Mui Ne Hills Bliss Hotel in Phan Thiet

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mui Ne Hills Bliss Hotel. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. There is a very nice courtyard with a well maintained swimming pool and bar area. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This place had it days before COVID (it used to be good), now its just an abandoned hotel. It seems the management totally has given up on it. Rooms are bad, nothing works - lights, safe etс. It looks like in the middle of renovation which is not going anywhere.Saturday night a Vietnamese group moved it with laud, very poor quality speakers and traditional Vn music, songs been playing all evening.One girl at the reception is friendly and cooperative and everyone else is just rude.Wont go there again and wont recommend anyone.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, the room was in good condition with reasonable price. We got free shower even after we checked out. Highly recommended.

Terrible place with the worst location for car parking, worst bed design (look like a tomband cockroaches are anywhere. Moreover, no janitor available, not so friendly staffs and no utensils to accommodate guests demand. All in all, I didnt have a good experience and absolutely unpleasant with the expensive price (over 1 mil vnd/night).

We had a wonderful stay there ! It is the perfect place to relax. Even though there was a lack of staff due to covid, everybody went above and beyond to provide the best service possible :)

Be careful. We arrived with the sole purpose of breaking an 8 hour motorbike journey and relaxing by the pool for a day, eating the food from the "excellent restaurant" that features in many of the reviews. Two hours into our stay and I discover that there is no restaurant open at the moment, apart from for breakfast. No one had told us and although the price looks to be lower than normal, for such a fundamental aspect of our decision making, this is not good enough. We would certainly have chosen a different place. I dare say it is a lovely place to stay for most occasions. Not for us this time though. Very disappointing. I dont like leaving bad reviews but communication over such matters is essential if you own any business. Must do better.

An amazing stay with Erik and Lang who are welcoming and arrange everything easily. The food that was cooked on site was the best Vietnamese food Ive had so far.The location is perfect as we can see the sunset and sunrise from the pools, and we are just a few minutes from a beautiful beach and many restaurants.See you soon!

I totally recommand this hotel : nice swimmingpools with perfect music, exellent food and perfectly located for outside activities. Very kind staff, and the rooms are clean and cozy.

I think the place is amazing. I was happy with the facilities and the services that the hotel provided. The owners have an great vibe and the staff are extremely polite. They are straightforward on what you need. Regarding the food, please request the famous curry dishes. They know how to make amazing curry. The view from the rooms is just like a painting. Honestly just go there and experience it. Excellent price for all the things that they provide.

Ive had the chance to stay at this hotel 4 times between August 2020 and June 2021. Amazing every time. Erik and Long make you feel at home, no matter the circumstances. When I needed a place to go, this was it. I like the rooms with balconies overlooking the kitesurfing beach. The pools are also amazing. Cant wait to come back!

After using the accommodation, I give 2/10 points* Advantages-Clean.-New, youthful space, unique architectural design.*defect:- inconvenient hotel does not have car parking-the entrance is very narrow (the entrance is extremely tight, (the entrance is very narrow)- Architectural error of space aisle- Room architectural error: the bed legs are poured with concrete too high - sharp edges are not honed, the sink is too high - water is easily splashed out when using.- Staff - little service, so there is no need for assistance, every time when it is needed, it takes a long time: humble guard, the receptionist always serves, the receptionist during the day is very modest and work Slow but rigid (it takes 30 minutes to charge, write the right hand all day or make an appointment 1-2 days to send later, ask the person to bring the suitcase to 20 minutes - wait for it, the whole bunch will bring it to the place to gasp. .....)-In the bathroom is empty or there are no toiletries prepared (just leave a few words: environmental protection so need to contact the receptionist)- There is no phone in the room to contact, so when you need to know who to call, how to call, you have to squeeze your feet up and run up a few dozen steps to the receptionist upstairs to ask for support.-The air conditioner is too old (renting several rooms at the same time and each room is equally hot The room does not have 1 pair of slippers- The door of the room is loose and easy to pry (it is locked outside, ask the receptionist to open it, if they dont have one, take the 2s pry card)

Best customer service ever! We came as a group of 8 people with different departing time and with one friend joined the very last minute. Mui Ne Hills was very helpful, responsive and flexible! Hotel location is very nice, located on a small hill with sea view, only minutes away from the beach entrance.

A very cool place to rest! One of the best hostel I have ever been, also a very nice ocean view from room 905 😍 But road to the hostel is very steep and so many stairs to reach 905 with big carrier from a long roadtrip. A very cool experience tho, I will come back 🔥

Look no further for the best place to stay in Mui Ne. This is a hidden gem. Erik and his family were so welcoming and kind. Our room was amazing with the most beautiful view. We didn’t want to leave ..... but work was calling. 🤣 I will definitely stay here again. The pool was super and the view from the restaurant was stunning. As soon as you walk through the doors you relax! Go and see for yourself! It’s a must see if you go to Mui Ne!

Thoroughly enjoyed my week here, there is such a warm and friendly environment where you really feel welcomed. The service is exceptional from check-in to checkout and its nice being a little bit away from the street and on a hill because there is a gorgeous view of the ocean. The food in the restaurant is also great, especially the curries. Highly recommend, Ill definitely be back.

Fabulous and friendly place to stay in Mui Ne with excellent and reasonably-priced food. Rooms are clean with modern amenities and soft (but not too softbeds. The owners are super helpful and the property itself is stunning with a great view of the ocean. Highly recommended.

I cant say enough good things about this hotel and its owner/operators, Eric and Long. They have done an amazing job from top to bottom. No detail has been overlooked. It is a testament to the fact that you can have a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location and still set yourself miles apart with an amazing staff and wonderful service. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. They have everything you need right there! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Three swimming pools, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar and gym. Themed parties with great music every evening. And the views from the window are simply gorgeous. The rooms are very comfortable and clean! The owners always provide a warm welcome, good service and throw the coolest parties in Mui Ne!

I love Mui Ne Hills. It’s my home away from home. Both owners Eric & Long I love who are entertaining, sociable and enjoy interacting with guests so they feel welcomed and with their relaxed attitude and atmosphere it’s a really cool fun place to hang out. There are several fun activities hosted by the pool, Beer pong is one of my favorite drinking game there : )A full bar with lively music and drink prices are literally almost free of charge. The staff are all friendly and smiling. I book in advance so I can have my same room each time. The room is quite cozy with an additional large balcony over looking the panoramic view of the ocean and the back hills. It’s breezy sitting out on a big round loveseat drinking and socializing with friends watching the sunset or alone lounging in the hammock reading or napping. Best part is room rates are super affordable.. What I enjoy most about Mui Ne Hills is the versatility to be in private or upbeat if desired. It’s all in one. I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere for entertainment.

Mui Ne Hills Bliss Hotel is a lovely escape from the city, the hotel has everything one could need, and a beautiful pool! The breakfast is good, the location is superb, and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely visit again!

I stayed at Mui Ne Hills Bliss Hotel two times and never regretted as I had wonderful experience there. The location is unbeatable. The room was very clean and the restaurant served very nice food. And thats definitely the place where you will never get bored. All in all, i will come back here again!

Just fabulous! The room has a big balcony with a seaview. The room was big with hot showers and air conditioning. It includes a minibar with reasonnable prices.The pools are beautiful and well-maintained. If youre up early, you can see the maintenance taking care of them (all 5every morning. The food menu has a large selection at a good price. Moreover, you eat with a splendid view over the ocean.Last but not least every staff member is adorable and friendly. The owners make sure we were having everything we needed.Best place for great price in Mui Ne!

An absolute palace at the highest point of Mui Ne with an incredible view. You wont find this sort of luxury and service for the price youre paying anywhere else. And as far as the owners go you couldnt find a more beautiful and helpful couple that will always find the time for any request you have. My favourite place Ive stayed in Vietnam

Good Price, good room. The only thing is : Its located in small road.. and literally at the hill... Not a very good idea if you stay only for a day with huge backpack :)

Overall good experience. Food is just ok and the room was very nice for the price. Beds could use an upgrade though.It was laughable how grumpy Vietnamese staff in the evening were. Tip for the lady: wash out the sand so it doesnt feel like sandpaper.

Very nice location, great stuff, clean facilities. There are many activities to attend at night at the bar. Still can have soo much fun little more cheaper there ;had great coffee every morning 👍Only thing is food can be improved, banh mi at night rocks tho 🖖

I’ve spend the Lunar New Year in Mui Ne Hills Budget now the last two years. I have stayed in the dorms and the private rooms in Villa and the just renovated part in Budget. All the rooms have been clean and the level has been surprisingly good for the amount I paid. The renovated part, Budget has really clean, homelike rooms with a balcony. The pool areas are much higher hotel level, than you could expect for these prices.I need to give a special thanks for the professional owners. The hotel was totally fully booked last time, when I wanted to extend my staying. Nevertheless, they found a big private room me for a reasonable price. That’s a great service.

Very nice hotel. Room was fine and clean and the pool was very nice!However, we didn’t like the restaurant at all! Every request about a dish or drink was too much to ask. I wanted my salad without meat (because vegetarian), but this was not possible because ‘it was too difficult for the kitchen’. So I had to pick it out piece by piece. The other day I wanted my smoothie without milk (because allergic), same story. They didn’t even try to help you and were very unfriendly and annoyed even.

Mue Ne Hills Bliss Hotel is without a doubt, the best choice you will make during you trrip to Vietnam! The staff are incredible and kind, the facilities and view are amazing, the bed is super comfortable and the mini bar is well stocked (and cheap!)I cant wait to come back again - this is the highlight of my trip and i would recommend everyone check it out !

Really enjoyed our two night stay in the this hostel/hotel. Two great pools and with two bars. The staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English. The rooms were a good size and clean. The bed was not the most comfortable but apart from that everything was perfect. Food and drink was lovely and a great price. We also enjoyed the night time here as it was a great way to meet people with music and lots of games. Would highly recommend.

Booked with the budget hotel but it closed down so they moved us to the bliss hotel. Really nice room with a balcony and hammock and lots of pools. Offers good free breakfast and lots of social events you can take part in if you want.

The pool is cool but the room is not as good as shared pictures. Room is quite old with small windows, bathroom is spacious but a little dark. The hotel have hill view but there are many constructions around and it’s quite far from the beach, not as good as it seems.I chose sunny side up eggs for breakfast, quite basic so not much to comment but the service was just average. Quite many “but” for a hotel 🙄

Staying at Mui Ne Bliss right now.<br/>Super annoying experience with the English speaking staff @ Breeze. Asked for a Knife to cut lemons, but was denied with an explanation "We have a lot of rooms here". I couldnt understand how was that a relevant explanation to the question in context. I tried asking her again, but she kept cutting me before my attempt to ask. Just more talking and less listening. Super irritating and helpless feeling. However, the receptionist is understanding and polite. I had to ask her more regarding the pool, breakfast options, etc. But it clearly seemed the rudeness was for the purpose of discouraging any further questions. Hence, saved some energy and got my answers elsewhere. <br/>Very cold and insensitive. However, place is nice for backpackers. One bad thing can make the whole thing taste bad, this is what happened to me. Hence i had to rate it low. Although some can, but im incapable to ignore this. Its a budget hotel but not a free of cost charity, value customers, be polite. I came across another guest with similar experience @ breeze probably the same staff. Also insulting to my other vietnamese friend when asked regarding pool. To sum it all, i count 3 bad experiences in 1 day, this is big.Would i recommend it? The room - yes. You could check scotts review, seems his experience is similar.

English speaking receptionist, nicely built rooms, pool party, unlimited free drinks for girls from 11pm to 2am, with two large clean pools and shower. Rules are applied decently. You can play billiards, dance on the floor or mingle with total strangers (just be careful that you are not drunk lol). Nice music and ambiance. Rooms have nice overlooking views complete with amenities and clean bedsheets. Breakfast at the pool is almost perfect except for the breakfast meals they provide that I find mediocre as the meat servings were not good enough to fill ones tummy. They will offer you their best breakfast meal which is just actually a light one with little slices of sausages.

This place was good.. they offered cheap group tours (which were very funand the patio off my room was amazing. The restaurant was alright but was definitely not a place to get local food which was a bit sad. That said, there were several places on the road up to the hotel that offered delicious local food. The one downfall was that the backpacker bar was so close to my room and the music kept me up all night until they closed. That may not be the case with other rooms that are on the far side of the building, but for me it was severely unpleasant.

Nice clean hotel friendly with a good service level. It has a nice pool with a bar connected to it.Located up on a hill it’s a bit of a walk from the beach, but that’s okay, the walk down is full of cute Vietnamese restaurants.One thing to be aware of is that this hotel is part of a collection of hotels and hostels. Mui Ne Hills Budget Hotel, Mui Ne Hilla Villas and the Mui Ne Hills Backpackers Hostel. That adds to the vibe and the night life around the bar, and it something to be aware of, if you want a calm time around the pool during the evening, this might not be your perfect match. If you do like a bit more action, this is the place to be.The restaurant could be more vegetarian 🌱 friendly as they only offer to remove meat from the dishes rather than having pure vegetarian dishes.They also have two lovely dachshunds 🐕!

Great place toch stay. The staff is really nice Nice and helps you if you got a problem. The hotel also has a great bar with Fun games! Had a blast staying there!

The atmosphere in the evenings could be better. But everything else is good. The facilities are very good and there are 3 pools. Some staff were nice and some were not. This happens everywhere. The pillow fights are cool.The place has great potential.I updated this. I think I was harsh before.

Very good value for money. We had a nice room with balcony overlooking the pool. Room was good size with tv, fridge and large bathroom. We could use 3 pools and there was a very reasonably priced restraunt on the other property which is just accross the road.

Great for the young, or the young at heart. Lots of backpackers and a big party scene. My wife and I are here and at 37, Im definitely one of the oldest, but there are I think 4 pools here, and different appeals from each. One is a party pool, the others quieter. The food is pretty good and fairly cheap, and the beers are also surprisingly cheap for a hotel. The only problems we have is most of the lights dont work in our room, the wifi cuts out from time to time, and the bed is not the most comfortable. But if youre on a budget, or like to party, or both, I highly recommend this place.

I depends on where you end up. We purchased rooms for the budget hotel. Somehow we got an upgrade to their nicer one up the hill. The room we ended up in was very nice (room 602). I think it was the nicest one in the building. It had a wonder view of the ocean.The two pools were great. The 2 dollar breakfast was okay, but the restaurants down the street was great. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. But the beach in that area is only so-so. Trash can be seen everywhere.
