Moore Park in Klamath Falls

Such a beautiful park. Plenty of trails. Cant wait to take my mtb and try out the park trails. There are deer so if you have a giant breed doggo like I do, just keep that in mind. With that being said, the preservation of nature is plentiful. Great views of the lake too!

Mostly quiet, light traffic; many bird species.

Very nice park to just hand out and watch the birds catching some small rapids very relaxing place with different things going on around the Park and trails Im going back there in about half hour I like to hangout over in the old parking lot right by the water very quiet and some what hidden spot really Cool place hope to see yall soon at the park

Such a wonderful park. Clean and neat. It looks like a golf course, well-maintained. It’s by the lake. The water is very foamy when we went there so just be watchful with your furry babies not to drink from the lake. The beach we walked on has some bubble gum trash that my dog’s feet had stepped on. Hopefully people who visit this place get to take care of it and not trashed it. Clean as you go please:)

Picked up dinner at Wubbas and went to Moore Park to join my siblings. The weather was nice, the miggs were a bit much but thats no fault of the park. It was nice to be out and under the big pine trees for dinner together...

First time visiting Moore Park. Lots of grass. Shade trees. Playground was good. Picnic/barbeque area. Clean restrooms.

Great park, didnt get to go to the lake side. Was busy eating BBQ 😋

Lots of options. Disc golf, picnic areas, hiking trails, a bmx track, 2 playgrounds, water/ Marina access? soccer fields, and horse shoe pits. If you want to find some cool yadenite rocks there is a pull off just past the 2nd play ground that has a great spot to find crystal like pieces near/ in the water. And for Pokemon goers several stops and gyms.

Beautiful park. Clean, and well kept. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Space for all activities. Playground, soccer, frisbee golf, pets, picnic tables, BBQs and shade. Open space for kite flying. Wonderful place for all ages.

Beautiful park with large fields and play structure as well as a loop for going on a nature hike and frisbee golf course.

Great choose your own trail network. Lots of grades/options. Shared between hikers and mountain bikers. Discovered it with the AllTrails app. I was not disappointed.

It is a pretty place to visit and it is a nice park but I went there with the expectation of water working at the RV dump site and the water was turned off with no notice or anything posted.The four stars because I was disappointed.

Large community Park. Has soccer fields, miles of hiking trails, picnic grounds and a newly expanded (9-18 holesdisc golf course. Tennis courts, boat launch and two separate playground areas.

This was a place youd go in the summer time to play tennis or frisbee.Used to be a zoo located in the park. Companies used to hold company pick nicks. Still a beautiful park.

Nice park. Frisbee golf nearby. Excellent place to walk dog. Local fish spot within walking distance. Home to Klamath Lake.

Ive been going to Moore park since I was a wee lad 😂. Beautiful place and youll usually see wildlife roaming. Theres something to entertain everyone, avoid people/find people because the park is huge and spans across the street to the lake. Gates close at dusk but has a sensor if you lose track of time on the hikes.. which happened to us. My family has been experimenting with the different trails and its a fun adventure for our family of 7. Ranging from 5-30yrs old we usually do the medium level hikes and it seems perfect.

A beautiful treasure in Klamath Falls! Two different playgrounds, plenty of fields, tennis courts, picnic area, restrooms, lakeshore walk, mountain trails with STUNNING views, frisbees golf, etc! A bit of something for everyone there!!!

Peaceful & Beautiful... Watch those Midges & Skeeters there everywhere around there thick as fog... Turn ur car green to...lol They only live for 24hrs no biggie... Enjoy the park & what you can of the lake...Embark the trails around the place as well there everywhere...

Moore Park is wonderful place for people of all ages. Kids play area, tennis, bike skills trail, hiking trails, and more. Great place to spend the day.

Sooo much fun for sledding just beware of vehicles... And atleast they got a porta potty available 👍

Excellent park for a lot of activities such as sports, dog walking, mountain biking, hiking, frisbee golf, view the lake, and a picnic. Park is rarely overcrowded when there not special events. Lots of parking available. Beyond the large open field at the entrance trails run all through the hills around the park. Great place to take family and group pictures.

I love this place. Recently, I have enjoyed several picnics at the pavilions and on the greens on the lake side of the park. When I was a kid I enjoyed hunting for Easter eggs on the other side of the park. I have also enjoyed taking family members from out of town on some of the nature trails in the park. This park is a nicely developed park with some areas that have been left more natural and also some well developed trails with interpretive signs and awesome views of the lake. Also a good place to take pictures as there are lots of photogenic places here and at the right time, the lighting could be fun too.

Beautiful open park. Clean. Right next to Klamath Lake. Playground for kids. Covered picnic area with plenty of tables spaced out so you dont feel like youre lunching with strangers on your lap. Lots of Beautiful birds, trees, comfy grass areas to sit. And I cant seem to visit without seeing at least a couple of deer. My family loves it here.

Big playground area across from main entrance (closer to the lake). It is nice for a lot of little ones. It is in direct sunlight so come during a cooler part of the day. They also lack seating benches for adults so bring a blanket to lay out under a shaded tree.

This really is a beautiful park, being versatile to many different crowds, it is definitely one of my favorite places to photograph the gorgeous sunsets over the lake. From dog walking, having a BBQ, hiking the beautiful trails (up above on the bluffs), tennis courts, etc; there is quite a bit of recreational area to cover and it is all beautiful! Well kept grounds and different facilities available make it easy, accessible and a place you love to return to! Right across the street you can access Upper Klamath Lake where you can take the boat out, picnic, BBQ near the gazebo picnic areas, or just admire the beauty!! Moore Park is definitely one of Klamaths jewel attractions!

Moore park is it excellent place to go anytime of the year. They have soccer fields a playground, a picnic area, restrooms. Its a great place to go with your dog if you have a dog. The upper roads are blocked so you cant drive there but you can walk there. Theyre a beautiful views of the lake from an elevated position. There are also 7 miles of hiking trails in the park. The park used to have a zoo years ago and there are still some remnants of the zoo. When it snows the snow doesnt melt as fast along the hill and they have sledding available in three different areas. You have to bring your own sled. In the winter if theres enough snow there is also cross country skiing in the park. The park staff does an excellent job maintaining the park. During the summer the park usually host the Klamath Kruise car show. The car show is usually limited to about 450 cars. The show is one of the best around the whole area including the rogue Valley. If youre into photography there are a lot of amazing pictures you can take in the park. There are quite a few deer and squirrels in the park. Once in awhile there is even a cougar. The past couple of years I havent seen any evidence of cougars.

Beautiful. Mountains and lake in the background. Lovely paved path for bikes and walking. Big pavilion with cement tables. Nice play structure. Bathroom is open. Bring your own soap or sanitizer.

Moore Park is a must! Beautiful Pine tree’s and miles of hiking trails. Always kept up and maintained. Very peaceful. Dogs are allowed on leash. There is Frisbee Golf too! In the winter, sledding and cross country are always fun activities. Restrooms always clean.

This park is Great !Areas to launch your boat.Go fishing, play in the snow.You can walk your dog, go sledding have a picnic with many areas to BBQ.Kids playgrounds and Restrooms close and open. If not open there is a Port A Potty.Areas to play Ball of all sorts..👍👍👍👍👍Lake Access....❤

Beautiful park with many different areas of interest and appeal. The barbecue dining area is a large well built wooden structure with nice wooden tables and open areas. The view is absolutely amazing, and right at Klamath Lake. There is a nice small drive through the park and more places to barbecue and large fields nearby for volleyball or anything else, nice tennis courts, Moore Park has much to offer and is friendly and beautiful and quite often there are deer and squirrels.

Great place to come and spend an afternoon. Playground for kids. Hiking and bike trails of all different skill levels. Family friendly. Clean and well maintained. Lots of activities and events in all seasons. Great summer car show! Evening hikers will usually see deer and other wildlife. Great views out over Klamath Lake.

Moore park is really beautiful, and it has some amazing views and forest right on the edge of town. My dog adores the hiking and bicycle riding trails going up the hill. The only down side is that, in the summer and fall, the lake smells terrible and the water is very green because of the algae. There are signs posted in the park warning that the water is unsafe for dogs to drink.

This is by far my favorite place to go hiking!! There are lots of Trails and many deer to see! This is a really good spot for bird watching as well!

Awesome park! Plenty of spaces to play with your dogs or kids . Hiking trail and spits to just chill. And great views.

Beautiful park! It has playgrounds and bathrooms. Spacious for playing frisbee or ball. It also sits right on the lake. Only downside was thousands of tiny, green, flying bugs. They were a neussance. Didnt bite just all over us and everywhere. Not sure if it was the time of year but it was in August. Aside from that we enjoyed it.
