Excellent and tasty products but very bad service on Mombasa rd branch. Too slow and often detached from customers frustration. Please improve your counter process.

Egg Benedict is to die for...it is my favourite here .Had a bad experience with Benedict in their Botswana airport junction Mall as the standard was not met.But this is the best

This place is only good as a convenience store or take-out store.The place is too small, and feels cramped, if you decide to seat inside.

I had breakfast at the Village Market branch (ordered an omelette), and got really bad food poisoning after. I see a few other reviews on here that mention having a stomach upset from the food. Its concerning. Needless to say that I shant be returning.

The set up and access is a great one, variety, quality and good customer service in one package is a great experience for a stop.

Lovely spot.... Need bit more parking spaces though but its a good spot.... The bacon ham and cranberry sandwich is the best thing in their menu followed by the muffins cause they are massive

Very average. Rosemary on potato fries was not tasty. Slush tasted like medicine. Big daddy burger was unsalted and bland.

I loved their teas and meat platter... The ambience is also very relaxing.... The staff is great and helps out with the menu incase you dont know what to have.

Food and beverage were average. Salad dressing options very limited so I recommend you check whats in stock before ordering a salad. My little compadre didnt get what she ordered. Waiter seemed rather aloof...just business as usual. Most underwhelming restaurant experience we have had in a while.

Great coffee, service and food! I had the eggs Benedict and the hollandaise was one of the best, with a lovely authentic lemony flavour.

The space is good. Outdoor balcony is well done. M&B is more of a take away restaurant shop in Kenya so the sit in service was slightly poor to Village expectations.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - TESTED POSITIVE FOR A BACTERIAL INFECTIONI ordered the "famous" Chicken Mayo Toasted sandwich on 8th October 2020. From the online delivery details, it appears it came from the Ngong road Branch. I have been very unwell since. After seeing a doctor and various tests done, I tested positive for a bacterial infection. Their health and hygiene standards are obviously very poor and dont meet food safety and quality requirements.

While the restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and the service is good, the food is always underwhelming. My salad came with a honey mustard dressing that was 100% sugar! when I complained I was told it came bottled that way. Its difficult to remove the salad so I ate it but honestly, Ive eaten chocolate cake that had less sugar. Please, when you advertise healthier fresh options, do so. Dont undermine a great salad with bad dressing.

Where I come from bottomless usually means bottomless. A lack of refills and false advertisement has made me come to regret giving this place my patronage. Even if they are out of the refillable drinks, that one pays 400 ksh for, they could at least mention that before its ordered. Instead, they will gladly let you pay for the service and only give you two glasses of said drink. The food itself may have some allure, but the fries themselves are dry and rough, needing large amounts of ketchup or sauce to eat.

Love the dirty chai cappuccino. Its my favourite. Lemonade and raspberry fizz also tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere and food is great. Beautiful way to start the day by having breakfast here.

I love the bottomless hot chocolate deal. Good quality hot chocolate, creamy and sweet. The mugg and bean classic breakfast is tasty, the honey glazed bacon is very tasty. The hash brown is crunchy on the outside just as it should be. Kelvin was very pleasant and helpful, he ensured we were well taken care of.The Thai rainbow beef salad was good. Flavors were well balanced and the dressing was a great complementary.

Terrible food at Sarit last night. Ordered the Thai salad. It arrived and the meat was very tough and warm. The salad had no flavour at all, and they advertise this as Thai? I asked for extra chilli and after a further 10 mins they brought me a block of something and said that is all they could find! They had no clue what it was - WOW! I declined. I said the food was tasteless and I got no response. I asked for the bill as I said I could eat it, they brought me the bill and I paid 950ksh and received no apologies nothing. Well you have had 950 from me, you will never get any more of my money.

Extremely disappointed with Mug and bean Village Market, they claim to have a gluten free bread option for their sandwiches which turned out not to be as I experienced an extreme allergic reaction afterwards. My mum and I both ordered a side of the sweet potato fries, it was very clear that the ones on my mums plate were old and stale (came coldand mine seemed to be made more recently. This kind of careless and negligence is unacceptable especially after knowing and experiencing very different standards at several mug and bean branches in SA! Anyone with Celiac disease or gluten allergy BEWARE. Not only do I believe the food was wheat contaminated, I am sure that I was given actual bread.The waiters and waitresses were not active either and we waited much longer for our meals than we should have when only 4 tables were occupied.

Delicious food, perfect portions (not crazy huge). Everything on the menu seems worth trying, and they have a wide selection of drinks and meals. The service is excellent.

Great service. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The servings were generally pretty large as well which was nice as well.I do not recommend the French toast as the bread they use is not appropriate for french toast.
