The food was good, we had the meatloaf, chicken tenders, the cheese garlic bread and the poutine at our table and everyone was happy. The service was great and the food came fast.

It is very rarely that food and service are both a 10/10 - but they killed it! The wings are as good as anyone says. The service was impeccable. Above all that the interior was so fun. Was a great experience.

It’s been over 15 years since I last visited and I do not remember it being so beautiful! Talk about a stunning, rustic, country, log cabin building. The outdoor patio is gorgeous with fireplaces in some tables. The inside is roomie with high ceilings and lovely décor. The menu was great with lots of options and descent pricing. The bowls we had were delicious. Great servers even on a busy night. Convenient location with ample parking.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The decorations are fantastic and the vibe is cozy. I love their meatloaf, most of their cocktails, and all kinds of soups. For ribs though, this is not the best restaurant to go to.

Beautiful, spacious outdoor patio - really great for summer meals out. I enjoy their food as well - they have a lot of options. Its more of a bar-type atmosphere which I like, but theres normally a lot of families and kids there too. A great place for a good, casual meal (not so much a date night kind of vibe)

Great Buffalo chicken tenders, with a variety of sauces and spices to customize it with. The poutine upgrade from regular fries was not really worth it, but I recommend asking for extra dipping sauce for the tenders because you will run out!

I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf with mashed potatoes and was happy with the portion size as well as the taste. Would order again.

Busy place, would have prefered the patio. Outdoor seating is really awkward when its full. They encourae their customers to hover around and WAIT until WE see a seat open and go snipe it. Not my idea of being seated professionally. Other than that, the service was OK, nothing to rave about. One thing to consider is drinks, checking up on beverages at your tables is super important. We were left with empty beers and no water left to eat our meal. The 2 managers on the floor did not notice either. Food was good though. Was tasty and hot when it arrived at our table. The music volume was competing with the busy dining room which would be expected when full. Yummy Double Breaded Wings! 👍

The food was great and the atmosphere was just as expected which was full of fun and happy faces everywhere. In the photos it was Fish n Chips, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with a salad, and a Panko deep fried swiss cheese burger with bacon and a side of fries. Over all I give it a 5 star for experience and wait staff as it was great.

Honestly, everything was great. Quick service, pretty quick with the food, and it all was hot. Good nachos, light and tasty, not too heavy and gooey with the cheese. Wings were perfect. The big onion ring thing was good too. Will go back for sure.

I have always love this place. Whenever moved away many years ago but try to visit as often as I can. The wings are some of the best around and the staff is always friendly and service is usually very quick. Dropped a star mostly because they changed their dressings. I couldnt even eat the blue cheese with my wings, until this last visit last weekend I had never met a blue cheese dressing I didnt like. The blue cheese dressing tasted so garlicky and salty and i like both garlic and salt. Tried a taste of their ranch and it was just as bad. Even the sauce for the sweet potato fries left a lot to be desired. Please for the love of all that is good, please, please, please change those to something more edible.

Short Version: My experience was ruined because of one employee at this restaurant. Good food, Good ambience and one particular bad receptionist.Long Version: I visited the restaurant on August 28, 2022. Me and my friends arrived at the reception at 14:25. We met a lady at the reception, now my reason for using the word "met" and not "greeted" is simple: we were not greeted at all, we were just asked to follow her. I personally felt that the lady was disappointed to see us.DESCRIPTION OF THE LADY: She wasnt wearing the dress like other employees. She was wearing a polka-dot shirt and had blonde hair and it looked like we did something that took the smile off of her face. (we didnt😶Alright, so "First Impression is Important" and this was my first impression. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or something or thats jist her but I let it go. once I went inside, I mist say that it was an impressive setup. We followed the lady and she took us too the table which was in the "CORNER" (there were other vacant tables too).We wanted to request for another table but she was gone gone by then, lady had no time to listen to our crying. She stood and watched us from a distance (btw I even waved at her but she couldnt care lesswhile we approached another lady and requested her to give us some other table.Now, She maybe not the right person to do that stuff but if she showed us the table then she must listen to our request too, but she didnt. She sure was walking in the restaurant like she own it, that could be the case too but she just ruined my vibe.Anyway we got a different table and enjoyed our food, a nice lady served us and we had fun.I will not go there again. (I know that it doesnt matter and nobody cares)

Love the atmosphere with very friendly staff. They made our birthday party special. The spin dip is very good but the wings are best. Huge and breaded with homemade bluecheese.

Has a lot of outdoor seating, but frequently only makes the front patio available (even on busy days). Especially disappointing since the back patio has a lovely water feature. Food is good, but on the pricier side. Very good vegetarian menu if you are looking for that.

Had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was amazing, I didnt want to leave the view. I love how they have flowers all around. The waterfall was a nice background while sitting and eating. The server was excellent and attentive. We shared a platter ( Rib and Wings and it was enough for both of us and it was tasty. Its a wonderful place to meet with friends for just drinks or a meal . Planning to go back before Summer ends for another Patio experience

The customer service at Moose cannot be matched. Every single time we go we are taken well care of. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure everything is ok. The waiters are always friendly and efficient. The food is great. Just an overall 10/10!

Usually one of our more favorite restaurants but our last visit was a bit disappointing. The food was good, no complaints there however, as with everything else, the prices seem to have gone up and it was quite pricey for not a lot of food! As for the service, totally disappointing. First, the hostesses tried pushing us to sit in either the bar or the patio. We were there with 2 small kids, so the bar wasnt an ideal option and there wasnt a soul on the patio because the sky was black and a storm was rolling in! Why would we take a table outside??? They eventually said that despite the dining room getting busy, they would seat us there....there were loads of empty tables and booths! Our actual server was a drip. He would barely look at us, constantly looking around the room while we were trying to order, like he had something better to do. Took our order without saying a word and walked away, leaving menus behind. Overall the feeling I was left with was that we werent really welcome there? Not sure about returning, the overall atmosphere was not great.

Great menu selection. Our group was meat eaters and vegetarians and everyone was pleased with the choices. I was happily surprised to see a plant based section on the menu. Food tasted great. Would recommend!

The ambience of the place is really cool and the overall vibe of the place is also jolly. It has 3 sitting places 1 for dine, 1 space for a bar and 1 common area.

Good service. My friends meals were fine (fish and chips and a Chinese noodle dishbut the chicken on my salad was dried out, overcooked, and I think they forgot the dressing. Butter tart dessert was good. Ample parking, no wait for patio seating.

Came here after seeing a famous food reviewers video recommending this place and it did not disappoint! The wings were great and large size. Boulder burger was good. Our server Karen was great!! Very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is cute country style in the lounge were we sat and had a beautiful patio section. The bar seemed like a great place to watch some games with so many tvs! Would recommend coming here :)

The experience was amazing! Got there around dinner time and there were lots of open spaces! The staff were very friendly and super fast! The patio is amazing and the overall food was perfect! Will definitely be coming back again for more and the experience! Ohh, the doggies on the bigger open patio were adorable!!!

Best smoked brisket quesadillas I’ve ever had!! Atmosphere was cozy. Kids loved that you could drawing on the table paper cover! Wish there was more locations!

We had the Buffalo chicken strips with fries and side gravy and the boulder burger with Cesar salad. Both meals were well made and brought to the table quickly. Server was efficient and attentive. Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was good. The dining area is very big plus it also has a large bar area and patio.

Absolutely terrible service. Told us to leave. Ive been here multiple times and they have gone down in service. Dont go here if you want to enjoy and have more than one drink. Chris Janovich the manager disrespects you and does not respect his customers. They also called the police on us and the police did nothing because we did nothing wrong.

Great food, great service! Very busy when we went but service was still reasonably quick! Huge section for outdoor seating. Clean tables and surrounding areas. Clean, updated washrooms. Definitely recommend.

Popular spot... Great patio with lots of space. One near a water treatment which has a nice effect. Inside... A/C on high and lots of screens for various sporting events. Food was good but a bit salty for me. Came hot to the table. Pleasant but very busy wait staff... They let me charge my phone.

This place is great and also great to be back after playing beer league again. Food is great the only drawback at the moment is no peanuts Im disappointed about that. I do hope they bring back the peanuts its a nice touch when they have them but the Moose NEEDS to bring them back.I know a lot people this way.Sincerely, a good customer 👍

Service was good 👍 some food we got was great some not so.. chicken wings great nacho super burger great.. the bad part... mash potatoes cant eat it way to salty ... sald wad bitter .. pork schnitzel dry so dry Ill make soup out of it. Beers is cold that matters the most . Happy fathers day...

It’s quite expensive now and they give you as little food as possible. I got a half filled small fry cup with my meal. The sandwich had a tone of sauce, more sauce than meat. It was one small piece of brisket with a massive bun. I don’t think I will be back. I didn’t give a 1 star because the service was good.

My hubby and I went here for beer and wings. I can say with confidence that these were the BEST wings Ive had in my LIFE. They were jumbo, meaty, fall off the bone and very saucy. We also sat out on the back patio (lovelyand afterward enjoyed their little waterfall view. The server we had was friendly. Will come back!

One of the finest looking establishments Ive been in. Tried the french onion soup, not ever again. Wings in my world need more crunch and melt in your mouth is not something I associate with wings. Tried the remaining wings a couple days later and they were the texture Im familiar with and as good as any wing Ive had.

Absolutely stellar place to watch a game and enjoy some food with friends and family. The staff is amazing too! We got the party platter wings (20 wingsand you can do half and half with the sauces. The BBQ ribs could have used a bit more sauce, but they were great! What stood out to me was their nachos - fresh and simple.

1st time to this place last Friday evening.The place was busy ; but seated in a timely.manner.Staff were friendly and prompt with service.I ordered a power bowl with salmon.Wish I had taken a photo. It was delicious.The other guests that I was with ordered the Brisket; garlic bread with cheese and Ceasar salad.There were lots of birthday celebrations going on cause you would here the employees singing almost every 10 minutes.We will definitely go again.There are so many food options to choose from...Nachos and chicken wings that we saw at other tables looked pretty good!

If you are looking for a place to celebrate your birthday, then Moose Winooskis is the right place. Server was very friendly and the food was fresh. Service was quick. Portions could have been slightly larger for the salad and Lumberjack special (the brisket was very small), but otherwise well worth it. They sing you happy birthday and you get to spin a wheel. We ended up with a free kids meal. There is a lot of options if you are eating plant based (and even gluten friendly). The place is large and can accommodate many. Some staff had masks on and cleaning protocols were in place. We will definagely be back.

Excellent take out! Portions were generous and LOVED that they recently supported a favourite pet rescue, Pound Dog Rescue! Their commitment to the community is ongoing, even during this pandemic, so of course we want to keep supporting local establishments like this! And they offer consistently great food, plus no one does better chicken tenders!

Its been quite some time since I was here last. Probably back to when it was still a part of Sportsworld. Im glad its still around today!It was my sisters birthday when the family and I visited this very Canadian cookhouse. Social distancing was respected for eating there. I decided to give their ribs a try. Got a full rack with brisket, fries and campfire beans. They were not kidding when they said the ribs would fall off the bone. I loved everything about the meal. The pricing is well worth it. I look forward to visiting again!

Food and customer service were beyond excellent! Staff were very friendly and attentive, food was super tasty, hot, fresh, and delicious. I had leftovers to take home because the portions were generous. I had the lumberjack platter and my boyfriend had the woodsmen burger. Highly recommend to everyone!!

Always a good experience at Moose Winooskis. The sweet potato fries with ranch were yummy. The Buffalo chicken burger wasnt as enjoyable for me. It had a strong vinegar taste in my opinion and is certainly as hot as it warns on the menu. Staff are great though and certainly a nice place to eat out. Felt covid safe too.

Great food and a fantastic patio. There is a huge selection of food on the menu, with something for everyone. The kids menu is also a great value, with food that is still high quality. I ate some of what my kids could not finish and I was impressed by what they received.The gardens and flowers around the patios are beautiful and well maintained. Its a nice escape from the challenges of the past couple of years and provides a really nice atmosphere to the meal. Theyve created new patio space and still took the effort to add flower pots to these temporary spaces.Tables are well spaced and the staff here take the health and safety of their customers seriously. As we were leaving, we overheard a manager telling her staff that she noticed that some tables were not adequately spaced and they some of the tables should be moved over.Staff were also friendly and patient with the kids when they ordered.Everyone in my family would certainly return here for another meal.
