I ma giving one star because I see a lot of little things that make feel good or bad where I stay. I give myself the right to judge because I pay for what I consume and I want some quite and quality.There are several points of Mulliri i Vjeter in Tirana. In this particular one I have had several time negative experiences. First, the position is very uncomfortable, being positioned at the corner of a cross road. Second, I have a dog and the reaction toward her is also important. The customers who stay there have been quite negative toward her and to me is stressful. I would not want to cause trouble about the girls working there so I will not mention anything.Whilst the other points of Mulliri i Vjeter, where I have been so far, are 5 stars deserved in every aspect 🥰

The most rudest staff and service i have ever seen in Albania. They are in a mode that they dont need any more customer and they have no customer services procedures. On the other hand, they dont speak english even though they understand you very well.

I am here now. I have purchased two items from this establishment and I also picked up something to eat from off the street. Two employees come up to me and tell me that I am not allowed to eat the food that I brought from an outside place. Normally this should be okay because I have made a purchase here. But they are unwilling and not being reasonable. So therefore I will take my business elsewhere. To improve on their customer service they should allow customers to eat their snacks that they have. I understand if a person comes in and doesnt order anything. But if a customer comes in with a friend and makes several purchases, but also has a snack with them, then it would only be natural to allow them to stay instead of saying that they need to leave to eat their snack.
