The drive through took forever but the staff was great

The patties here are good, if Mothers patties are your thing. The customer service and overall service is in need of improvement though. It also takes quite some time to get served even when the restaurant isnt crowded. At the time of my visit, some staff members were walking around and only one person was serving customers. I visited using the drive-thru before and it was a similar experience of a long wait even with a few customers.

Sad sad … it’s been a whole year I was waiting for the service to improve… it hasn’t. Drive thru is useless, I walked in… just as useless. As a resident of portmore since it’s inception… not coming back here. Rate:0

Listen they told me 15 minutes and I waited for 32 minutes before I started complaining only to be told theyre going to do it now. I didnt get my sandwich until almost an hour.

Service is not bad but need training to be better. Patties need to be kept at a normal temperature in order to have that wow factor.Full house should be a done to order item if it is then fresh vegetable is needed. If is not fresh then the entire meal wont have a good taste.

they always put my texas bbq burger at the bottom of the bag then it get pressed out even the other day the same thing happen n i also tell them no tomato n i still get it on my sandwich n they didnt even give me napkins n shorten a extra fries that i order

Went into the restaurant and cashed at 1:21pm and didn’t receive my food until 1:56pm…. I was so annoyed just like majority of the customers who started to ask for a refund…. Got home and the patty bags were greasy because the were pre packed and sitting in the window(and it still took long)…. If I could give zero stars for my experience today I would

I have had many experience with Mothers but the latest experience has me confirming that they really dont care about their customers nor the money they are willing to spend. If you want ice cream? Great. Patty? Great but depends. Chicken? Depends. Burger? Not too bad. They really need to work on their the time from when they cash a customers food, suggest a wait time and actually delivering the meal on time. If one says 8 minutes to wait on BBQ chicken and that customer agrees, just communicate any issues or delays to the customers while they are patiently waiting on their meal. Mothers employees arent apparently trained to communicate with customers, so you may find yourself doing many refunds while there, some curse (which is ineffectiveor staying more than 30mins just to collect a menu item.

Good customer service, the workers are very polite , however, the food takes very long.

When patty and fries is lovely, my son love their Fries. But I went there today and it was so dirty both tables and the floor. I said it to the Cashier and she told me to go and tell the supervisor. I said it to another young lady and she responded, telling she dont have no staff. Was really disappointed to see how dirty it was. Service was also slow.

Mothers is a fast food restaurant that needs upgrading. I like the choices of patties which includes soy for those who are not meat lovers. Customer service is good. Service is ok.

We couldnt hear each other at the drive-thru because of the surrounding noise (Maybe the Portmore location needs to be relocated. I wouldnt like that though). Made my order and wasnt able to get my total, was told I would know when I get to the window. There were 3 cars ahead of me but I waited a while for them to go and waited a while for my serving. Was disappointed that there were only 3 flavours left (it happens), but why do I have to wait so long each time I go there? Jeez.

The experience was awful, I went there to try their $999 special, first I got to the drive through speaker and the cashier said to come around where I waited for a long time for the cashier to come tell me firstly they dont have any in stock (whatever that meansthen she proceeded to tell me that I have to order online then pick up. So I went across the road to Burger King. Mothers just not ready, and I wont be doing any online business with a company like this anyway.

Mothers food has improved alot. Patties, chicken, rice n peas, fries. Really tastes good. However, there are some aspects of their service that needs work. The menu listed is not whats available. Went there 3 times and had to change orders because food was either not ready or not available.Time management needs some work. Waited too long for meals. This happened 2 out of 3 times.Last time after placing order I had to change once I got to the cashier.... and its at that time Im hearing that my order was no longer available even tho it was on the menu board.... this is from the drive thru. Cashier tried to make the adjustments as best as she could. Appreciated that. Come on management dont fail ur staff. #Mariawasbighelp

Went to their location a little over 2 hours before closing time today (New Years Day), intercom of their drive thru didnt work, staying in line through the drive thru for 55 mins only to finally get to the top of the line to be told they only have ice cream, no patties, chicken or burgers (saw persons walking out of their location with food while i waited in line in the 55 mins). Lady at the window did apologise but it didnt fill the gap of the hungry car full of persons i had.

Customer service needs to be greatly improved plus they are extremely slow and some of the workers skip out on peoples orders then gives the customers attitude when confronted about it I will not be spending anymore money with Mothers you guys are slowly losing customers worse customer service ever.

Decided to try the sweet chili chicken sandwich. Waiting 20 minutes after asking for a refund 10 minutes ago. I could have caught the damn chicken killed and cooked and made a salad with time to spare

I realize that the fish has been reduced substantially and they put more lettuce in it for me that a bad move because I will not purchase this again...

Relatively fast service when compared to other food locations on the Mall. Wide variety of menu items including their signature patties, ice cream (Devon House quality), fried and Jerk chicken and burgers. Veggitarian options and breakfast available.

Their patties are unique, but not the best. But they make up for that in their other desserts and ice cream. Also not a bad combo menu

2 stars for the patties and the environs and convenience,Do not buy anything here other than patties the chicken here is especially awful!,I drank alcohol has an open appetite so as you can imagine I could take down anything that dont taste so great I had to spit out my first bite of chicken repulsive I felt sick immediately, I spent $565 for a 2 price so I wasnt going to waste it so I forced down the dryer parts of the meat the more oily parts was.....aagh!, disgusting I think they are using spoil or stale oil cant describe it but just dont buy anything other than patty save yourself the bad experience
