to the markets and airport. Rooms were neat, complimentary breakfast was decent. My only suggestion is the dining area staff to be a bit more well behaved when the diners are eating. They were noisy and talking loud to other staffs.

Friendly staff and a clean hotel with all usual amenities for a mid range place. The rooms are fine, much as you would expect, the breakfast is a little down market and the food has choices primarily aimed at the Indian and Arabic markets. I would always prefer fresh coffee to instant.

Conveniently placed opposite the grand mosque in the golden souk area. Free parking outside. Rooms were large with high ceilings and breakfast was nice. Staff are friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced

New property, convenient location, Free and High Speed WiFi, adequate parking, competitive rates, good in-room amenities.Did not have popular TV channels, shower curtains not long enough to prevent water running out.

Room were big and good, staff is cooperative and helping but my suggestion is to hotel need to increase the food quality.

Its so nice and quite hotel

Hotel is 2 years old. Looks very much new, Rooms here are quite comfortable. Its better to book any room including breakfast.Wifi is free here

Best hotel! Both the hotel and the staff are nice. The rooms are pretty and clean. The stafd is very kind and helps a lot. The hotel is not far to the beach. It is in a street with various restaurants and shops. I definetely would come again. Thank you very much!

Excellent customer service. Fantastic room ambiance. Hotel is in Center of Salalah. In house Restaurant is good. Front office Manager Gibran was of great help in providing valuable advises on tourist spots and to meet our necessities during our stay. Many restaurants & shopping spots at walkable distance from hotel. Value for money. Pictures taken from room I stayed attached.
