Mooboo in Liverpool

Discovered I am not a massive fan of bubble tea.

Good drinks but they never have the ingredients for the drinks I want (which is on the menuor they ran out of ingredients.

Very expensive and always a long queue, daughter seems to love it though

Moo boo is disgrace to customers. I spend 30 minutes awaiting .... they serve 6 customers per hour didnt accept cash payments floor and furniture is dirty as black cab floor on Saturday night...avoid.

Says they open at 10am yet I’ve stood outside for 40minutes and still not open. What a waste of time

Good matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls. Tea had good perfume flavor, only thing that drags it down is thats to little matcha flavor bearly notices it.

I have just been to the store in Liverpool one and had the worst experience in how the girl serving the till was treated (I think her name is Nicole as that was the name on the till). The guy, who runs the store (that what he said when I asked to speak to someonepretending to train her was literally treating her with no respect at all and in the worst way possible an employee can be treated. I waited more than 30 min in the queue and during the whole time his attitude never changed. This experience touched my 2 daughters in the queue with me and a few costumers left because of this. I will never be going back in this store after this experience.

We went to this shop for bubble tea and asked for hot drinks but the guy gave us two iced drinks and we asked for another one with no sugar but the drink came up with full (100%sugar. I have to say this is the worst bubble tea shop is Liverpool. Don’t purchase any drinks there, you will definitely regret doing that.

The 1 star isnt for the drinks its for the manager when i went on the 15th of September. He was extremely rude to the only person on shift making customers leave and people who were waiting feel extremely uncomfortable. Absolutely shocking behaviour for management.

Alright bubble tea I think, its mainly for girlfriend. Staff attitude is terrible and they look constantly annoyed.

We went out of our way for the best Bubble tea in Liverpool, payed for parking and ended up with something undrinkable. No milk? No tapioca?? Dont bother, its not worth it!!I may aswell have rinsed out an old porridge bowl with water and added ten table spoons of sugar and it wouldve tasted better!!

TLDR: Go to chatime, T4 or GongCha for bubble tea.Really awful expensive bubble tea and staff with terrible personality. You feel bad coming here because the staff make you feel that youre an inconvenience to them. Also they moved to a much smaller building than they were before so you must wait outside the building for your order.

Extreamly helpful and very accomodating with dietry needs. Drink was amazing defo be going back

Fizzy drink shop with variety of bubble tea. Drinks are quite sugary. Not suitable for health conscious.

Nice bubble tea but the queuing system seems to cause confusion which leads to it being a chaotic experience

I’ve been to this bubble tea bar 5 or more times and they never have the Creme Brûlée drink. Another occasion was when they gave us Oat Milk instead of Cows Milk without telling us. Someone could be allergic to Oat Milk so they should have made it more clear.

I usually love going to mooboo but the attitude off the people in the Liverpool one shop is horrible! Needs better staff with a better personality

Quite busy and was out of a few flavours. Never had tea like this before but was very good!

The bubble is not really that great. Other than that i absolutely hated the customer service. The behaviour of the lady making the bubble was absolutely terrible. She was very rude and kept giving the dirty looks. When she was handing me my bubble tea she literally threw it at the counter and rolled her eyes.

This is my favorite bubble tea in Liverpool, one of the staff was nice but the other one with that hole ear piercing was so mean, she was mean to me and my boyfriend. I was so tempted to get a bubble tea from there but each time I remember she works there I just go get me a Starbucks.

Best bubble tea, gives Happy Lemon some good competition! With a variety of flavours and some good Mocktails its a great little place when you need a refreshing/surprising/sweet /creamy tea to brighten your day, would absolutely recommend especially on sunny days!

Are ALL mooboo staff miserable and rude? I gave mooboo in Hastings the benefit of the doubt but 5-6 houre distance and still just as bad. Ill definitely be looking for bubble tea anywhere other than mooboos

Nice bubble teas here depending on whos making it at the time it can be more stronger or more weak not the same all the time. Came here yesterday and the girl serving wasnt very nice, was looking at the menu and she asked "what do you want " and didnt ask if he wanted regular or large or no ice. Was very rushed and then proceeded to say to wait outside, didnt smile once and got a feeling she didnt want to be there but other than that it was still nice.

All the workers are so rude and also its not good that they run out of stuff so quickly like they run out of stuff so quickly? And when i asked for green tea lychee with tapioca pearls i got peach and lychee with popping passion fruit balls? Terrible honestly, go to any other boba place in liverpool and it will be way better. Two stars because sometimes the workers can be normal and not rude and the boba tastes good overall.

Pretty vast menu of teas and a nice variety of toppings. Had the raspberry with tapioca bubble, which was great. Drinks come in two sizes. There is a flavour for everyone

Love the Lychee Passion - great little shop for bubble tea! Would love it if they opened another one where you could sit in! Refreshing treat mid shopping

Jumped on this bandwagon and as much as its OK for cold flavoured tea with sickly balls of sugar its just not worth it, get a caramel frappe from Costa its more enjoyable plus the staff are so overrun by basics they cannot jot down any simple orders for anyone. The 3 people ahead order wrong, then mine and then the rest behind that I could be arsed listening too

I have been to Mooboo a few times now and I just want to say how impressed I am by the service that I have received ! There are two young girls there who are always very welcoming and friendly, which I always love to see :They are also very helpful with drink recommendations and have helped myself picking a drink a number of times ! Great service and amazing drinks x

Went in to Mooboo today for the first time today at about 13:00 just because it was convenient and would like to say how shockingly bad the customer service was. Was served by a woman mid 30s and she was just dead moody and seemed pretty arrogant, if you ever want to go and get a bubble tea from anywhere go to T4 near Liverpool central or Gong Cha!

came in Tuesday evening and was welcomed by two young girls who helped me pick my first mooboo drink :). They were lovely and kind to talk to, I was nervous to try a bubble tea before but they asked me if I wanted a fruit or milk and I chose milk and which they recommended a ‘Taro’ it tastes like custard creams apparently! I got it and tasted it in front of them as they wanted my opinion, I loved it!! they smiled and wished me a good day, so lovely, wish more people were like this! :)

This place needs better staff, Ive always had an issue with staff when coming here, as they are always unwelcoming and rude. Id go to a different bubble tea place if I could find one, but sadly this place seems to be the only one thats easy to find, so I always dread going inside. I feel like its gotten worse in there though and felt like I should finally leave a review.When you walk inside they stand there waiting for you to say something instead of welcoming you and asking you what youd like to order, and because theyre blasting music, they complain that they cant hear you instead of just turning the music off.Then once your order is complete and you thank them before leaving, they ignore you, as they carry on chatting to one another.

Terrible service by two very rude girls who were more interested in gossiping then serving the customers. Completely messed up the order and it was pretty much undrinkable. Do not recommend find any other bubble tea

Queues can be really long, but my kids love green tea with lychee balls. A little pricey, although a good product and a nice treat for the kids to keep them quiet as you shop.

Poor selection of drinks compared to other bubble tea shops in the area. Not helped by the fact a lot of the time what they do advertise they dont have in stock. Asked for the creme brulee tea...they dont have it. Asked for tapioca pearls...they dont have that either. Bare in mind on the board of possible options about half of the list was out of stock, one of which not being the tapioca pearls. Staff were very rude aswell. If you see a big queue outside its only because they are the closest bubble tea shop to the center, not because of how good it is. So many other better places around.

Took my Daughter here for a bubble tea which she loves 💘😋 there was a big queue but the staff where really fast and took no time whatsoever to get served there is a big choice of different drinks and very reasonably priced will defo use again

Wow, I never write reviews but this place was so bad! The drink is nice but the service was so bad! We’re Taiwanese and the guy was English, my mother’s English isn’t the best but far from bad but they just kept criticising her English and were very passive aggressive, annoyed and rude! I felt a lot of racism from their attitudes. Tbh there are better bubble tea places with less attitude

The product was fantastic and tasted great, however I was very unimpressed with the attitude from the staff. I asked if I had to wait outside for my drink and the woman behind the counter replied yes, then I heard her say to her coworker “for the third time” very aggressively, and they all laughed. I did not hear her tell me to wait outside. So In summary: Great product, terrible attitude from the staff.

The tea is nothing special (its just lots of chemicals that pretend to be a juice), but the taste is OK and kids seem to enjoy playing with it. Just dont buy with milk. Its not milk - its pure chem trail. We bought it first and returned it. The lady serving kindly replaced them for us at no cost.

Walked in as it looked interesting... It was! Iced Fruit Tea with popping balls in! Quirky Japanese inspired place.

I went there on weekend with my friend. I would like to say this is the worst milk tea I’ve ever had in my life....First, I want to order savoury tea, they said they don’t have... it’s only the pure tea. The milk tea shop don’t have tea to sale.Then, my friend and I ordered Oreo milk tea. She said to the staff no sugar and no ice for her, but I said half sugar and less ice for me. When the staff gave us the milk tea, there is no label on our milk tea to let us distinguish which one has sugar. We asked staff about that, they said I think this is no sugar one...what is I think mean I want to know...The taste of both our milk tea was same and horrible, it was make by Oreo powder and water. No milk and tea taste at all.I had a few excellent experience when I traveled to some other cities Mooboo milk tea shop. I hope the owner would training staffs if they were new there.

Its as close to a milk shake bar turned Oriental as it gets.But its just sugar drinks at a higher costs. Clever marketing to dress sugar and syrups as something from the orient and sell it to teens.All hype with nothing to make me return.

Love bubble tea!!I visited yesterday with my niece, the lady serving talked her through the best flavours and offered tasters of the strawberry and blueberry bubbles, she LOVED them! We went back later on for another drink. Thank you to the staff for making my nieces first bubble tea a special one!

First time trying bubble tea and wow its certainly something different. I really enjoyed it when I expected to hate it. I had winter snow milk tea with melon flavoured bubbles.The member of staff who served us was very friendly, bubbly and had seemed to genuinely love her job as we fired question after question at her.Overall it was a wonderful experience, the prices are fair for being in the middle of Liverpool and honestly after finishing it I didnt even feel like eating.Delicious drinks, wonderful friendly staff and fair prices. What else can you ask for?
