Momento bar & pizza in Pleven

I had the fried chicken sandwich; it was delicious! Friendly, fast service.

Walking in there were 4 people at the bar. I utilized the restroom first so I could get a feel of the ambiance as it was my first visit. As I passed the kitchen area there were 3 cooks and 2 servers standing there talking. Upon exiting and heading towards the bar area they were still chatting. I wasnt greeted upon entering and barley got a glance from either of the bartenders until I was nearly sitting down. I ordered a beer and an appetizer. Once the appetizer was delivered I was not asked how anything was, by neither of the now 3 bartenders. Ive been sitting here for over 35 minutes and have not been asked once how I am doing. One of the couples left and another replaced them. One of the bartenders has been chatting up both couples and Ive merely been glanced at. Not a very welcoming experience. The smoked salmon spread appetizer was to die for, minus the half salad of greens on the plate as what I can only presume to be a garnish? Was going to order an entre but will be going somewhere else instead. Would have given 3 stars had someone asked me any question at all. Food saved a one star.

Quinoa bowls brussel sprouts and cauliflower tasted smoked from the oven but were raw on the inside.Walleye tacos didnt have much flavor.Blueberry cocktail wasnt mixed so I got unflavored bubbly water on top and sweet syrup at bottom (and no straw).For the price Id expect at least decent and this was meh.

We were visiting St. Paul, so we gave this place a try. Cute interior and atmosphere, and our server was friendly. The food was disappointing though. We both ordered “salads,” but to categorize them as such is kind of silly. The Capresse Salad maybe had four leaves of basil in it, and rest consisted of an abundance of tomatoes, balsamic, and cheese. The menu description for this dish was accurate, but I feel like this is more of an app plater, hardly a proper salad. Same with the Caesar. Maybe two lettuce leaves, and cheese, garlic toast. Do yourself a favor and order a protein with these “salads” if you go that route.

After 3 good experiences, I feel confident in saying Momento is one of my favorite downtown spots for appetizers, cocktails, and dinner. I haven’t been for Happy Hour, but I have to believe it’s excellent as well!

Found this place as we were looking for a place to sit and have a drink after the visiting the Science museum. Food was delicious! We got the salmon and risotto and would definitely get it again.

The in and around burger was real good. Bigger menu would be nice.

First time here and will definitely be back again! We enjoyed our food while watching the Twins game and having great table conversations!!

A new restaurant with a wood fire grill to go with spring. Flavorful pizza but prefer a bit more well done. Cute 🍸 cocktails🍹

Nice clean establishment with a relaxing, friendly environment. We stopped in for a drink and some appetizers. The service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed a plate of Bacon Cheddar Fries and Wood-Fired Wings. Both were excellent, delicious choices and unique compared to what we have had elsewhere. The Blue Cheese was great and the Ranch was the best we have ever had!

First time here. We found it by accident after we found out that St. Paul grill that was closed when we we got there! We had a few drinks and some fries waiting for St. Paul grill to open. From what I saw the place looks good and clean, the service is friendly and the fries were good.

I live close by, so Ive tried most of the menu at Momento at this point. Every single dish has been very good. The highlights for me are the fried chicken sandwich and chicken risotto. The patio is lovely, they put up awnings so part of it is shaded and part of it is sunny. The service is fast and friendly, even when theyre busy. Give it a try, one of my favorites in Saint Paul.

We had a great experience at Momento on a Tuesday! The wait staff and bar staff were amazing kind and worked their butts off. The food was interesting and very tasty. The cocktails were delicious with the perfect amount of liquor. I would eat there every day!

The mussels were good, And I really like the French fries. The server was friendly and engaging.

What a delight, nice corner restaurant and lounge with an artsy decor. Great coffee, and the food was delightful. Their lunch special is outstanding, $12 for 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup or 1/2 salad, and its really good! Unless youre set on the Poké, I would pass, you dont get much value for the price. Highly recommend the tempura cauliflower!

They have pretty good food, the wings have a pretty good rub on them, and their bacon cheese fries are good as well, and piled high!! I have ben three or four times now and have not had a bad experience yet. Their new menu is also good, although I hope that once the food ecoonomy gets better, they expand the menu back!

This is a fantastic restaurant! A definable new Saint Paul favorite. Great food, greats drinks, and some of that fantastic Saint Paul hospitality. You won’t be disappoint with this new Saint Paul restaurant. Stopped in with friends for a happy hour and had a great time.

We have been here twice since they have opened and have nothing but good things to say. The service is great and the food is delicious! For appetizers I highly recommend the bacon cheddar fries and wasabi pea tempura cauliflower. My husband had the wood fired wings and thought they were great. The mac and cheese with shrimp was amazing. We will be back!

I can not stop thinking about the wasabi pea tempura cauliflower. I needed a moment...o to gather my thoughts afterwards. Seriously delicious. My favorite thing. Everything was great though. Cant wait to go back because Ive heard the chicken sandwich is 2nd to none.

Stumbled upon this place before a Wild Game. What a pleasant surprise! The menu has a lot of good options, well priced. Our food and service was exceptional. Highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich.

Great spot downtown! Decided to stop by before a concert, and was impressed with the cost for a downtown restaurant. Food was great, room for improvement, but since they only opened 5 days prior to us coming it makes sense. Come for the cozy environment and downtown scene, stay for the great food and drinks

Our new favorite spot in St. Paul! We stumbled upon this place and were pleasantly surprised to find out it was only their second day of being open. The food was incredible. Easily the best wings I’ve ever had. Ambiance is great and the drinks were great as well. Checks all the boxes and more. Elizabeth provided outstanding service with a great attitude. We will definitely be back again!
