Momiji Sushi - Conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Den Haag, Netherlands
Good afforable food. Fast and friendly service.
Loved the Chicken Ramen Bowl (I was expecting the chicken to be a little spicy).I like the whole arrangement of the seats and the decor is nice as well.
Lovely food. Really good in fact. Very tasty. We felt service was not what it could be. Not awful but ok. It wasnt busy either but we kept having to ask for things without being asked proactively. That said, a good eat.
Really loved the ambiance and food of there… must go place if you are sushi lover we really enjoyed our family time there 💕 great experience… forgot to take pictures sorry about that
I had a great experience at Momiji. The sushi was high quality and the service was good. The order speed was ok quite fast, and the atmosphere was very nice and modern. With great seating. There was a lot of different food to pick from, and the staff was friendly.
Excellent food, friendly staff and the owner is always around to interact and assist the customers, when needed.
Ate here since our usual takumi ramen was full. The waitstaff were kind and found us a table despite being very busy. As expected perhaps then the food took quite some time and unfortunately it was quite mixed in quality. I would imagine that it is much better when they are not so slammed.
Really good food, I tried the Veggie Soba and Sushi, I really recommend both
Excellent delicious and smile faces
Chicken starters are not good as the quantity is very less. Go for noodles as the taste and the portion is good. Dumplings are also good. Try the cocktails, they look and taste really good although the quantity of ice is too much
Service was good..what was not good it was the orders ..they forgot two dishes and two people was eating and the other two was watching..i hope they fix that
Food is excellent, absolutely great. But the service is absent. We ordered 2 dishes and were seated for 75 minutes, I felt relieved when i got the check. Waiters asked for drinks once, and we didnt get a drinking menu so I was surprised I had to find out they make excellent cocktails by seeing the neighbors getting some. Heck, they even have a wine cabinet! Next, after 30 minutes the ramen finally makes the scene, but my partner still has to wait 5 minutes more for her glass noodles. So many missed opportunities here, truly basic stuff.Overall, I think this place would do much better with a tablet taking the orders. That way, we wouldve ordered much more because, again, the food is excellent.
Good food, attentive waiters but I would suggest to serve all food and drink together.
Yesterday I ate here with a friend and today Im sick. I have been vomiting the whole day. This is not what I was expecting from a place that looks so good.
Friendly staff, good food. Quite a fancy interior and modern bar. 4/5 because the waiter seemed in a hurry and forgot the drink that came with the menu.
It was absolutely delicious. we had a bowl of rice, fried chicken and teriyaki; edamame; fried chicken roll stuffed with cheese; Gyoza pan fried pork dumplings; fried rice; fried shrimp with egg and sushi rolls: kappa maki, tamago maki and avocado maki. the service was friendly and quick.
Probably the best ramen i had in my life. The atmosphere is beautiful. The staff are very nice and helpful and the service was fast.
We had lunch at Momiji Sushi, nice place. The sushi is delicious, we enjoyed the food and the restaurant 😋😋
Didnt come to eat sushi but ramen.Ramen menu is a little limited, the creamy broth is nice. Would always recommend that over the non-creamy broth.Nice drink menu, the juice mix is really good !
Been here twice and was never disappointed,Great staff, great food and great aesthetic 10/10
We had a small meal here. Just appetizers, ramen, udong noodles and teriyaki. For a little more than 20 each. Great value for money and good quality.
Love this place. Been several times and it always delivers on taste, quality, service and price. Outstanding
We all had some ramen soup. I had a pork ramen, the ingredient taste not fresh. It was my worse ramen ever. Too bad the quality went worse over time. One of my friend didnt finish his ramen at all.
The sushi is ok but the delivery is terrible. Never near the Time indication. Easily 1 hour over.
Unpleasant dining experience because of food coming at different times (a table of four people each with ramen after sushi platter). Two orders were incorrect and one didnt come at all. One cocktail drink (passion somethingtasted truely awful. The front of house manager didnt care or offer a solution. We waited another 30 minutes for the three correct food orders after discussion and one person on our table ate so theirs didnt go cold. Was very surprised since I have enjoyed eating at the next door franchise momji ramen very much, but I will never come back here. I am disappointed my guests had such a poor dinner out.
Very high quality sushi in the city. I would definitely recommend to try their ramen as well. 10/10.
This restaurant has a ramen and a sushi area that shares the same kitchen. We were directed to sit in the sushi area as the ramen area was full.We ordered beef ramen and pork ramen off of the sushi menu, miso, karaage (fried chickenand some sushi. The ramen tasted very bland, and lacked several toppings compared to the better restaurants. The sushi was okay (better than all you can eat, worse than proper sushi restaurants), the karaage was okay too, but again nothing special. The miso tasted the same as any all you can eat restaurant. At the end of our stay the waitress mentioned that theres a separate ramen menu and that we shouldve ordered from that. No idea how much that wouldve changed the flavor though. The stars are based on the sushi, if you order ramen off the sushi menu: 2/5 stars.Staff was friendly and served us quickly though, so that was nice. And the decor looked nice as well.
By faaaaar the best Ramen Ive ever had. The creamy pork and onion ramen was absolutely divine and velvety with a perfect balance of sweet and savory!
The delicious food and the atmosphere was great with a good selection of background music, I can definitely suggest this place for lunch.
The place is great, ramen broth is flavoured well..would recommend anyone who has a preference for Japanese food
Good food after all, a bit high-priced but within the average on town.Just not very welcoming staff, they had to close and we were almost done eating, and we literally got kicked out of the restaurant. It would have taken us not more than 15 minutes to finish. For a restaurant like this the experience should be an important part for the client as well.
The restaurant is okay, but nothing special. My soba noodles were too oily and we asked if the ramen can be with soba noodles instead of udon, they said yes and still brought it with udon. Also, they brought the ramen 15 minutes after the noodles. I think there are better Asian restaurants in The Hague.
Well served Japanese food, probably not like the original but nicely plated and tasty. Friendly service. Good selection of ramen, sushi, grills. They have separations for groups. Toilets spot clean.
The Japanese outlet is located in Chinatown close to the main street called Spui. Good selection on the menu and opted for Bento box with sushi and green tea. Nice prepared and good portion. Recommended
Stumbled upon this gem as a tourist, while looking for a restaurant to have dinner! Everything was delicious!
SPONSOR ME MOMIJI. HEERLIJK.Update 2021: Ive been here more then a dozens of times. Throughout the years they definetly changed something in the kitchen. Not as great as it used to be and the best ramen in my opinion (pork onionhas also been raised in price. I used to love this place from 5* to a very low 4*. Would almost give it a 3*.
We had a very nice experience at Momiji! The portions of both food and drinks are big. The prices are good. And the service is very nice!Especially it was lovely to enjoy some sun on their terrace in a quiet square. And the tables were socially distanced from one another👍
Ordered some sushi from momiji sushi to try out their speciality. 5 ‘half’ rolls, nigiri and temaki (handroll). I also received a box with fruit (strawberry, pineapple and watermelon). This is what I ordered for two:Flamed salmon nigiri, kushi Maki, hamachi temaki, unagi temaki, white shark, cream cheese, flamed salmon, monster half.
Dined here with friends and it was delicious. The food here is very savory. The place is beautiful.
The pork ramen bowl was disappointing! The beef was very chewy! The sushi was AMAZING!!
They had really delicious ramen and sushi! We ordered Tantan (no meatand Volcano Ramen and the portion was medium. Since I’m a big eater I had to order some sushi ;Their soft-shelled crab and deep fried shrimp were yummy and freshly made (warm!). Service could have been more responsive though.
Good sushi, desserts, and drinks! Will be returning here, even though it’s a bit on the pricey side.
The environment and service are pretty good. However the sushi tasted really bad in my opinion. Who put pineapple with cream in sushi? It just not what I expected, I feel really disappoint by this restaurant. BTW, It’s a sushi restaurant own and operate by Chinese. Maybe that why the taste gets “creative”.
Well located. Large restaurant with space outside to enjoy the weather when nice.Momiji is a restaurant specialising in Japanese food focusing on sushi. The service was good, friendly staff and polite. The food was well presented and tasted delicious. I would go back and try more food.Would recommend as the prices are reasonable, not cheap but quality.
One of my favorite food places to eat japanese in den haag
The food is good but the chopteck is so low quality and not very healthy. It is pity because it is not cheap, therefore guests are deserved to have healthier chopsticks.
Momiji became my go-to ramen place for dinner in the winter. My favorite was their classic pork shoyu ramen, the perfect warm broth, with bouncy noodles and very tender meat. Unlike ramen Ive had at other places, the ones here are not overly oily, but still flavorful. I did find the milky broth a bit strange at first, but grew to like it. The service is very speedy, and as others mentioned the price is very reasonable (~ €15 for a very filling meal). Their gyozas were delicious as well.
Great sushi and service, I come here very often for quick lunch of big dinner, big fan of the dragon roll... Also happy that they have the ramen restaurant now..
Best sushi ever eaten! This is how a sushi bar should be.Friendly service, helpful in picking the sushis you want and a wonderful presentation of the food. The portions are big and the combinations you can make from the menu are almost to much to choose from.Absolutely the place to be in town but bring some money (cash or cardas you will pay for the quality you will get.
One of my favorite restaurants in town. Very friendly staff, good food, short waiting time.
