Staff were very friendly.Rooms were simple and clean.The bed was quite comfortable and the TV had Netflix and other apps as well.Great for an overnight stay or a few nights if you’re in the town for longer.

Great hotel for when you are passing through Stawell. It was raining for hours and we enjoyed just hanging out in the room watching Netflix. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the service was friendly, fast and efficient.Excellent value hotel.

The manager was wonderful and the place was great and very comfortable. Close to great food too. Will use in future when in the area next. One of the best weve been in and perfect for our needs.

Well maintained, clean and tidy. Pleasant man at reception made for swift check in. Well stocked motel for travelling families…kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, cutlery, bowls, plates, cutlery and dishwashing gear. Neat tidy bathroom, lots of hot water. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the facilities and the people that run this motel. I work away all of the time and this motel is one of my favourite places to stay. The price for what you get is very fair.

This motel is fantastic, the service was excellent, our room was spotless and has been renovated just recently. The management has only been there for a very short time and I am sure they will make a huge success of it. Well done

Pathetic behavior by the man at the reception desk, he started shouting at us for no reason when he spotted us having some food in the room whereas there was no mention in the booking or motel that we cannot eat in the room! Absolute unprofessional from a motel (seemingly he was the owner). I would never recommend this to anyone!

I know that 5 stars generally refers to room service, pools etc when it comes to accomodation but this quiet little family run motel deserves the rating based on service and price point. Very affordable, extremely clean, and no reasonable request refused.The staff are always smiling and happy to accomodate early/late check in/out, plenty of off road parking, comfy beds and hot showers.Highly recommended.

Excellent service by the ladies. We booked two rooms and very basic but very good value, which included breakfast. Give it a go.

Not bad for the price. The host is super nice. They still have people there at 10 pm. This is very nice. The bed is not bad. The room is clean. Hot water is definitely the best - comes out in less than three seconds.

not recommend. air conditioner was outdated and super noisy. no quilt at all in the cold weather but thin blanket which was not comfortable.

Very comfortable & clean. Basic facilities + fridge, kettle, microwave. Also Foxtel. We had a comfortable stay with no noise from other residents or from the road. 😁😁😁

Very clean, we had pre booked, so fast and attentive reception service. Only detail was just one bowl for cereal instead of two.

Very uncomfortable bed (tossed and turned all night, woke with an aching back), outdated decor, air conditioning was very noisy. Best part was the shower, which had good water pressure and an adjustable height shower head.

Excellent motel, very clean, nice firm bed no sagging in the middle, very modern bathroom, the best shower ever in a motel! The water flow like being at home. Staff are so friendly really impressed with this motel. Its a good price. It is in the main highway and there is allot of road noise at night but it didnt both me and Im a very light sleeper and was surprised it didnt. Would stop in this motel again

Very clean rooms. If you’re 2 or 3 and sharing it’s super cheap too. Provided with everything (Soap, shampoo, towels etc.Only thing missing was a Foxtel connection otherwise it could be a Hotel Experience. I’ll still give it a 5 star as we went for adventure not TV. Some flexibility with checkin and checkout as well.

Surprisingly pleasant stay. Newly renovated bathrooms, everything is very clean. As others have mentioned, the beds could be improved but overall great quality accommodation given for the price.

Located on the main high way so its easy to find and get in/out. Room is clean and beds comfortable. Cable TV system is a bit hard to use and most channels not available.

Hot water was limited and was only on for a few days at a time during the night and day. Very tight entry. Bed was not very comfortable but the place was VERY tidy and the air conditioner was REALLY effective.

Rooms are dated but perfectly clean. Newly renovated bathrooms. Air-conditioning effective. The usual drawback of being located on the highway means truck noise overnight if that bothers you. Well priced.

The rooms are quite comfortable, and have all the usual amenities, including Foxtel and internet. For this type of motel, I would regard it as more of an overnight stay in passing through Stawell, instead of a longer stay. It is in an easy location on the main road through Stawell, with take away food venues a walk away. Every time we pass through Stawell we use this motel, and at this writing was still sub 100 for the night.

Highly recommend this place for the price, flexibility, customer service and cleanliness. Rather than paying so much more by staying in Halls Gap, I picked this place and decided to drive 20 mins to Halls Gap instead. Considering the fuel, it was still much cheaper than staying at Halls Gap.

Affordable and quaint with stellar free WiFi as a stand out service. Only complaints were the beds which were slightly uncomfortable to sleep in for those taller than 5"10 and the intermittent hot water service when showering. This motel is a great place to stay for its price if you plan to travel to nearby Halls Gap or Ararat.

We booked one overnight stay. Booked, came late, perfect room (very good price value), left early. Perfect and easy correspondents. Thats what I like and need!
