Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill in Peterborough

I love Mucho burrito; but lately, very disappointed with the service the personnel changed and some of them are not very friendly, and very disrespectful to the clientele had bad experiences both on the phone and in person. They did not take my order over the phone because they said were very busy, and asked me to order on their website or to come in person, they were not sure if I could order what I wanted online or not. My husband went in person, and one of the staff was making faces at him and their own staff. One of the boxes with chips was almost empty and no sauce on the burrito. The same thing happened to me when I visited the restaurant the last time.

Fantastic burrito and even better service! Everyone behind the counter is so kind and extremely polite to all the customers. Their smiles are contagious.

I personally didnt like the food hear but its not for everyone I guess its the first time I tried this the service was wonderful but 60.00 for 3 wraps cant wrap my mind around the cost

You need to go in to order. If you order online they make the burrito way too big and it is almost all made up of rice.

Food is not good, they don’t know how to make burrito. They just slap toppings on top which makes it taste like notting.

I love mucho burrito. Only reason Im leaving 4* instead of 5* is because this time instead of the usual chips, I got stale tostitos. I would have preferred to just be told they were out of the ones they usually have. Burrito was great though, as usual.

The lady named Balla I believe is the sweetest most joyful person i’ve ever met in my life. I genuinely go to mucho because this girl makes my day every time. Someone give this girl a raise.

What do I say I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the caring and loving staff at the Mucho. Theyre staff displayed excellent care towards me and my family and showed the upmost respect to me and everyone in the store. The Manger was very kind and loving and treated me as if I was her own son. The level of professionalism was through the roof and made me feel extremely happy seeing such a high level of discipline and professionalism displayed by the staff. The way they assembled my burrito was made with such care and love that it felt like I was back in my grandmas kitchen as a young boy watching her make my burritos. The level of pride the staff have for their food is exemplified through their excellent care and handling of food as well as the cleanliness in the store. Not even a spec of dirt was spotted when I entered and subsequently left. The pristine condition of the store was mind boggling to say the least. If you want your food made with delicacy and care, this mucho burrito is the place for you. Their are no more words I can use to describe this incredible restaurant.

There are two burrito places in Peterborough that I know of. Mucho Burrito and Barburrito.Both are awesome for different reasons.Mucho has a few more toppings options and I recommend the Ancient grains if youre getting a bowl. Only downside is if youre feeling like not making choices tonight, theres very little in preconfigured or specialty dishes.Foods awesome though. Enjoy.

Always great but I ordered online I think they forgot the sauces on the burrito

This place never fails. Ive consistently eaten here since August of last year as its very close to where I work. The staff are incredibly nice and personable, and the manager seems lovely too. The food is really where this place shines as their quality control is superb, along with a unique menu that allows for you to try new things yet stay traditional. See you soon guys!

Delicious, tasty, good for value and friendly service.I always get a burrito bowl and I like how since I dont eat beans, they asked me if I wanted more rice. They were also generous on the sauces, and when the corn seem to run out they went and got more fresh grilled ones.Im very pleased with my experience.

Probably my favorite burrito place in Peterborough. The burritos are delicious and the staff is really friendly too.Edit: Revising my review three years later. Food is still great, but unfortunately the restaurant cant prepare a pickup order on time to save their lives. As I type this, Im waiting for them to make an order that was supposed to be ready for pickup 15 minutes ago. This isnt the first time this has happened either; essentially every time I order for pickup theyre at least 10-15 minutes late/havent even started making the order when I get to the restaurant.So yea, still delicious burritos but their timing is pretty rough.

Yesterday we went there. They are not selling a fresh food. Literally it feels they are using day before’s leftovers to make food. sauce was tasteless and old too. You can tell that it’s a bunch of water mixed with the sauces to increase the quantity, compromising the quality and safety.I would Never Go There….! It was a first and last time

Generally get takeout from here every week or two. Great burritos and Burrito bowls (our regular fare). Really good food! Great toppings and variety of fillings. They do not scrimp!

Good mix of items. Didnt have to ask for a little more as she put more than enough of each on (I like a lot of what i ask for). Service was good and timely. Not much that could be done, but it looked like I was there just as the bins started to get low, but overall I cant complain. I didnt get screwed on the steak portion she put on.

I absolutely love this mucho location! They always go above and beyond to make sure our food is made exactly as we want it, and always have fresh veggies on the grill! The staff are so sweet and wonderful. I always look forward to coming in, saying hi and getting the most delicious burritos and quesadillas!

The rice and the grain mixture was way under cooked. My son and I ate here and we had stomach aches later that day. Wont go back, nor recommend to anyone.

It’s my first visit to Mucho Burrito at Petersburg, but I really love the food there. It’s really healthy, fresh and yummy. The staff is very polite. I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you team.

Ive eaten here before and its been great, my main complaints were just my burrito was cold and I just went outside and ate in my car so not much of a delay, plus, for some reason, it was bland, and I asked for all the hot ingredients. Maybe they didnt expect the traffic, being the first day of another lockdown.

Tried to order curbside pickup. After waiting outside for 10mins past our pickup time, went inside to find out they hadnt even started our order from over an hour ago. I asked about it and she said theyre understaffed, but she had spent the first 5mins I was standing inside talking loudly to someone in the back rather than serving customers. They offered an extra bowl, but didnt give it to us, substituted my drink with a cheaper one without offering to refund the difference and to top this, they didnt even get our orders right (no sauce or fajita mix in our burritos).

Great quality food, and the staff here have been quite friendly on my visits. This is a great Mucho Burrito location.Edit: 3 years later and this is a place I come back to time and time again, despite all the unique, one-off restaurants we have in Peterborough. This is easily the best Mucho Burrito location Ive ever visited. Always friendly, food is always great, and orders are always correct.

Really nice people and super tasty bowls. I had the vegan one and all the little toppings and veggies made it so refreshing but also filling. Would highly recommend this branch to anyone in the area.

Horrible food and not worth the money ($15 for a burrito!?). My burrito was over half rice and was wrapped properly meaning one side was rice and the other side was everything else. Very disappointing. The staff were friendly, I will give them that.

I love the here and the employees provide too-notch service. They cook the food great and I have never had an issue here.If you haven’t tried the churros , you’re missing out

I found a sharp plastic clip in my chicken rice bowl. See picture. That is very dangerous. I phoned and they called back and apologized. I know accidents happen in the food industry but you guys need to be careful. I could have broken a tooth or worse - swallowed it. I am showing a picture as proof of this. Click my profile to see it. I hope to God there was no more pieces in there that I didnt catch and swallowed.
