German sausages, craft brews & more served amid Bavarian decor with a verdant courtyard & music.
Had lunch here before heading back to Seattle. They get a bit busy. Good selection of German wursts. Not much to rate on service other than ordering your meal. Everything else is self serve for the toppings and assorted mustards, relish, and sauerkraut. Theres a mini bar to order drinks. No frills.
This place is bigger it looks from the outside. It actually has a 2nd floor.🍽 Food is great, the hotdogs are amazing and I love the mustard and add on selection🍻 they offer a good selection of beers👤 Service is good. You pay and wait for your food. The staff is really nice
Not gonna lie I went in with low expectations. I really felt as if this was just a tourist attraction. When I got my Jalapeño and cheese sausage I drizzled on the champagne mustard a little of the house made apple cider kraut and a smidge of the bbq sauce. I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that wasn’t true to a German experience was there was more bread than meat.
We got the pretzel, Big Bob, and Arnold Palmers. The cheese sauce for the pretzel was delicious and the bratwurst with all the toppings, especially the apple cider sauerkraut, was the perfect end to a day of hiking. The Arnold Palmers had too much lemonade and not enough sweet tea.
Great place for vegan/vegetarians. We loved the beyond hotdogs. Their mustard collections is just amazing and their vegan chili is a must try. The hotdogs and beer pairing is jut perfect. They don’t take reservations but there is enough seating for walk-in at anytime.
Tried beyond sausage and it was pretty good. They have a huge , great mustard collection. The only con is big lines and long waiting time.
So far this is our favorite restaurant in Leavenworth! We love the veggie hotdogs and all the scrumptious toppings! It has a nice ambiance, too.
Yummy bratwurst with lots of toppings (vegan options available). Lots of outdoor seating. There is always a line on the weekend.
Delicious sausages, the place decoration is very German oriented, they have live music.. it can get very busy I guess its because prices are lower compared to other sausage restaurants around.
This little spot is a great experience during your busy day or weekend at Leavenworth. Their bratwursts are of course the best choice, but other menu items such as the soft pretzels, chili con carne, and soups are also fabulous.I really enjoyed the variety of customizations and condiments, the unique all-season indoor/outdoor seating arrangement and the friendliness of the staff.German sausages, craft brews & more served amid Bavarian decor with a verdant courtyard & music.Worth any wait you have to endure. We waited under 10 minutes to order - there was good seating since the turn around is steady.Great views up top and self serve water 💦They have great veggie options. Including two different bratwurst and a very believable vegan chili. Also had the pretzel with a really amazing cheese sauce. There is plenty of outdoor dining throughout including outfront, as well as a covered patio both downstairs and upstairs.
Cool spot to grab a good bratwurst and tasty beer or cider. Has seating inside (basically outsidewith mist blowers and feels amazing. Also has a good amount of bench seating out front.
This was such an amazing experience!! If you’re vegan, I’d 10/10 recommend the veggie wurst! The homemade apple sauerkraut is so amazing combined with one of the mustards. The wait time is very reasonable and the outdoor beer garden & fresh squeezed lemonade is exactly what we needed on such a hot day. Also- the price is so amazing!! Well worth every penny.
Great quality of brauts, and I was totally amazed by the selection of sauces too! Good spot for lunch or late evening munchies after drinking too much beer. Its no fuss and doesnt require much time commitment to eat.Outdoor seeing is a cute and reminds me of my time in Germany.
This place was phenomenal. I got their Warm Bavarian Pretzel, Organic Chicken Sausage, and lemonade and all were 10/10. I would absolutely come back here when we visit next and loved how the space is designed. Also they had sooo many mustards and condiments to choose from so you would for sure find what you like. Highly recommend!
Loved the sausages, cant go wrong with any option! Try potatoes salad with a choice of your mustard.
Worth any wait you have to endure. We waited under 10 minutes to order - there was good seating since the turn around is steady. The brat was delicious, but the kraut and mustard selections are where it’s at 🤤Great views up top and self serve water 💦
The upstairs patio has an excellent view. I really enjoyed this beer garden. There was a guy playing guitar and singing. They serve Icicle Brewing Company beer plus some German beer. You can sit out front, inside (still outdoors), or on the balcony. Our second visit in two days.
This is one of the common to-do stops for Leavenworth. Having visited a few times and trying different menu items, I found this to be a good spot for a decent bite & a beer. In terms of cost, it feels a bit pricey for what you get.
I’m not even a fan of sausages and I was going to get a veggie one, but they were out. Risked with the organic chicken sausage, afraid that it would be greasy. OMG it was the best chicken sausage I’ve ever had. So good, that we had to come back here the next day. I’ve been craving this place every day since we left. They have many different mustards. I really liked the honey and the dill mustards and their apple sauerkraut is must try.For a bonus for those who don’t drink - they have hot tea!
Always delicious. The line is worth the wait. Get your order and enjoy a fresh beer while your order is being made. The upstairs has a great view. They added misters to help with hot summer days (and also have heat on cold days!)You cant go wrong with any of the sausages, but I strongly suggest the apple cider sauerkraut and champagne honey mustard.
Busy, fast-food atmosphere. You order food at one counter & alcohol at the bar.Warm Bavarian Pretzel was pretty good. The Big BOB Bratwurst & the Oma’s Weißwurst did not have authentic Bavarian flavor. (More of an average representation)Enjoyed the Crosscut Pilsner. (from Icicle Brewing Company)
Tasty Jager schnitzel. Crispy and hot. Good mushroom gravy. Fresh spatzel, and good, warm purple sourkraut. Service was fine. Dinner salad was lacking, not an $8 value imo.
Absolutely loved it! Stopped and had a brat, pretzel, and A drink... Its the triple YAMMY. Call it the Bavarian Special when coming to Leavenworth and you can come get that here!!! Ask for the The Triple Yammy!!! ❤️✌️🌭🍺🥨
They have great veggie options. Including two different bratwurst and a very believable vegan chili. Also had the pretzel with a really amazing cheese sauce. There is plenty of outdoor dining throughout including outfront, as well as a covered patio both downstairs and upstairs. And if you get a brought worst be sure to check out their complementary condiments there’s tons to choose from and to load up on.
$10 for a "hotdog" sounds pricey. But the Big Bob that I had was very juicy and the casing was exceptionally crispy. Next time Id like to try something smoky.Btw, the sauerkraut was delicious! I would eat that every day!
One of the best sausages I had so far.. They are very much filling and they have bunch of condiments to add to your sausage. The ambience is nice as well
Such good beer and food! They were super fast with the food and we could tell the beer was well made. We would have stayed longer if we could! Staff were friendly and super quick to serve us. Make sure you get there early! We got there right at open on a super rainy day and it was still jam packed. We are so fast we forgot to take pics of the food.
I only had a beer here but it was a damn good beer. The beer selection was good and the food looked good. I would go back, try out some food next time.
LOVED the sausage with caramelized onions and sauerkraut! They have a large selection of mustards from sweet to spicy to sour. Their pretzel and cheese was amazing too.
Yelp showed this is the best place to hangout in leavenworth and I must say its good.grab a beer and your fav hot dog and have a good time.Beyond sausage is good.
This little spot is a great experience during your busy day or weekend at Leavenworth. Their bratwursts are of course the best choice, but other menu items such as the soft pretzels, chili con carne, and soups are also fabulous.I really enjoyed the variety of customizations and condiments, the unique all-season indoor/outdoor seating arrangement and the friendliness of the staff.Even on a very busy festival weekend, the service was timely and the food was fabulous.
Highly recommend if you like hot dogs, you add the topping yourself. If you like sauerkraut they have there own special cider kraut which I love the taste of! By the way, I am not a real fan of sauerkraut but I love the taste of theirs with the sausage dogs! They also have great soft pretzels if your looking for those as well!
This place has my favorite jalapeno sausage hot dog. Absolutely delicious!!!! If you dont like spicy, dont worry, they have other delicious sausage hot dogs. Also, the chili beans on the hot dog is the best topping ever. Along with other condiments of course. I truly enjoy this place.
I have been going here since I was a kid. Now I take my kids here Its a great place for a quick bit, amazing sausages and beautiful outdoor seating. The beer is amazing. We go rain, sunshine or snow.
Great place to stop for a brat and beer. Lots of condiments to supplement your brat - from at least 8 different mustards, onions and sauerkraut. And have a pretzel too. The cheese dipping sauce is Beechers and delicious.Service is good, food is great and the beers are cold.
Great place, they only sell hot dogs (they have no fries). Nice atmosphere. They have a balcony floor. Open space only. The hot dog was delicious. Its self service. recommended.
This is our "Go To" spot when we go to Leavenworth. Brats are awesome and atmosphere is great. Go up to the upper balcony and eat. The views of the town and mountains up there are the best.
Great place! Wonderful atmosphere some tables have fire fits on them. Great food. We got the “Big Bob”, a pretzel and a beef dog. All delicious.
Lovely experience. Comfortable fire on a Chilly day. The brats are very tasty and I very much enjoyed the self serve condiment bar. Sauerkraut was also delicious. Can get half liter or full liter of a good dunkel
This place is great. The toppings and mustard choices are delicious. I wouldn’t get the pretzel, it wasn’t that great. But a must have for brats and beer. The outdoor seating was nice
Food and drinks were great. Hot dog was good. Currywurst was unavailable. The line went quick and didnt have issue finding a table.
So good. Dirty face is my fave. Their mustards are amazing and the pretzels are great. Even though the sauce for the pretzels is good I like the mustard better for dipping.
Tasty sausages with lots of sauerkraut, mustard and condiments was delicious. Cold beverage. Very reasonable price.
München Haus has a wide selection of German sausages to try out. Didn’t have to wait very long for the food. Add your choice condiments (extra charge or self-serve). The pretzel (came with cheesewas seasoned with extra salt (the excess covered the bottom of the boxbut still very savory. It was bigger than usual, much darker in color yet soft. The Big Bob bratwurst + Beechers cheese sauce + caramelized onion was full of flavor, tender, and juicy. Added the different mustard condiments before each bite. So yum no time to take photos with our food.
One of destination for lunch in Leavenworth Washington. We arrived on Dec 27, 2021. Temperature was around -10 Celcius.Queued to order at kiosk, sitting at open location, rquipped with heaters. Hot Dogs are delicious, add condiments or sauces at your own preference.Restrooms are available at the end of the restaurant
If your visiting, or just driving through, you HAVE to stop here to get some brats! This is one of the best place to get brats in my opinion in Leavenworth. Not only are there brats good but I have never seen so many different mustard selections and they have a Apple spiced sauerkraut that is amazing! During October fest we waited over an hr just to get some. The beer selection is very good as well. Highly recommend this place .
This is by far the best bratwurst place we went to. There are some tents by the gazebo, that are not as good as this place. This place usually has a long line, but the wait is worth it. There seating isn’t the best, but the food is very good. They also have a lot of fun sauces to try.
Great hot dogs. The potato salad was a little weird to me because it has vinegar in it. The pretzel was buttery and delicious. Not a fan of the cheese dip though. The price is good compare to all the other restaurants in the area.
Beer garden within the property allows for alcoholic beverages while the picnic benches outside are for food and non-alcoholic benerages. Food was overall decent and theres a huge selection of mustards and condiments (including a giant pot of sauerkraut).
Pretzel is so gooooood! Must have! Had their signature brats and it’s delicious. Many sauce to choose from. Beer is really good. Fantastic vibe. Perfect place to chill and hangout with friends.
