We have lived in Saudi Arabia for 9 years and spent many weekends with our family of 5 at every hotel in Bahrain. This hotel by far has the absolute BEST service and most professional staff we have encountered in all the years we have lived there. Just this past weekend our five year old dropped his ice cream on the floor in the lobby and the staff immediately helped him and REPLACED it! 😱 Something that is usually unheard of over here even though kids are loved. The food is fabulous and the pool is one of our favorites.

The brunch was amazing. The food spread was the best I have had since being in country. Highly recommend attending a brunch if given the opportunity. They also do private events if interested.

Food was outstanding, service left nothing to be desired, and the desserts were excellent. The executive chef was very personable and took our experience to the next level.

We come swim every weekend. 10.5BD for 1 day pool pass and very nice facilities with poolside drinks and food service. The pool has coolers so its very refreshing from the heat. Sathian is our favorite server who always has a smile on his face and is the most friendly and attentive of all. He is the man to provide the best service. Please stop by and say hello to him. Great place! Will keep coming back.

I’m blessed to find such a gem here in Bahrain..from the moment when you arrive, you are greeted within seconds as they open your car door with a welcome… Outstanding Customer Service. The very best Hotel Staff you will ever meet. The restaurant manager, Mr. Eman, and his staff was very professional and made sure all guests was taken care of. Hands down the best Hotel in Bahrain.

A very professional staff and amazing service.The room is crystal clean. Receptionist are very helpful and warm welcoming.They have a very splendid sea food buffet with a various tasteful dishes. Pool is nice and big, Highly recommended

I’m kinda a regular customer of the hotel. The quality service starting from check-in clerk to the room cleanliness and service was amazing as usual.As for the dinner, it was Seafood night from another world really, not to mention the quality staff. I enjoyed being serviced today by Khushbu.

Aamir was very attentive And cared to our every need as a table.To took extra care to make sure everyone on the large table we had booked received exactly the drink the requested. If it wasn’t available he assisted in suggesting alternatives.A star service.

Because the food was so tasty.Because the service just left all of us speechless as it was so professional, so friendly and pleasant.We were 6 friends eating here at Silk and we will never forget that moment.We were also blessed to have Aamir taking care of us. Came here as a last minute thing and got to experience Bahrain’s Friday Brunch craze… The food and service didn’t disappoint. The food was fresh, drinks flowed and music was outstanding. The service was impeccable and Ravi ensured we were completely satisfied with everything. If you find yourself wandering around Manama on a Friday afternoon, book a taxi and enjoy yourself…The band did a great job and played such a variety!

Great brunch! Probably the best Ive been to in Bahrain. The waiters were what really made it amazing--look for Aamir, hes the man!

Not staying at the hotel, but I had brunch here several times and its been great every time. Today in particular the service was amazing, Aamir and Ravi were super helpful and always made sure I had what I needed. Love the variety of food and the fun atmosphere. Def well be stopping by again.

Brunch. The music was a little loud however, the staff were most accommodating when we asked to be moved (good management). The food was brilliant and the drinks were flowing. Khushbu was good 👌

Great environment and staff. Live music is also the added touch. Be sure the balloon maker does a special hat for the occasion :highly recommend for an intro to brunch. Aamir and Ravi are amazing servers!

I stayed in Movenpick Hotel for 1 night during my short 1 day business trip to Bahrain. The hotel is located right next to Bahrain airport.The rooms are very spacious and the service is very good. If you are looking for a hotel near the airport then this hotel should be your ideal choice.

Santosh is awesome! Been here several times but his customer service is unmatched! Santosh and the staff made our party feel welcome and part of the family. Great time, even better customer service! I would recommend this brunch to anyone!!!

I stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the morning buffet each morning. Amir khan was one of our servers and he was a delight. The manager at the restaurant ensured I received my egg white omelette made with as little butter as possible. I will be let you know that the prices converted to USA are pricey.

We had a brunch with my friends last 9 Jun and I told the reception not to charge any guess for table 15 because I will settle the bill by myself. After 4 days, one of my friend informed me she had paid her food. I called the restaurant as soon as possible, but I could not get a hold of the person in charge. Today, I received a call from the restaurant letting me know they can’t refund me even though I provided them a copy of the receipts.

Brunch was great. They have live music and the food is amazing. Service is well deserving of 5 stars. My server, Aamir Khan, was incredible and an excellent server. He made my experience great.

Aamir Khan was an amazing waiter and as a trainee should be promoted. Fantastic service looking after my 3 children and making sure our drinks were topped up and he went above and beyond even helped carry our plates! With a broken ankle, he made sure I was comfortable at all times. A smile all afternoon was lovely to see too. Well done Aamir. Great food too.

This is our first time staying in Movenpick and we are so happy . The hotel is great. We had our dinner in Silk restaurant. Food was outstanding ! So delicious until the point nothing was left in the plate. Very professional service from Santosh. We will come back for sure ! Hotel and restaurant highly recommended !

10 out of 10 recommend. Kathrina and Hassan made us feel so special and well taken care of at our table. The food is spectacular, they have anything you could think of and it is done exceptionally well. The music was definitely on point for my nostalgia, fun mash up.. we were not ready to leave anytime soon we were having such a good time. Will def come again.

The service that Kathrina and Hassan gave us was absolutely 10/10. I couldn’t come up with a single complaint if I tried. Every time I though I wanted something, it was addressed before I even spoke it. The food was obviously amazing, but the service by these individuals is what makes it an experience.

Service was superb. I want to thank Susan for this. The food was also great. However, the lamb I ate was too chewy and I did not enjoy it. Other than that, everything was delicious. The variety of food was also amazing. I also loved the selection of desserts and most especially the Mövenpick ice cream. I would comeback again, but I would highly recommend the breakfast buffet here rather than the dinner buffet.

Outstanding staff never seen staff this dedicated and always with a smile and ready to help and assist. Highly recommended next to the airport very convenient the spa is a must a big thank you to the team there and the therapists.Food quality is outstanding pool is lovely definitely will be back.
