Both the manager/owner and the staff are always friendly. Enjoy the nachos, burritos and quesidillas. Plenty of selection and amazing flavours

Poor customer service. Food was garbage. A lady serving me was very rude. This makes me hate mucho burrito now.

We came to Medicine Hat and tried mucho burrito here and can surely say that it is one of the best maintained mucho burritos, top notch service and awesome food

My girlfriend found a small rock in her burrito, 3 weeks later I found an extremely long hair in my burrito. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ive been going here for over 5 years and they have never dissapointed and always keep me coming back.I could not recommend this restaurant more. Hats off to the management and staff at this location, you are doing an excellent job and need not change a thing.

Staff apart from owner are lovely and kind. Owner refuses to put on a mask and raises his voice if he hears you questioning it.

Nice food, fair prices, huge portions, good service. The only reason it is 4 stars out of 5 - the timer for the oven was obnoxiously loud beeping every few minutes really irritating everyone. The girl who worked there couldnt make to it fast enough, so at times it was beeping for 15-20 seconds non stop loud enough to rip our ears

The staff were great. Made everything just the way we asked for it. My burrito was tasty for sure. The only issue I had was the drinks cooler wasnt working.

Love this place, but disappointed they got rid of the Yves Veggie Ground and then the Beyond Meat crumble. Still a good burrito with the beans.

Mucho is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the City. The food is always fresh, and the Corona and lime goes so well with their menu. I love the music too.

Great food. The guy who was working seemed to enjoy his job, or at least he knows how to enjoy himself at work. He also makes a great burrito.

I went to this place and there was a guy next to me in line who got exactly the same thing like literally no exceptions everything was same but I was charged more by the employees. Very disappointing, on confronting they were making excuses.

I often feel confused when I go to Mucho Burrito navigating the menu and what I want. But then I thoroughly enjoy the food.

Mucho is awesome. Everything is fresh and delicious. Ive seen them prepping veggies throughout the day, and thats really impressive. I like that theres lots of gluten free versions of their food and a kids menu, so no one gets left out. Ps. Burrito in a bowl is my absolute favourite.

My second time eating at this place and the service was awesome. The lady that served us was so honest with new comers. We tried give her a tip but they policies with them not getting the tips but they also have a tip jar on the counter. She was so awesome. Thumbs to the service but thumbs down the "policy".

I feel like everytime I eat here there isnt a lot of flavor. Super bummed they got rid of the smothered burrito.

Very good food, but VERY filling! My fiancé had 3 tacos and said 2 was pushing it. I had a burrito and barely finished it! For the price, you cant complain! This is one of the few places left where you get enough food for your money!Customer service was wonderful! The cashier was very friendly and very fun to chat with while he prepared our meal!

Excellent experience right form walking in the door! I was greeted, and guided through making my burrito bowl in a very easy way, especially since sometimes when you don’t know what all the options are it can get confusing, but the gentleman working made it very easy! Food was delicious!

Good fast food place for something different. Not inexpensive either but then what is these days. Had a burrito and my wife had a bowl. Both were good. Little taste of Mexico when cant afford to go on vacation.

I love to eat here. I like big portions and you get those here. The owners are great people who work very hard at making your experience a great one. They are always friendly and accomodating. I have never had a bad meal from here always top notch. If you are looking for something quick, fresh and downright tasty for a meal this is the only place to go in town.

I warned them of my food allergies and they assured me that what they were providing was safe. 20 minutes later I was violently ill. Thankfully I didnt require a hospital, but it was close. Thanks for damn near killing me.

I’ve been in love with this place since it opened in Medicine Hat. They have what they call a “Mucho burrito.” It’s only like the best cure for the after work stomach growl. Previously you could order the burrito smothered. That meant they would cover the burrito with cheese and sour cream and salsa.The menu aside this place excels in customer service. I’ve never had a rude employee or even a bad experience. I also know on one or two occasions; the employees DID have a reason to be grumpy or very rude, and yet were not.This is my experience with this particular place; I treat people the way I would want to be treated and I don’t think anything more of myself than I need to. Your results may very based on upbringing and values. All in all; give this place a shot. If you are use to Taco Bell or taco time... don’t even get me going on how non similar these menus are.This is a higher food quality that you may be use to. This meaning you will likely eat here and still be full and hour or so later. It takes a bit to get use to. It also takes a bit of exploring of the menu, but it’s worth it.My go to burrito is the “Mucho burrito” with pulled pork. It looks like a burrito that ate all of its burrito friends cause they lacked ambition and desire to become a “Mucho” burrito. Now engorged and swollen, now and only now, is this masterpiece of creation ready for consumption. This being said friends; go forth and conquer.

Mucho? I used to think so My family of 5 went there on June 30. Let me start by saying we love Mucho Burrito. Weve been in Calgary, Lethbridge, and Ontario. This time I was tempted to ask the woman if they docked her pay based on how much food, especially meat (1 tablespoon?she put in the Burrito. 2 of our burritos were easily a third smaller than the other 2. A different server started doing the same for my husband but he complained so they made him a new one. Disappointing, back to subway. .. at least when in MH.

If I could give them ZERO I would, but there isnt that option. These guys are thieves. I forgot my credit card there and called right back and they said my name before I even asked. So when I go back, they looked at me like I was an idiot and said we dont have your card? But proceeded to tell me he was the one who originally found it? Does that make sense? Absolutely coward thieves. Re-evaluate your staff Mucho Burrito. They suck and are thieves.

Very good food. Service was wonderful. The man who took our order was very nice. Since it was our first time there he helped us order.

We just stopped in for lunch.It was wonderful. The place was clean and well kept. The music was fun and upbeat. Great job.Good value and fresh choices.Things that can be improved on. The lettuce and vegetables in the salad should be cut into smaller pieces. This may work for burritos but not so much for salads.The "up selling" needs to be less robotic.It doesnt feel good to be pelted with robotic questions. It should flow nice and easy. From a customer perspective it feels like a lot of pressure. Black beans or brown beans. .... Compared to would you like some brown beans that are a bit sweeter or are you looking for the black beans with a bold spicy attitude. Take the time with your customers is my advise.I would highly recommend this restaurant.Yummy yummy!

Always friendly staff, always delicious food, and I always leave full! What more could I ask for? My wife and I make a weekly "date lunch" to Mucho Burrito as it has always been a quality meal! Highly recommend!

when mucho burrito first opened several years ago, it was known as the place to go to get a burrito that was about the same size/weight as a brick. however, i went there today and ordered my usual 12 pollo burrito. its all i ever order. i have noticed that every time i go there the size of the burrito over the years has become smaller, and small and smaller. today was the worst. the lady asked me what type of meat i would like in the burrito, and i said (as i always have"i would like a half portion of chicken, and a half portion of sausage please" the lady looked at me like i was crazy, and the manager/ owner happened to be there and piped up saying "only one meat choice" i explained that in the years i have been dinning at that same location they always facilited my request for 2 meat choices. he replied "no, only one meat choice" so i smiled and said "chicken please". i understand that maybe new rules are to be enforced from time to time. anyways, as the lady continued to make the burrito, i noticed she was puting very small portions of the topings i requested. in the end, the burrito was the size of a hotdog/bun. i dont think i will be going back.

If you want Great tasting Mexican Food. Super Great Tasting. This is fast food but its good for you fast food. Amazing and quick food does however come with a little bit of a price about a dollar or 2 more then what you would pay at another fast food mex restaurant but worth every penny. I have been here over a dozen or so times and not once did I ever have a bad experience. about the only trouble you will have ( if your a noobto this place is picking your toppings. BTW if they ask if you want it smothered I would try without first. I find it kind of takes away from the full flavor of the Burrito in my opinion.
