I had a really bad experience I don’t recommend this place at all!! The front desk guy was friendly but that was it. The room I got was super dirty, there was dog/cat hair on the pillows, blood in one of the beds, bathroom sink and shower hadn’t been cleaned. There were bugs and mosquitoes. So now I have two what it seems itchy mosquitoes bites!. It was just bad I tried to stay because it was the only place with a room available and we had been on the road for 13 hrs! But I just couldn’t so we had to go out of our way to get a room an hour away. When I went to the front desk the guy didn’t seem surprised. He couldn’t give us a refund because we only had a 30 min period to do so. Ugh never again

Rooms were recently renovated. Finally got the nasty carpet out of there. All new appliances new bedding. I will definitely be staying here again when u visit Douglas in the future.

The staff makes the difference at this location! They accommodated an early check-in when I really needed it. They were accommodating for myself and my dog. That wins big in my book! Thanks to Leonard at the front desk, Angel in maintenance and the wonderful housekeeping staff! Really appreciate the extra care!

The staff and the maids are very friendly. Our rooms were clean. It was a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The rooms are a bit run down need to be upgraded. The bed spread was heavily stained and showed years of wear. I have stayed in many motel 6 but this one in Douglas needs alot of attention.

I got caught in a monsoon and couldnt make my way home. I was soaked and wet yet ,they were kind about me dripping on their floor. My feet were muddy. They found me a phone charger to use and even provided me with a pair of flip flops as I had no shoes. The motel was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the hot shower with plenty of pressure and housekeeping were very kind hard working people.

Friendly service. Clean looking rooms. Also liked idea had double room possibilities. (Double door in wall).Also got partial refund for late arrival due to unforseen delay.However was not made aware some rooms did not come with refrigerators or microwaves. I brought my own food. Never encountered a US hotel without these basics.Also had to request AC room...but was not able to heat at night.
