Why are all your guests wearing masks outside in the open air? More nonsensical Covid theater and paranoia from hypochondriac liberals. This is probably why youll be shutting down soon. Human beings are over it.

$150 per person is ridiculous...I fully understand that monkeys can get Covid but when your business works with monkeys mingling with guests then you should close or take the risks. Covid is here to stay. You have to deal with it.

I had such a great time here that my girlfriend and I went twice. Our tour (both timeswere from Will. He knew everything about the monkeys here and was very kind. The $150 for the tour is worth every penny. You’re not only paying to see monkeys and hangout with them, you’re paying to experience feeding them, feeding iguanas, tortoises, and learning A LOT. You have to go here!!! Have to!!! And I hope you get Will-he’s awesome! Also….you’re paying $150 to help keep this place up because of COVID…again, worth every penny

The end of an era. Theres no general admission anymore. $150 per person. It was $1,050 for my family of seven. Before we would pay less than $350... Your reviews are suspicious. All the photos look like they are shot with the same camera but they all have different names..lol.. And STOP with the COVID SCAM. Its never going away. Theres no vaccine. Keep changing/sheltering/not letting them acclimate to there environment. They will have less of a chance of survival.. All you tiger, monkey, etc, zoo keepers are all the same. Turning a profit in return of animal cruelty. Lady at front desk was explaining to me that because you are closer to the monkey covid will cause monkeys harm.. Before with general admissions we werent allowed to touch the monkeys. Now you are letting people touch the monkeys, transferring the virus much easier and more concentrated.. But you are worried about the monkeys getting covid.. Bs!!

Very disappointing after they increased to $150 a person ticket from $30! … Looks like they are going out of business and decided to rack up the price to squeeze everything…. So long Monkey jungle! It was nice while it lasted…

Very expensive $150 per person. I have a big family. I have been here before when I was a kid and it was way cheaper to get in. Now its ridiculously priced. Not worth it better if you go to Miami Zoo lots of walking but its more fun and they have a small water park for the kids.

What an amazing experience!! Will our guide did an absolutely amazing job explaining everything. Great experience for the whole family. We were able to see more then the monkeys but of course they stole the show! We saw exotic birds, reptiles, tortoises and fish. Definitely an investment activity $$$ for a family of 6, however truly a once in a lifetime experience. So I would say its DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!

!WARNING! READ ALL LOW REVIEWS BEFORE GOING! Tried to call before I went no one answers, phone is disconnected. The price online says $30 a person. When you get there they try to charge you $150 a person. Its been over 2 years Monkey Jungle has been using false advertisement on their website causing many people to waste their time and gas.The employees there didnt seem to care that we drove this far for nothing. I witnessed multiple families also receive the same treatment that day. They could put that information on their website so you dont waste your time and gas but obviously whoever is in charge of that doesnt care and is hoping that youll pay the extra money since you drove so far to get there.

We had a great time. It is pretty pricey, but I mean how many times in life do you have monkeys jumping all over you? Also be warned, they have fire ants on them. My skin was burning after we were done from the fire ants that are on the monkeys.

We had looked forward to the Monkey Jungle and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating they kept us informed and entertained. The Monkeys were the feature, having the Squirrel Monkeys come out the trees to climb or jump on you to feed was a Great experience. Worth the money for the Monkey cause and the enjoyment. Good Monkeying around time.

I love 🐒 and want to feed them and interact with them; they jump on, you eat the food of the tray you are given. It was so fun and thrilling. There is so much to this park monkey jungle that I and my gf really felt we didnt get the money worth it. ( $$150 per personWe did but didnt. I would have liked to take my time with the experience look at all the different species there and trees; they were beautiful. They have a chocolate tree. We had a great time , nothing like having monkeys jumping on you off a tree. Carlos is a great tour guide .

When I tell you that this stop was the highlight of my day trip to Miami!! I am so glad that I stumbled upon it while searching for things to do in the city. I called the Monkey Jungle on Wednesday morning 01/5/2022 during our drive from Palm Beach to Miami. I was advised that we could sign up for the 2:30 pm tour and that we needed to arrive by 2:15pm to complete paper work and pay the fee.We arrived around 1:30pm. We were greeted by Steve (The director). He was very personable and chatted with us about the business. He also asked a staff to escort us to the restroom that was located on the property. He suggested that we go grab a bite to eat and return around 2:15pm. Upon our return we were the only patrons. We paid the entry fee that totals $160.50 with taxes and signed a waiver form. Another group of 2 arrived shortly after. The tour commenced about 10 minutes after the noted start time of 2:30pm.Our guide was Will and he was AWESOME!! He was knowledgeable, personable and just had a great energy!! Most importantly he had a great sense of humor. He is the kind of person you wished was your friend!! Will advised us that his goal was for us to have a great time and his only ask from us was to be safe and to keep the animals safe. To keep the monkeys safe we had to ensure that we wear our mask properly for the duration of our time at the Monkey Jungle. Will provided great information about the various types of monkeys on site as well as history on how the company was started. Following the informational session of the tour we were provided an opportunity to feed the monkeys. This first encounter was us placing food (dried fruitin a dish and watching the monkeys use a chain to pull the food to themselves. This activity shows the intellect of the monkeys. It was interesting to see how the monkeys that have a higher rank skipped over the raisins! Will said they basically think raisins are for the lower ranking monkeys!!The main event is going into the rainforest. This is where the squirrel monkeys reside and where we interact with them face to face. Will showed us the best way to get the monkeys to come to us. His visual example was on point. Once we were given a tray and food was placed on it the monkeys were ready to eat!!! We had so much fun feeding the monkeys and taking some cute pictures and videos. This experience is pricey, however, I think it is well worth the cost for special occasions. It is clear that the employees love what they do. The great customer service and entertainment of the monkeys makes it all worthwhile!! My only wish is that it lasts a little longer!!

We loved every minute of our time at Monkey Jungle. Yes, it’s expensive, but we were celebrating a special occasion and it felt worth every penny for the educational and intimate, up close experience with the monkeys. The natural habitat is just beautiful and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. A+++ experience.

Very personal, friendly and educational experience. The price seemed high but after understanding why it had been raised and making the unforgettable memories we got more than our money’s worth!! It’s a one of a kind time in the Miami area. Great for every age including our 15 month old son!Just be advised try to wear sleeves and clothing (including shoes!that can get a bit dirty. We were happy for the off & on rain showers to cool us off but it def made for a muddy time. It did all rinse and wash off easily with no stains. Wonderful experience we highly recommend!! Thank you to the staff for such a private and amazing time!!!

An absolute must visit. For anyone even remotely close by. While there is plenty of space/land for the monkeys it is not a difficult or long walk for visitors. We visited in July so it was very hot. Dress in clothes you can sweat in. My daughter had a bit of an attack from the heat so seriously dress accordingly and bring a fan or ice pack if you have sensitive people with you. The staff was beyond amazing, by the way, in helping my daughter. They are top notch. Now about the jungle itself. WOW! Get ready for the experience of a lifetime. We arrived around 1 and finished by 4 ish. You can visit the main walk through area for around $25. This allows you to see monkeys, birds, sloths, etc. In this area you will also see monkeys overhead that will drop down little bowls on chains to ask you for some food. You drop the food in the bowl and they pull it up by the chain. As an adult I loved it. Kids would probably go crazy for it. There are a few enclosures that have PVC pipes running to them where you can also drop the food and the monkeys will come right up and eat it. The food is available where you check in and at the cafe. It was $1 a box. We had six boxes but that was a little more than we needed for 2 people. The second option is to get the interactive experience which cost around $90. It includes the experience I mentioned above and a tour inside one of the bigger areas where the monkeys will come right up to you, jump on you and eat from your hands. This was amazing and absolutely worth the cost. The facility will provide you with the food you just have to provide an arm for them to crawl out on and they will begin grabbing the food. We were fortunate to see several with babies attached to them. One was even nursing. If you have an animal lover in the family this is an absolute must. The location is not flat smooth ground like a sidewalk. More like a mulch path or dirt path. It easy to walk on this but might be a little challenging with a stroller or wheelchair.

The placenis very nice. Monkeys are kinda free roaming and the human path is the cage which is very nice for the animals. Understandably some animals are still in cage to either protect them or others from them. There are some shows like the feeding of the gorilla or other monkeys. You can feed the animals raisins and other dry fruits which is nice. Would recommend.

This is one of my all-time favorite places! I went here as a kid and still remember it just being the coolest thing ever, so when my family decided to take a vacation in Florida, I knew this needed to be on the list. I was hoping it was still as cool as I remembered it to be and it sooooooo was!!!! The animals are so well taken care of, the staff are very attached to them and provide all sorts of interesting information during tours. The monkeys truly have the run of the land, its almost like you are enclosed, not them and I love that! You have tunnels and walkways that are enclosed for you, but the monkeys can go anywhere they want in the massive property/jungle. My kids loved being able to feed the monkeys with the baskets!! I hope we can come back and visit again... If I loved close by I think I would practically live here! lol

Everyone needs to go to Money Jungle at least once in their lifetime. Such a cool animal park. The smaller monkeys are free to roam while you walk through a human tunnel cage. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We had such a great time here! Our favorite part was feeding the monkeys and watching them pull up their food bowls from the human enclosures!

Hadnt been here since I was a kid. Its not the same. Idk if hurricanes changed it but was very disappointed. Not worth the money to me. Had been bugging my husband to go show him. Went while on business in town. They had only one gorilla and it never showed his face cuz they said he so picky he dont like the rain or wet grass so for that show it was a no show. They should have him in glass so you can at least see him. To us the gorilla is the best view of all the monkeys. Then they had no orangutans. They said one died of old age and one of cancer. This was sad to hear but if your a amusement business dont you buy more? The Baboons was a nice look. They had 2 of them. The man feeding the giant turtles was good. They have birds but Im not a bird person. Just wasnt the same for me.

This is a unique experience to say the least. My family and I absolutely loved it. We also did the Amazonian Rainforest tour where you get to interact with squirrel monkeys and capuchins (but they are more shy). Unlike other encounters at other zoos this one was totally worth it because you get to spend up to 45 minutes in the area with a guide who helps facilitate interactions.

Very friendly staff! A great place to see monkeys in an open environment. We humans are now "caged" as we walk through their environments to see them happily at play and enjoying themselves. Amazing to see how smart and attentive they are. You can place food in cups dangling by a chain, and the monkeys will pull it up to get their treat! Amazing! King the Gorilla is a great sight. Love how he communicates with his handlers, and how his food is delivered to him. A great way to spend your day!

Never been to a place where majority of the animals are monkeys. Cute cool and mean & demanding not in a bad way but in a cool I know you have food for me and want you to put in the bowl kinda way. Monkeys from around the world even some that swim which is pretty cool but the whole monkeys fighting food not cool but they have a system just like people almost like a chain of command. But majority of the park is cool monkeys are extremely smart so pay attention to whats going on around you lol.

Monkey Jungle in Homestead, FL. was an AWESOME experience!!!! We had visited one other time years ago..and loved it, but this time... we paid extra for the Rainforest Encounter for my birthday present.... What a BEAUTIFUL experience!!!! There was a small group of us and the monkeys came down so we could get up close and personal with them! Wow!!!! Our guide Bailey, was very nice and extremely knowledgable and filled us in on the monkeys and their lifestyles and behaviors. Bailey offered the food to us freely... which attracted the monkeys to us! Our Ranger Christopher (Chriswas very helpful and also very knowledgeable.... We were in the Rain Forest for a good while... so you really get your monies worth. The Rain Forest ticket also includes the 3 shows and further monkey adventures in the park... where the monkeys are above you and drop bowls down on chains for you to fill up with raisins. What a great experience!!!!!!!

The Monkey Jungle with the Rainforest Adventure Tour was everything! If you’re traveling for this place, definitely invest in the affordable experience of hanging with squirrel monkeys! My husband always wanted to see monkeys up-close. I decided to surprise him as soon as the Monkey Jungle reopened after Irma. I am so glad I did! Although I simply went to take him, I didn’t realize it was also an experience I needed for myself, too. There was nothing like it and I hope to go back one day. Even though it was rainy, it never phased me because it simply felt like part of the Rainforest experience. Our guide was a great guy—I wish I remembered his name. He has curly, longer hair. He was really chill and kind and taught us some really neat facts about the monkeys. We never once felt scared to interact with them, thanks to him! I highly recommend visiting and exploring all the grounds.

Fun interactive experience with various kinds of monkeys. You can feed them food you buy at the gift shop or from dispensers along the way. There are 3 short educational shows; the pool, feeding, and gorilla. They have birds and other animals as well. There is a soda / water machine along the way. Only a few sitting places. They do have a wheelchair route, but be aware it is all mulch no paving. Amazing tall stand of bamboo. Fun! Great for kids.

My kids loved all the monkeys, especially feeding them. We opted for annual passes since we are local and it was only $10 more than the daily passes. Figured its a good place to go to get out and walk in nature. Its not a long path since most of the place is open to the monkeys and we just get some loops to observe them, so its even good for quick trips.

Pretty fun place to take children. You can feed the monkeys for 75 cents in a bowl and they will pull it up with a chain. It appeared they had quite a bit of room, however the different types of monkeys were in pretty small exhibits. The place in general is small, but it was a fun experience.
