Mumbuluma Falls - Tourist attraction in Kasama, Zambia
The year was 2017, it was fun. Definitely a must visit when youre in Mansa (its closer to Mansa than Mwense)
The falls were really beautiful and it was a really nice atmosphere. I was camping with my family and the area was really clean and nicely kept. The toilets were also really clean. The person keeping the grounds - Ba Steven - was very helpful, keen and friendly. I definitely recommend this site if you are looking at the waterfalls in the North of Zambia
Visited in the peek of hot season and it was a funfilled day...never felt like leaving😅
Beautiful ambiance.. nice place for an outing. I recommend
It was fun, beautiful and really breathing taking. To hike and swim nature was one of a kind experience.
This is one of several waterfalls in the Northern part of Zambia. It is found in Mansa District of Luapula Province. It’s beautiful in its own right. It’s a double layered waterfalls. Very easy to access. If ever in Luapula make time to see this beautiful gem tacked away in a quiet corner 8KM off the Mansa-Mwense road.
Beautiful scenery
Fifth day l@Mumbuluma Falls one of Zambias 200+ Waterfalls, 🇿🇲😍🇿🇲Luapula Province.📸IG: @Garethi and my screws we really enjoyed 5his is studio section
Safe and exhilarating
Staff were incredibleSight was beautifulWe had a little accident on the foot bridge so be careful.
Just about 40 km from Mansa. This beautiful falls is an excellent place to both camp and just have some fun. Its one of those with a great pool for swimming, and one with jumping points in not too the pool. Like many waterfalls, swimming is not encouraged during peak times, but that time affords great viewing. One of my favourite places to visit
The place is so nice we really enjoyed
One is the most beautiful falls near mansa, must visit in the hot season
Slightly smaller waterfall compared to the Chishimba falls but very interesting in its features. Worth the visit by everybody who wants to take time off from the hustles of life.
Calming peaceful place with basically two water fall levels. With the area around it being undeveloped, it’s great for group braai party or as a quiet gateway while visiting nearby towns but would not recommend as a sole tourist destination.
Beautiful falls but small with a lovely 8 meter deep swimming pool that has a 10 foot diving steep.
The place is good very nice for relaxing and enjoying nature
Its a beautiful scenery despite being among the smallest waterfalls in the country. I enjoyed the visit.
Beautiful place to be..absolutely loved it❤
Very beautiful falls to see... The place is ideal for camping of course with own gear...
Amazing place very beautiful breathtaking scenery
Its a good place for chills, beautiful water falls view, you can even have braai from there..
Very beautiful and serene place, needs lots of development..
The site is so natural a d exciting
The locals are friendly. You can camp by the falls and wake up to the sound of chirping birds.
Amazing place to visit
This is one of the waterfalls in Zambia. Breathtaking nature. Definitely worth a visit.
One of the best waterfalls in Zambia.....Takes about 28kms from Mansa town.... Excellent roads ....they charge K45 per person and you can spend atleast half a day with family here.... Kindly carry your own food as you wont find any restaurant near falls except soft drinks and beer.....They also provide life jackets if you want to get into danger pool which is 8mtrs deep....best time to visit - December to April....
If you love the thrill... this is the place to go. Beautiful scenery, you have to be crest about what to do around here. A beautiful camping site (with own gearand very affordable for all (K5 adults and K2.5 children)... friendly staff also.
Beautiful place... Just need to carry ur own drinks and food
The place is nice and quiet. Perfect for a picnic, and is private. The staff at the site were so friendly and helpful.
Nice and cool place where you can enjoy with your friends, family, a couple for outing
Very Beautiful place, very close to mansa, easy to reach, ideal for a day trip, for a picnic and a bath in the pool
Loved it,it could do with some facilities though
Beautiful place. luapula is a blessed province, government should renovate the Lodge so that it can be attracting more tourists. They should even include a bar.
Nice place though people having their picnics are leaving broken bottles in the water. Safest place to swim would be on top near the rapids.
Beautiful place. More could be done with it. We arrived around lunch time and there was no guide on site. We helped ourselves to the trails... the bathrooms were locked. There were some sacks filled with earth in the water I think for stepping on.. they didnt look good. Its a beautiful place with great potential but needs some work.
Nice and naturally calming place
This a great and relaxing place nature at its best
Good picnic spot
Nice but no activities
Small but Beautiful place
Its a Lovely place to relax
Small but good experience. Clean surroundings. Passable road to it.
The place is just amazing, I feel we have not done a good job marketing this place
Nice Place. Could use a little more development though!
The place is amazing. Worth visiting.
Its worth viewing.
Perfect camping spot if you’re based in Luapula. Although the drive up from Lusaka can be a lot, it’s defiantly worth it for a nice camping weekend. There’re some spots on the Falls you can jump off of.
What a wonder!!!! Nice place.
