The best coffee and wedges ever! Kids loved their little milk shakes to. Staff are really friendly and just a lovely atmosphere. Will be coming back again for sure! 😍

What a gem of a café, my partner ordered the Rueben bagel which he absolutely loved, along with the eggs on toast and I had the ham & cheese panini, which were delicious. We loved the fact that the owner took the time to chat to his customers not only to offer recommendations but to also discuss how theyre rebuilding after the havoc of covid. I really hope you continue to shine and other customers continue to display patience towards you and your staff. The only down side is we live about 90 minutes away, so we wont be able to return just yet, but we definitely will, as we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I’ve been trying all the cafes at Karingal to find one that I actually enjoy eating at (so far, no luckand decided to try Momentum this week. Finally! A great cafe! Fantastic menu with lots of variety. Great prices ($15 eggs bene, yes please!). Also ordered a slice of banana bread for my toddler, who loved the Nutella mascarpone on top (as did I). Will bypass all other cafes now and head directly to Momentum.

Great breakfast spread. Lovely manager and staff who really looked after us.Highly recommend the smashed avo on toast and the breakfast burrito for a satisfying and delicious brunch.Will definitely be back!

One of the best brekky burgers I’ve come across! It was definitely the sticky chilli jam and house made fresh roll! Topped off with a delicious hash brown and vanilla chai latte

Always great service and food. Nothing is too much trouble. I love they repeat order so its right every time. They ask how you want stuff done like how many shots of coffee, soft or hard eggs ect

Was recommended the Brekky Burger and did not disappoint at all, was amazing. Server I had went by the name of Mo. He is an absolute credit to himself and the cafe, you can tell he is both passionate and experienced in customer service. Would highly recommend Momentum Cafe to all those in surrounding areas. I have been in the cafe 2 saturdays in a row at 4 pm, stood at counter to get served and was totally ignored by the lady with the green/blue hair. If she just acknowledged me that she would be with me shortly it would of made all the difference, but to totally ignore you. Both times we walked out. They weren’t even busy!!! No customer service, very disappointing

Went there yesterday morning for breakfast, they were short staffed in the kitchen, completely understandable. I asked for my food to be a certain way for health reasons, it was accidently missed but the lovely chef fixed it up for me no stress. Really pleased with the morning.

I went here this morning for breakfast. Hands down the worst customer service and food I have ever experienced. We got the Panini’s, honestly made all of us so unwell whether that be the chicken or cheese, either way it was awful. Secondly, we ordered 3 coffees, got 2 of them efficiently however the other iced latte we NEVER EVEN GOT. Asked the waitress with blonde hair and glasses and she didn’t even bother to check on the status of it even after we had gotten our food, and even after we told her we still had not gotten it all she said was ‘we have a back log of orders’ but didn’t even bother to check after waiting 45 minutes!!! I then asked for a refund and when doing so the same lady was so rude and didn’t bother to apologise AFTER she told me they forgot my order!!! By the reviews the owner obviously doesn’t take a no for an answer either when people say anything honest about their experience. Train your staff.

Great food and coffee. Staff are always friendly. We are hear every other day to buy our coffee and they remember our order. Food is always nice and fresh and the pancakes are yummmo from the breakfast menu.

The owner Mo goes above and beyond for his customers. A very welcoming atmosphere and great food.

Have been getting coffee from here for a while & it’s always been spot on. Recently had brunch with my family & the food was incredible, especially the big breakky and donuts. Highly recommend this wonderful place. Very friendly & accommodating Staff too. Thanks guys

Went here for breakfast this morning, didn’t have a very good experience, had a really rude waitress who had a staring problem. She was blatantly staring at my husband and coming close to our table, had absolutely no respect. The other workers were lovely and the drinks were great hence the 2 stars but the food was also terrible, chicken Parma tasted sour but thankfully they gave us a refund.

A conflicting review to write, but I had to share my experience at Momentum cafe. I ordered a serve of smashed avo with a side of two sunny side up eggs as well as a coffee. Coffee was hot and delicious, eggs were great, but the smashed avo had clearly seen better days. It’s at this point as a 37 week pregnant woman who has slept for a total of about 3 hours that you have two choices to make- you could let loose every inch of pregnant rage on this sub par meal and anyone within earshot … or you could hope and pray for the intervention of an angel without wings to talk you down just off the ledge haha. So in steps Selina. The front of house generally at momentum cafe were polite and informative but Selina worked so hard to make sure I had a positive experience, exchanging my meal and when I still couldn’t stomach it (had the same toast and eggs returned cold with some more cold avocado that still didn’t seem right and some pickled veges that were turning black). Her respectful perseverance resulted in me still walking out a very happy customer despite the brekky debacle, and me trying to just forget it ever happened. She was empathetic and offered me an alternative menu and a couple of hot drinks for free. Full tummy and full heart, the chefs here could probably learn a thing or two from their wonderful coworkers. Thank you Selina!

Love, Love, Love this Cafe. It is my go to place when I need to meet with people. Not only is it just off the freeway, parking is plenty and the most important the coffee is always great.I have lots of Food Allergies and suffer from Diabetes and the team at Momentum always cater and take the best care of me. My family visit often and we spend on average $50 for meals and drinks for all three of us. Which is very affordable. I would recommend this place.

Hands down my favourite cafe in the peninsula. Always amazing and super friendly service. Their food and coffee is always beyond expectation. I honestly will not go anywhere else for my coffee or Sunday bacon and eggs with their delicious house made Hollandaise sauce 👌🏼The owner he is super friendly and helpful and always making sure his customers are happy. Literally just finished my meal and it was amazing!Owners are very lovely checking on you and making sure youre ok. Staff are super sweet as well!I had the iced white chocolate and the big breakfast, Im so full but it was beautiful!

Not great, Soggy dense fritters, dense chewy scones, panini will too much heavy cheese overpowering and sickly. The coffee was fine but overall very very disappointing. I rather they charge more and deliver better quality.

We went yesterday for the first time and we liked it so we returned today for lunch. Very nice cafe and lovely food, I loved the eggs benedict and my wifes parma was very big. The owner seems a very nice person, very friendly. We will go back for sure!

In town from interstate - Incredible food, all made in house - owner is very welcoming and approachable. Partner and I had paninis, in house bread melted in my mouth! Will be back when I’m town again!

The food was nice and the service was ok.I would have given this probably a 4 star rating, until I overheard the way the owner was talking to his staff. He was rude and disrespectful, saying things like “you don’t get to talk, you just listen to me!”. I can’t imagine he has much respect or loyalty from his staff and the moral of the place reflected that.Treat your staff better.

Highly recommend people pop down and try Momentum Cafe.Staff are super helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and the coffee and smoothies hit the spot.Today I tried the Southern Fried Chicken Burger and it was melt in your mouth amazing. Finished off with a nice cold passion fruit smoothie.Look forward to coming back again soon. Only issue will be deciding what to try next 😋

Fantastic choices on their menu. I highly recommend the Calamari with salad that is perfect. Momentum Cafe has also pastries and cakes just to die for. Oh so yummy. Momentum Cafe located in Karingal shopping centre offers a very pleasant atmosphere and friendly service.

After not attending Momentum since the first lockdown started, I can safely say that the quality on the food and drinks has not dropped but only improved.That being said it is reflected in their prices, which I would say is reasonable but can see why others may find it to be on the steeper side compared to other cafes found at the centre.I was fully aware that I was paying for Service, Quality and most importantly taste and for that I would be more than happy to return for a treat every so often (highly recommend their pulled pork burger).

Ive been going here for a long time. Amazing food, now even better now that it has been renovated. Spacious and airy. I had a spicy chicken dish, so yummy. The staff are lovely and some were relatively new, but they were trying really hard. Well done to all there, highly recommend this place.

Service and staff were friendly. My order consisted of a chai latte with Almond milk and a vegan chocolate cake. The cake, well Ive had better. It was quite chewy and hard to cut with a fork. They need to reimagine the vegan chocolate cake to be more palatable. The high rating of 3 stars is more than generous and was solely for service.

Food and coffee is great, love it here.One small issueI order 5/6 almond coffees a week from here.In doing this like every cafe in the world, they have a "buy 7 and get the 8th free"On my free coffee, they charged me $60c for the almond milk, not a big deal but still tight.

I only had a coffee and a bowl of wedges.The wedges were delicious, lovely and fluffy on the inside and perfectly crunchy on the outside.I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee too.The menu looks super tasty and I cant wait to go back and try some of the dishes.The cafe was really clean and staff were friendly and professional.

Ordered big breakfast, waffle, chicken panini and barramundi. Food on big breakfast and were slightly burnt, big portion though. Waffle was delicious but slightly burnt as well. Barramundi was nice and perfectly cooked but portion was too small. Coffee were too diluted. Overall too pricey.

Quite unique texture and combination of taste. Had a great time. Friendly staffs and great service. Should visit if you are looking for something diffrent and unique taste.

Bacon cooked well, mushrooms tasted nice. Scrambled eggs sloppy, hash brown taste like raw grated potato. Fatty sausage, not nice but edible. Coffee weak and poor quality served in a mug. Staff were not very friendly or overly helpful. The seats are super uncomfortable and it’s not a cozy environment. Convenient location in the Karingal centre close to the other shops.

Passed this cafe many times so we decided to have breakfast here recently. We sat down near the front serving counter and gabbed a couple of newspapers waiting for the waitress unfortunately it took us some time to workout that we needed to place order at the cashier. So ordered our coffees and meals, which the meals came out well presented. So we had to chase up a staff member to ask what happened to our coffees to be told that the barista was busy! The whole time we sat there we did not see 1 coffee being made. Just to paint the picture we are talking about 2 espresso’s. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.
