Delicious food, good customer service, fast delivery.

I will not be ordering from here again. I got the combo fried rice and asked for the meat to be well done. There are brown specs of something all in the food and there is a taste of liver, which I hate, plus the smell is off.

Rude!! Called to place order, phone was never answered. Pulled up to the window and was chastised for not calling in an order. I dont like to give neg. reviews but you earned this. Hello Panda Express.

Ive been eating here for 2 decades, unfortunately it has been bad lately. I know with rising costs there will be adjustments, but Ill probably wait 6 months before i try again. I dont mind paying more when its good, but when its meh Ill find somewhere else.Main issue: The sweet chili is so watery it wasnt even sticking to the food and rolled right off like water and added no flavor. The sauce on sesame chicken is really off & and missing the mild crunch compared to how they previously made it. Garlic sauce on stir fry was also a little watered down, but not as bad.

Do not be scared off because of our price per person as we ordered extra portions intending to take home left overs. Where to start. Everything we have eaten here over several visits has been great. Their Miso soup is one of the better miso soups I have had north of San Antonio. They have a fantastic selection of food to pick from traditional Japanese street vendor meals and sushi options to traditional Chinese meals. There is something for everyone. I did surprise them when I ordered my saki hot. Being a college town most of their customers order the saki new style of cold. They went out of their way to get us hot saki. I *highly* recommend the Peach Saki. Oooooh was it great. I highly recommend this place. I live 55 minutes away according to Google Maps. This I our destination restaurant at least once a month.

A little disappointed the last time I went. I got the yellow curry. Normally they bring out a decent amount of food. This time they brought out a single plate with a scoop of white rice and a small bowl of curry.Just didnt feel like I got the bang for my buck. I was still hungry after my meal. The friends I went with were also hungry. Just feel like they made their portions smaller.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but man! It has really gone downhill. Ive been here so many times and never had a complaint. I was so sad to have to change it from my 5 star rating to this 1 star. Server seemed high or something. Very spaced out and couldnt get our order right or even understand what we were saying. They changed their fried potstickers and theyre so weird and breaded?? It looked like a chicken nugget. The service was awful they have one clueless server here right now that has no idea what he is doing and after an hour of waiting on him to get a clue, someone finally came out to help him. I waited over an hour for my two rolls of sushi and it was not even busy. The food was sub par and overall experience was trash. Ill never be back.

Long long wait for walk up after many unsuccessful call attempts. Menu on google does not match menu in store. Friendly staff but was a slow, chaotic place. Food was so so. A good mix of asian cuisines- some American Chinese, some Viet, some Thai. Food was not bad per se, but I probably wont go back.

The service here is always amazing as well as the food! The sushi always tastes fresh and the sesame balls are delicious. Warm and welcoming environment.

My husband and I have ordered take out from Mr. Chopstix a few times over the past few years and were always happy with the food. However, we recently decided to go eat inside and I was disappointed. It was not very clean, unfortunately. The wall decorations were coated in dust, and the air vents were filthy. Black and coated in dirt and dust. Doesn’t make you feel great about eating there. We have always heard good things and while the food is yummy, we won’t be eating there anymore dude to the cleanliness. Taught me to always eat at an establishment before takeout.

It was our first time eating at this restaurant and the food was very good.

Ive never left a bad review before because Im just not that kind of person but I had to save someone from ordering from here. The Tom Kha Gai soup was so disgusting I actually spit it out. The broth tasted like it was made with dishwater (not an exaggerationand I dont think there was any coconut milk or lime juice in it. The egg drop soup and sesame balls had no flavor whatsoever. Fried rice was eh but its hard to mess up fried rice. Would NOT recommend. 🤢

The potstickers were delish, the fried rice and vegetables were great, and the eel roll was fantastic. All my favorite foods, at a reasonable price.

This restaurant is delicious. My wife and I will travel from anywhere in DFW to eat here. Cant recommend this restaurant enough!

I threw away my order. The food was just bad. The noodles were over cooked and mushy. The khao soi neither tasted, nor looked like khao soi. The chicken was over cooked and dry. And, the place is filthy. I will not be back.

Decent place to grab a bite of Chinese food. They also have a sushi bar. Reasonably priced. At the moment they are short of wait staff. There is sign asking to be patient.

Nice variety on the menu. Outdoor seating was great. Overall good experience.

I found a hair in the vegetable wrap we ordered. Tried to discreetly bring it to I the attention of our server. Waitress came back to ask where the hair was. Instead of remaking the entire plate, they only wanted to replace the single item on the plate where the hair was found.I guess I should have read the other reviews, this seems like a pretty common occurrence. I dont understand how the health inspector doesnt visit this place more often.Before leaving I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that there was not one there that day. The best they could do was to take my name and number and give me a call back. Customer service was utterly underwhelming.

Solid ingredients and great service. I sat on the patio and enjoyed fried tofu lo mein. Lots of nutritious veggies on a dish for $12 👍🏼

Terrible service, horrible and disappointing food. My roommates and I stopped by on March 10, 2022. None and I mean none of the tables inside were clean. I only managed to get a picture a few dirty tables. we stood in the middle of the restaurant for about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. It took another 5 minutes to get a table cleaned. Keep in mind that the employees saw us and avoided eye contact. They the servers were all over the place and there weren’t that many people inside the restaurant so I don’t know what was going on. It was too cold to sit outside and we weren’t wearing heavy jackets. When we finally got seated no one gave us a menu so we had to get up and take one ourselves. It took another 10-15 minutes for someone to take our order. The cup of water I received was dirty, it had some kind of black gunk at the bottom and the water was extremely cloudy. The food didn’t take too long to get to us but my food and one of my roommates’ food was room temperature. I got the mixed vegetables and the main veggie in my food was carrots. Half of my chicken tasted like it was marinated in ginger. I did not ask for ginger in my food. So that was very disappointing because I would get a piece of chicken that tasted fine but then randomly I could get one that tasted like ginger. The menu does not state that it was going to have ginger. It said it would be made in chili-garlic soy sauce. It wasn’t even spicy. I asked for noddles and ended up getting charged $3 dollars and no one could tell me why. My roommate that had room temp food said her portion was also really small and the food tasted nothing like curry. My other roommate got fried rice and she had no complaints. The cooks also had really loud music playing that was louder than the music playing inside the restaurant. The food used to be good about 2 years ago but apparently a lot has changed between that time. I will never return to this restaurant ever again.

Price is good but, wontons are gross, they dont taste like they should. Theyre spicey with orange stuff in it. The orange chicken wasnt orange like it usually is, was a bit hard but I guess ok. The Lo Mein Noodles were in some strange sauce with onions and veggies. Not actual Lo Mein. Not coming here again.

Always delicious and such a laid back setting. I love this place!! They have great sushi as well and there deep fried green beans with garlic will keep you coming back!

Bought my son the grilled shrimp with fried rice. It had a long hair Iin it and to top it off one of the shrimp still had the shell on it. Come on guys you can do better than that. $14,50 dish for the dogs!!

This was my second time coming here, but i was honestly disappointed with my food , i ordered the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and when i got my food it came in a storage container with a little bit of rice and six little pieces of chicken . I paid $13 for my meal and got the size of a kids meal . I will not be eating here again . I will say the cucumber salad is delicious.

First and foremost let’s get straight to the fact they put or food in a box…yes a cardboard olive box, WITH A BUG ON THE BOTTOM. The Salmon Teriyaki looks like the vegetables came out of a can and the sauce a bottle. No seasons seeds. Vegetables have no flavor! Looks bland. Crab Ragun had very little filling Food looked like plastic. I literally had to take my food and recook it just to enjoy it.

Took a seriously long time to get service even though it was only modesty busy. I ordered an appetizer and asked for it to come before the meal - it came at the same time as the entrée. The appetizer was burnt. The chicken pad Thai was awful. The chicken was cold, the noodles were rubbery, and the sauce was congealed.had to flag someone down to get silverware. The air vents where I was seated looked like they were last cleaned in the 70s. .. I ate the burnt appetizer because I was famished. I couldnt stand the entrée. I paid and left and will not return. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Their Pad Thai is excellent. Their Chinese dishes are ok. The fried rice is super boring - doesn’t taste like fried rice at all.

I was hoping to support a small local restaurant, but I canNOT recommend eating here. Ever. The food completely lacked flavor. The noodles were mushy and over cooked. The vegetables are also excessively mushy and overcooked. If you want something that tastes fresh, this is not your place. If you have extremely low standards for Asian food, maybe this place is for you. If youve never had Asian food, dont go here to try it. Also, for a place called Mr. Chopsticks, why did I have to ask for a pair? Egg rolls were decent, but taste very very similar to the frozen ones you can get at the store. Speaking of, a frozen Asian entree would probably have tasted better. Wait staff was nice though! (Pictured- Pad Thai and Lo Mein)

The prices are great. The spring rolls are really good perfect size a little more on the expensive side, but justifiable. Their highest spice level isn’t hot in the slightest. The sauce on the tofu stir fry isn’t sticking or adding much flavor to the dish. The dish in its entirety should be cooked slightly more to make the vegetables softer/ give a nice charred or grilled flavor. But with all this said, was still okay. I would give 5 stars if they add more spice / spice levels.

Mr Chopsticks in Denton was a decent Asian restaurant. The menu is pretty large and has cuisine from many countries. I think if the menu was a little more focused, maybe the flavors would be better. Mr Chopsticks has been around for a long time and I don’t think things have changed. I got the beef rice bowl, would I get it again, no but I also probably wouldn’t be back to this restaurant.

They’re finally back open for dine in! I love their Eggplant basil and shrimp with brown rice!

Absolutely horrible service! The guy was rude and acted like we inconveniencing him. We were picking up 75 dollars worth of food. Did not include silverware or napkins we had to ask and he was mad that we asked. Didn’t give us enough silverware. And had to ask again!! Then we asked for soy sauce and gave us 3 packages for 75 dollars worth of food! They combined food which was for separate people and made things confusing and hard to share off the same plate. Would not recommend!! We were taking my sister who just started college out for a meal And it was ruined by his bad attitude and horrible customer service.

The veggie tempura roll is delicious and reasonably priced. I got other menu items but the roll is kimbap-sized and I’m already stuffed. The mustard green soup is quite good, and the tofu spring rolls were fantastic! Instead of just putting plain tofu in, Mr Chopsticks’ tofu is marinated, spiced, and well-cooked. The person who took my call and was at the window was very polite and explained their to go drink policy clearly.

I have been going to Mr. Chopsticks since I was a young lad. Every time I go is a great experience whether dining in or doing take out. Of the 100+ times Ive been Ive only ever had one problem. The food tastes amazing and the portions are great. As long as I live in Denton I will continue to support this amazing business.

This has to be the worst experience Ive ever had at Mr. Chopsticks. The service was absolutely horrible. The waiter asked us several times over before he remembered and brought us our drinks and did it again with the apps and the main dishes. Took lots of time to get the service in the first place. The tempura was very bland and had no spice to it. The potstickers were basically flat and had very little inside them. The only saving grace was the crispy seaweed that was very crisp with just the right amount of saltiness and oil. I will gladly update this at a later date if this changes. I used to patron here on a regular basis for years. Its sad to see it have gone so far downhill.

I love their Basil Chicken. I moved to Arlington in 2010 and havent been back until today and its still amazing. Ive been telling my hubs about it for 10 years and he finally got to try it and he loved it too! Hopefully we will be coming out more often 😋

This makes me sad to post as well, such an amazing place. Love taking my friends and family there, getting take out every other week.I’ve had great celebrations there too. But I recently went their twice, even took my mom for the first time, it was so embarrassing, the service and the atmosphere was bad. We waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I went to get a server, she said oh we didn’t see you, and then no one came for quite a while we almost left, but I was trying to give them a chance. The you young man that served us was “trying” but was not attentive felt like we were not as important as his server friend, they were just chatting it up. Overall we were there for 2 hours for lunch, it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food. It wasn’t busy and there were plenty of servers, they did the same to the other customers. The day I went alone the girl did her best she was the only server and was during a lunch rush but I was there for a long time as well. The atmosphere has gone downhill not clean and the outside looks dead and a bunch of broken chairs. I hope this changes soon. I will still keep hoping for the best, but I think I will just stick to the to go for a while.

They got our order wrong, and instead of trying to make it correct they insisted that we got what we had ordered. They made no attempt to correct it. Eggs rolls were very oily and the rice noodles were gelled together as if they had been standing for a while in water. 😫🤢🤮This is the second time we have eaten from there. We won’t eat from there again.

I really likep plain chicken wings. Its crispy and delicious. But my friend ordered five pieces of spicy chicken wings and they are all drumettes. I dont know if there are no more mid joint wings or other reasons. My friend is really disappointed because she doesnt like drumettes.

First off, Denton has a small college town feel. Mr Chopsticks fits right in. Good food, all ingredients made inhouse. Everything is fresh. Wonderful service!!

Flavorful food and good size portions with friendly and rapid service. The tempura is especially good. A great place for a lunch.

It depends on your taste buds but I think this place is worth a try, at least once. The spring rolls are perfection. I dont recommend the pad Thai but the vegetable stir fry and the lo mein are good. The staff is very nice and very attentive.

Its a nice small restaurant where you can come with friends and dine on popular Asian dishes.

Added to places I will visit again soon. Friendly staff, tasty food. A large selection of vegetarian choices with the ability to make them vegan if needed. Answered any questions I had concerning food allergy issues.

All around great experience. Greeted when we arrived and welcomed back when we left. Waiter, Tim, was very kind and helpful, perfect attention to our needs. No long wait for our food even on a busy Sunday after church. Food came hot, made with awesome fresh ingredients. Every dish was very flavorful and on point with spices. If youve never been, you should plan to go.

I have ate here since discovering them in the early 1990s. Excellent food and a family favorite.
