Its been a few years since I have visited as I am way up in Queensland now so the photos I have added are a bit old. I love this place, it may be slightly smaller than some of the big city zoos, but that just means its managable to walk around. It certainly does not mean its less interesting. You can get the best photos here as you can see, and the animals do look happy and well looked after.

What a terrific place. One of my favourite little zoos. Highly recommend it. Its a fantastic layout with plenty of leafy trees which makes it feel a though you are in their habitat (instead of them being caged in yours).

Amazing zoo! For its size, Mogo has so much to offer and well worth a trip out. Great diversity of animals, ability to feed some with the kids. The Meerkats have some new babies, so adorable checking them out. We had a great time 😊👌 Looking forward to next time

Wonderful place to visit. So easy to walk around, no steps of hills. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of space for the animals. Would definitely recommend pre-purchasing tickets for the Wildlife Park as it does get very busy. A great place for children as you can feed the kangaroos and deer.

Absolutely fantastic experience. You get to get quite close to all the wonderful array of animals that are so well taken care of. There is a strong focus on conservation and breeding programs. Has a cafe and plenty of beautiful parkland to have a picnic. I highly recommend a visit.

Pleasantly surprised at the Mogo wildlife park with so many exotic animals. We saw leopards and cheetahs, a snow leopard, 2 different groups of lions including a brand new cub, we even saw 2 Tigers. Plus giraffes, rhinos, ostriches, monkeys, gibbons, gorillas and a hyena. Didnt expect so much from a small park but it was very fun.

We liked it here. It’s an orderly, well kept and interesting small zoo. The animals are well displayed. They all look very healthy. We enjoyed a good hour and a half wandering around here. A special plug too for the landscaping and gardening. Some of it is lovely. Our only criticism would be of the cafe - there are no healthy food options and it’s all cakes, chips, pies, white bread and lollies. But, the wildlife park itself is wonderful, so just bring your own healthy food if that’s your thing.

Wonderful place but not particularly invalid or aged person friendly. Lots of steps and slopes made it difficult to get around in places. The animals more than made up for it though.

Some places were a bit hard for the pram to get around so not wheel chair friendly enough. Was a bit muddy in some areas..pricey but we got a free admission for family. Lion was cool he came up to cage. The deer bit my son when he was feeding him..a bit agressive

We had the best time at Mogo Wildlife Park. We went down for the Tiger Experience and it was well worth the money paid. So many different animals and closeup experiences for all ages. Would definitely recommend. The staff are also amazing even if I didn’t get to meet Zookeeper Chad

A lovely and very educational Wildlife park. Most animals were easy to see with placards showing facts and habitats and levels of endangerment. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely areas to picnic available as well. Good coffee and food available..great for a family day out.

Fantastic zoo. Seems small but hosts a great range of animals and information. The animal talks were also great to listen to. The only complaint was I couldnt find any toilet facilities except at just inside the entrance. There were signs but the path I was following wouldnt end up at any noticeable facility. However that minor niggle aside, would definitely return when back this way. The kids loved it.

We arrived about 11 and spent about 4 hours. This was our second visit, the last was 11 years agoWhat a great experience we had. The animals are very close and while it is only a small zoo it delivers. We used our dine and discover vouchers, so even greater value.Lunch was memorable watching the monkey perform.Go and support a local business that has suffered through the fires and covid.

We mainly went for the nostalgia and the big cats. We saw all the big cats moving around, which made it easier for my toddler to see them. The park is not very pram friendly, unless you have a large "off-roading" pram. You can hire a pram for the day for a Gold coin donation, so next time I would try that, as their prams looked sturdy.I would like to see more purpose built bathrooms throughout the park, rather than just portaloos at the far end. Some talks were happening, and some werent, which made it a little more difficult to plan the day. We heard the lion talk, and saw the lions be fed, so the toddler was very impressed.Overall, we will be back, but we will change what we bring and how we plan our day.

I love this little zoo! The animals all look nice and healthy and the feeding is so affordable. For only $3 you can get a bag/cone of feed that you can give to the deer, camels, zebra (though they didn’t come overand/or ostriches! For an extra $20 you can feed the giraffe some wattle leaves which was really fun. Included in the entry price was a little map/passport for each of the kids where they could collect stamps as we found each enclosure. 10/10 would recommend.

We attended the community day, to celebrate reopening after the 2020 bushfires- a yearly event. Despite the soaking wet weather, we had a wonderful time. The animals are so well loved and cared for, the grounds are immaculate (some paths were very soggy due to the rain and gumboots were the fashion of the day lol, the food in the cafe was lovely and we couldnt fault a thing. The staff were friendly and answered any questions about the animals, the facilities were clean and accessible. We are grateful for the community day and will return when we have friends visit - its well worth showing it off! Thanks Chad and all the team!

Fascinating zoo, with a great range of interesting, photogenic and captivating animals. Small enough that it only takes about 2.5 - 3.0 hours to see everything, but large enough to have a satisfying range of exhibits. We particularly loved the meerkats and the marmosets.

Mogo Wildlife Park overnight camp stay.We arrived at 3.30pm, the wonderful host Kelly met us at the entry with a very warm welcome. Kelly gave us a tour and a run-down and also took our order for dinner and breakfast. Our daughter is gluten free, so Kelly made sure everything was sorted to meet our request. The tents are great, they sleep 4. There’s a toilet and shower block a short walk away. After we had unpacked the car, at 4.30 we had a private feeding and photo with the massive Rhinos, it was fantastic. That night for dinner we had beautiful home made hamburgers on the BBQ by Kelly and her staff, the fire was on and the kids played games. ( don’t forget it’s BYO ), there’s no shops to duck off and Grab some wine / beer and chips. Just after dinner as the sun was going down the live music kicked off, OMG we had Matt Scullion play live for us for over an hour, google him and see what a talent he is. The next morning we headed off to have breakfast with the Lions, OMG!!!!Bacon and eggs rolls, fresh coffee while sitting a metre away from the Lions… the best breakfast ever. Then we had the zoo to enjoy, our only bad mark was all the animal experiences were pre-booked, so we couldn’t do what we wanted to do, my kids were shattered because that was the main reason why we choose to go there. However we did get to feed the giraffe, which was nice. Overall we had a fantastic time, food was great, campsite was clean, neat tidy, the staff were amazing, we can’t wait to go back.

What an amazing Zoo! Really nicely set out, the animals are all beautiful. We even got to feed some, and watch the giraffes being fed.The only downside was the rude lady on the counter. We were coming into the zoo and she was extremely rude when we asked for ponchos as per their online giveaway (mention that you saw the deal online about getting a free poncho or umbrella if it was raining).

I understand they have had some flooding issues to contend with recently but I feel as though maintenance at the park is lacking, especially the islands area that has some extremely overgrown parts that would greatly benefit from general lawn maintenance and pruning, glad to see they have a couple of river otters in an easy to see enclosure as they are my wifes favourite animal and you can get quite close to some of the big cats they have. Would be nice to see the cafe have a refurb and expand the food they offer. Still a good place to go and still have a couple of hours left in the day.

Been there from Sydney a few times and loved it everytime, but this was the first time my wife needed her wheelchair. For the most part the park is chair friendly just not up near the red panda or the tiger, those two areas are a definate chair no go, my wifes powered chair was losing traction or was just physically not able to fit along some paths. A couple of the other animals I needed to support my wife to stand so she could see over the solid fence.I realise its a safety thing and understand so it wasnt a big issue. Those few things aside it is a great little zoo with a reasonable number of animals, great staff and prices are fair too.We will return again.

Great place for a fun day out with kids (even if it’s raining), lots of animal encounter opportunities even including feeding the lions ! We stuck to the giraffe feeding and enjoyed the deer / kangaroo plus of course the mandatory picture of kideous horrabilus.Places for a picnic inside as well and it seems they’ve started overnight camping and probably night adventures as well .. mental note for next visit. All in all a MUST visit.

Great smaller wildlife park. Only takes about 2 hours so you can be in and out pretty quickly if you want. Bit of a line to get in due to "dine and discover" vouchers. Otherwise, great animals, 99% in view (better than a lot of other places), and the keepers did impromptu feeds/toys around 11am for some animals. Good breeding programs too - baby giraffes, apes and zebras around.
