Pork cutlet was a bit tough. Fries were nice. Ice cream superb.

Location is perfect. Food wasn’t bad but can be better. They charged extra $5.50 because we shared one plate!!! Never seen that before! How one person can finish one big pizza without sharing?!!!

Had dessert there yesterday with girlfriends. It was such a horrible experience. I just did not want to make a scene since we were with our children. Service is generally terrible and unacceptable. Not just one, but two of them. No smile, not approachable, not paying attention, making faces, a respectless tone, speaking aggressively, rolling eyes; in short, UNFRIENDLY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Would you still have an appetite after being treated so poorly? Please stop hiring people that hate their jobs, it is such a disgrace to your brand. I wonder what your standards are in hiring your employees, but based on our experience, they are obviously extremely poor. NEVER AGAIN.

This restaurant is a disgrace for the Movenpick brand. Service is terrible and so is the food. Was truly disappointed in taking my family (first time in Switzerlandto have taken them to this place. I ordered the Salmon and it was a very small piece and dried up. A total disappointment

Had ice cream , not great. Expensive too!

Its been one of my favourite stops to grab a quick bite. Good variety of food, desserts are yummmm and the staff friendly.

Food is nicely cooked, and I think one thing is rare is their potion, In Switzerland it can be expensive but the potion is tiny. Here you may choose your size, and the large one is really a large one.

Mövenpick is a Swiss chain of Restaurants. I only sat in for an espresso and ice cream but the food that was displayed looked very good and nicely prepared.The ice cream they serve is of course Mövenpick ice cream. Definitely one of the better mass produced ice creams, but it will not beat your local gelateria. The coffee was fresh and good. The value you get for price is very good compared to other local restaurants.

Lovely place with delicious dishes and wonderful ice creams. Strongly recommend it.

Really great place, the staff is patient and helpful. The food is great and yummy selection of wine is incredible. They follow Covid guidelines strictly with table arrangements, maximum seating as well as staff taking needed precautions with mask and face shields. I will come back for another meal next time Im in Luzern....And Prices are normal Swiss prices

Food was overall good. Service really poor!! Bad organization of the reservations.

Good service from pleasant staff, were seated promptly. Do not frequently eat out nevertheless if we do, this is the best place for great food at sensible prices. The meals arrived to the table actually quickly and was in fact delicious, definitely looking forward to visiting again. My sis and I believed the meals here was reasonably priced and would come back. The server who also served us was polite and got a great smile.

The restaurant is fine and so the staff. Yet their menu is so old fashion and boring. It seems never changed because the dishes are classics in the Movenpick history.

They have a special pizzas - extra thin, served with scissors to cut it. Its good as well. Good for lunches in general. Only been there for lunch. Ambiance seems a bit cold to me to go there for dinner. I expect the food quality to be good though. Service depending on the person. The last service i experianced was even thinner than the pizza.

The Mövenpick is centrally located.Them have a large menu and the staff is always happy.

Horrible service! I do not understand why Mövenpick does not fire that one server who a lot of people have had reviewed badly on Google. These people, as well as my party, got their evening dinner ruined by her. She is unfriendly, serves drinks with no ice and the wrong side dishes, glares angrily at customers if they ask her something.I didnt want to ask her for more wings even though I had ordered the à discretion course.My friends and I will not return to Mövenpick! Even though we like the food, which is good, we couldnt enjoy it properly.From now on well eat our chicken wings at Bistro du Theatre, their servers are friendly and welcoming. Weve given Mövenpick and that rude server way too many chances.I will not pay for this humiliating experience again!

The food was really tasty! We had rosti with chicken and a salmon dish. We also splurged on an apple strudel with vanilla cream (warm vice creamand it was amazing! The only thing we didnt like was that it seemed expensive (close to 100CHF for two peoplebut I think that is the norm in Switzerland (we are travelling from Canada).

Was seriously disappointed during lunch today. We usually look forward to eating here regularly, but I think thats over now. Prices remain on the slightly upper end but quality has dipped. Service was good to be perfectly fair. Our waitress was attentive, in spite of them being seriously understaffed.The food. My mom has always had the Zürich Geschnetzeltes but with noodles instead of the greasy Rösti. The noodles were seriously undercooked and cold. The plate was hot though. The sauce contained virtually no mushrooms and the brussel sprouts were mushily overdone.The battered fish with fries in the earthenware pot was somewhat oversalted and the fries were not freshly prepared. Overall, quite disappointing. Too bad really.

Over-rated. They got testy on the all you can eat chicken wings. Keep your word.....

If you are a tourist, STAY AWAY from these scammers. Ordered a dessert and after eating it asked for a glass of water to wash it down. I even pointed to a glass of water she had on her tray for another customer. Instead of bringing me one of that, which is tap water, she brought a bottle of water and charged me 8 CHF for it.

Staff speaks English and German. Had dargeling tea and cappuccino, both good.

Quite disappointing customer service. We reserved a specufic table that they promised to us. However when we arrived it was occupied and we were told to look for another - no apologies. Nothing.

Best place to have ice cream not recommended for food for vegetarian peoples.

Had the premium burger. Requested avocado as an add-on and the meat medium rare.Received the first one without avocado and the meat was dry and well done.Requested a new burger. Received the same except that i received guacamole instead of avocado and in addition the bum was soft and disgusting.

Great place in Lucerne to eat still in the Uli Prager way of an authentic Mövenpick restaurant experience like they existed in many other cities before the companys IPO.

Always a nice place to eat. Generous salad Buffet with a really lovely selection. Prices are not exactly cheap, but you do get what you pay for. Bathrooms have never been what I would deem clean, especially for this price class of restaurant.

Great food. They had a less pricey pizza-type option inside, and we tried a tasty blueberry soda. The reception from the staff was mixed.

Went there last week for lunch. Food is fine. But service is bad. We walked in and asked a waiter (short guy with specsfor table for 3 but he just looked at us and walked away. Same goes to another waitress. I was not sure whats wrong.Luckily, theres only one Arabic guy whos always smiling & happy and hes happy to give us menu and take our order while every other staffs just seems to hate their job (or hate us, im not sure).

The restaurant itself doesnt look amazing when you walk in, but the food was quite good and tasty. The location is also quite central. Didnt blow me away.
