Charming, Nice , Quaint , Cozy , Elegant and worth it. I travel a lot and even though this is an older property… I absolutely loved it. Make sure you sign up to be a Bonvoy member to receive all the perks.
Attended overnight conference but slept up street room rate too high. During conference food service was very good, breakfast and lunch
The staff at this Marriott are some of the hardest and most courteous workers I have ever experienced. I can;t say enough good about them!
Very nice. The food was delicious chef David came out to greet us. We ordered a lil of everything off the menu. Seasoned to perfection
The Marriott in Prattville is an awesome place to stay with having a restaurant and lounge on site as well as a spa, workout center, conference and event center. Also access to the Robert Trent Jones golf courses. Easy access to local dining, shopping, interstate, and airports.
Well let’s start by saying the check in/out staff are completely clueless. Upon check in I was charged full stay including taxes and fees and incedental charges. Was told JUST the incidentals would fall off after checkout and just room rate and fees would remain. Well, after checkout I had an additional charge for room, fees and taxes. After a day the first charge cleared my bank completely and all was good. But now two days after I have left, I now have two charges for room, taxes and fees, doubling what my rate should have been.Outside of this issue the rooms were ok. I had a leaking toilet that refilled the tank every 5 minutes. Golfer group around my room slamming doors ALL NIGHT. View from room was straight into the parking lot. Just not overall what I expected from a highly rated hotel.
So we checked in with the app and said we would arrive at 4 pm. When we arrived at 6 pm the room was not ready. We had to wait another hour to get into the room. The room was nice, an upgraded king suite with a horrible view of the parking lot. Breakfast was included with my status and it was a decent spread. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. This Marriott does NOT have a concierge lounge. Overall a bit of a disappointment compared to other full-service Marriott hotels.
I got the best room purely by chance. I had a perfect little corner of greenery and got to watch a chipmunk and some bunnies while sitting at the desk in my room. The room was clean and in good repair and, unlike many hotels Ive been to, I didnt feel like I was hearing everything going on in the next room.I was there for a conference and the facilities were very nice. No issues with echoes so we could hear the speakers. Minimal background noise from other rooms. Clean and comfortable chairs and tables. The staff was awesome. I got clear easy to follow directions from the ladies at the front desk, and when I was stopping to admire the greenery, staff that were walking by checked to make sure I wasnt lost and didnt need help with my bags.
WOW 🤯 I came for memorial day and it was one of the BEST experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. Thats saying a lot as I travel for work more than 200 days a year and have been to many hotels. I have status so I was hoping for an upgrade but I got placed in a separate cottage that was AMAZING... it had a fish tank and a pool table. The rooms were extra big and it was quiet so I had some great sleep. Mine featured a jetted tub and an extra big shower as well as double sinks. I didnt want to leave immediately so I extended my stay and the next day I got to experience the pool and walked a little of the golf course. ⛳️ I also had breakfast and dinner at the resturaunt inside the hotel. The property is such a perfect hideaway and I would definitely make my way back here. I took a lot of pictures because this property had so many amenities but it truly needs to be experienced so book now...Huge Shout out to Jeff who was a great host and really personable and made my stay as Awesome as it could have been. Thank you for the Hospitality...
Front desk and housekeeping were great. Very professional and accommodating. The rooms are older and could benefit from some updating/deep cleaning (caked dust on top of the electronics, wallpaper starting to peel a bit, etc).
