We had Steve as a waiter and he was awesome! Food was great and they also noticed and asked if we were celebrating something and we were an anniversary! Kudos to the team for noticing!

We had the beef nachos with extra jalapeño. It was delicious. Toppings evenly distributed. We shared the chipotle burger. The burger was dry, as if it was freezer burnt. The toppings itself wasn’t for us- the bbq sauce was sweet and the rest was not very flavourful.

Twice I had booked reservations and specifically told them that it was my childs birthday and asked if they still did anything for birthdays, mainly just coming over to sing Happy Birthday because thats what we always used to do before covid and traditionally my kids always wanted to go there for the birthday. Last two times Ive gone there we made sure everything was all good and then nothing. We had an order of beef nachos and there is only a handful of chips for $20. Theres a local food truck that sells nachos that is massive and well done for under that price. The chips are the cheapest part so why skimp on those? Everyones sides were also done before the food because you could tell that everything was sitting under a heat lamp. The fries were oddly chewy and the apple slices from my sons meal had turned brown because they were sitting, it doesnt look appealing on a plate. Just cut it up before it comes out, it doesnt even take 20 seconds to do. And you get a small Dixie cup of made from Powder gravy, for $3. The people working were nice, but thats where it stops. I think weve finally given up on this place.

Went there this evening with some family... atmosphere was great, food was excellent and our server was friendly, smiling, she made sure to check in on us as we were a big table and was quick to get us anything we needed, fabulous job Nikki.

We were today for the first time, ordered Canadian burgers.Potatoes and salad and sauces were great, but the burgers are not takin tasty, especially the taste of the meat inside.. I couldnt even eat half.. :(

I met my parents there for supper as it was a busy day for them and they wanted to relax and have a good meal, and that we did!! We ordered a couple of different appetizers, the new beef antojitos which are DELICIOUS, and the pull-apart bread which was really good. The sauce on the pull-apart is a little rich, but still tasty and a good choice. For their meals my parents each had ribs which were done perfectly. Myself I had the Firecracker burger which was pretty good. I will say that a suggestion would be to maybe make a switch to freshly made burger patties instead of premade frozen ones, but I do get why a restaurant would use them, but I just think that freshly made patties would make a world of difference for your burgers. I ordered the gravy with my fries, which I have never had there before and I have to say your gravy is pretty good. Ill definitely be adding it to future orders. Our server Chantel did a really great job of waiting our table and was super friendly and cheerful and did a nice job in helping my parents in their choice for their meals and keeping our drinks topped up. Give that girl a raise! =I did have a little fun teasing one of the other servers a bit when we heard some of the servers doing that birthday cheer thing for someone elsewhere in the restaurant, and I noticed she had hung back a bit to do something else, and also so that she didnt have to do the cheer thing. She laughed knowing shed been busted, but it was all in fun, lol = Well definitely be back again.

I went for my grandmothers birthday! The was food was good for the most part. My mushroom skillet was burnt. The staff seemed new and probably just need more training. I know finding staff is difficult at this time as well.

Loved the tacky decor, very kind friendly and the food is very solid. We were served by the very fast and friendly Chantel.

We visited on Fathers Day. Staff were friendly and great, although it was a little slow for the food to arrive after we ordered. Ribs were dry, loaded stuffed potato was pretty bare, with just a few skimpy toppings.Worst of all....the seats, were so sticky, our clothing was sticking to the seats and the backrests! Gross! This place really needs a clean every night. We sat in the bar area and it looked like the areas were never wiped. cringeWouldnt recommend until this place is cleaned up. No excuse, especially during a time when everyone else is taking extra cleaning precautions!

Mothers Day was a big hit at Mobtanas, my wife and daughter had a fantastic experience with very tasty food and great persinal service even on a busy day!

I ordered curb side pickup and didn’t check my food until I got home (shame on me I guessand I had 2tbsp of spinach dip in my order thanks guys really wanted a young child’s serving for my supper. Don’t get take out from here!

Date night or solo dining on business, Montanas is a great destination for great food, great service, and an inviting atmosphere. I often visit Montanas while traveling on business because, as I visit, multiple locations throughout the Maritimes the taste and quality is always consistently great.

We as a party of 9 just visited your restaurant and we absolutely loved it. Your service was top notch and your server Jessica did an amazing job. Keep up the good work.

Really enjoyed it. Steak was cooked perfectly and the ribs my wife had were fantastic too. Place was pretty busy even though we were eating late (8PMand our server was friendly with the right mix of attentiveness.

Best burger around. Love the atmosphere and its always nice and quiet.

Service was good. Quick, friendly and everything was decent. We had 3 different burgers and a fish and chips. All was good, none were great. Overall a little underwhelming.

Our second visit in two weeks both times the customer service was amazing manager even offered us an appetizer for our wait we didn’t mind waiting it was very busy and the servers had their hands full. Food itself was amazing steak was cooked to perfection both times. Our kids just love it. A huge thank you for making it an amazing experience

I normally love Montanas i use to go there at least once a week for lunch but their order online pick up curbside was pretty bad. I ordered 2 hours ahead since i have a short lunch and work pretty far away, I got there on time for my scheduled pick up told them i was here and what parking spot, didnt hear anything back and no one came, figured they must be busy so i headed in, two booths with 4 people total and got my food 20 minutes later than scheduled and it was cold.

Another fantastic meal at Montanas.Our group ordered a few trusted appetizers (one of the best spinach dips around, also antojitos and Buffalo Wings). Our steak, burgers, pulled pork sandwich and fajitas mains were all fantastic. The gravy for fries and mashed was AMAZING.Topping it off our waitress Randi staying on top of everything.

Ribs were great however the fries and chicken wings were cold. Onion rings were dry and looked over cooked (should never have served them). The steaks, hamburgers and ribs were great. I think the cook needs to cook everything at the same time to make sure its all fresh and warm. I am not a cook but just my observation. Hope chief Ramsy is not around.

Wont be coming back unfortunately.Now yes the Kapow shrimp, we had for a starter was good.However the main of our meal was not good. I had the double onion cheeseburger and my guest ordered the firecracker burger... And they were just disgusting. We did not finish our meals and wont be coming back

Visited on 21st August 2021.Food and service were amazing, the atmosphere and music are pretty good too, however I was entitled to a free antojitos (which the waitress wrote down the dine-in code forbut i was billed for it.Aside that I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it, just check the bill before paying :-)

Staff was friendly but when I ordered the ribs and chicken wings, there were no more chicken wings, then when they brought our order, the server apologized that there were no corn muffins, they had to make new ones, the others were too dry...ribs were ok, but lukewarm, fries were cold. Drinks were good... overall, the serving staff and drinks were much better than the food.

I would love to be able to rate higher than 3 stars. The food, service, and main overall atmosphere were all be great. But the entire enjoyment of the meal goes out the window when we have to use cheap Dollar Store utensils that are so light weight and flimsy, they have bent and uneven tines. When you pay that much for a meal, you expect appropriate cutlery.

I would like to preface my review by saying I do not as a rule, issue negative reviews, but this visit was such a waste of time and money I really needed to put this out there. We had a reservation for 5pm and it was a birthday celebration (I told the hostess who took my reservation...wrong move???There was no acknowledgement at any time of a birthday, yet during our time there 2 other tables were celebrated. There were 6 of us and the bill was just shy of $200. No alcohol and two of us simply had salads, one had the wing appetizer, the other three had a main each. The person who had ribs said they were delicious but they arrived cold (BTW we waited over an hour for our meal and the place was NOT busy at allThe Pecan, apple salad with chicken had a few greens, one pecan, two very thin slices of apple, two very thin slices of red pepper and about 5 cranberries. The chicken breast was moist but it was cold, I was expecting the chicken to be hot...oh well. The chicken wings were breaded (which is not mentioned in the description... I know,...I should have asked... and they were not good. Our server actually brought a lemonade that was mostly water, apparently the machine ran out half way through the pour and he didnt even notice. As well, our server did not even ask if we wanted anything for dessert but simply asked who was taking the bill. 3 of our 6 at the table had a mediocre experience, the other 3 of us went away very disappointed. To sum it up, food=1/10, Service= 3/10, Value= 1/10. Very disappointed, I would definitely not recommend this spot and it put quite a damper on the birthday celebration.

Went with my grandparents 💕for my 35th 🎂 lovely waitress very courteous. fast service. Amazing foods!! Loved my fish and chips nd bday song. Think my grandparents really enjoyed the whole experience the staff created great atmosphere. And gramps enjoyed my free dessert. Will be back soon.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch here today. The atmosphere was relaxed and we felt very comfortable given their covid precautions. Also, our server Kyla was lovely. 👍👍☺️

I happened to find a gift card today and decided to grab lunch. After I made my main choice I thought, lets chuck on some onion rings too. I did curbside, got home, no onion rings. Why 5 stars? Because mistakes happen, and this was not a big one. The 5 stars are Because of how the situation was handled. The manager got on the phone, and admitted he was the one who made the mistake. He offered to have it delivered or a voucher for my next visit. For a $3 item, I wasnt going to have them deliver, it seemed a lot to me, so I went for the voucher. Honestly when somewhere makes a mistake, owns it, and does what they can to make a reasonable customer happy (I was never mad, just wanted to see some solution), that is good customer service. Based on that alone, I will definitely return to Montanas. Now if they would just bring back the Dill pickle Caesar 😉, Im talking to you corporate!

The four stars are definitely earned. The food is good, the service was prompt and professional, and all the "smaller" details are great too (i.e., plenty of available free parking, central location, good-sized dining room). I cant give it a five-star review for one simple reason: price. I dont feel as if Im getting out of my meal what Im spending on it. I do appreciate that more of my meal is "real food" than comparable restaurants, but the price point remains a bit steep to me for what Im getting.

Would rate 8/10. Not a bad choice if your in the area. If youre staying at the Best Western, show them your room card and youll save 10%. Also, if you have a Scene card, make sure to pass it, youll easily accumulate 300-500 points.
