All the girls in there working were great. When a time labor is short they were well staffed and friendly.

Friendly staff, dirty restaurant. Decent food.

Overall the staff and food were great. I was highly disappointed on how dirty this establishment was at 3pm. With very little customers in the dining room, couldn’t find a clean table or a portion of the floor that was clean. I know times are crazy but sending someone out for a quick 5 minute touch up goes along way.

Did you know every day of the week except Saturday they have a special on a particular item‼️‼️. I went on Monday, and it’s a burrito with chips and a drink, all under $8. My burrito was delicious, excellent customer service .

Moes is my go to when Im hungry and want something that I know wont disappoint. This location specifically has been the best of all that Ive gone to however. Its also the most clean.

Visited this store on a Saturday afternoon. Wasnt crowded. Quick service. Clean store and restroom. We like the selection of veggies and meat

Every time I come here it is an amazing experience. I have built a great relationship with the staff and are all so kind to me, especially Jordan. He always makes sure everything is right and that I look forward to coming back. He is a great employee, leader and an even better guy. I hope someone higher up sees this review and gives him the recognition for being so awesome.

I always loved going here until I just recently went and found out they no longer give a 50% military discount. It was so rare to have these days and I went whenever I could....so Im pretty sad. Food is still great though!

It depends on the time of day you go cause they get real busy during after work hrs and weekends but I guess that speaks to how good they really are!

Excellent location - beat Ive seen outside of Georgia and best overall since 2012. Very effective management team, attentive crew members who are focused on the customer, and very clean. Thank you for the best Moes quesadilla Ive had since I used to make them for myself while working at the Augusta GA Moes. 🙏

If you asked me years ago to rate moes, it wouldve never been 5 stars. But they made huge changes (actually incorporating flavors in their productand not charging for chips with weekly deals was a nice change.Their tomatillo salsa is a must, proper spice and flavor, salsa with garlic is nice too.Their $6 burrito deal on Monday is a weekly habit now. So much food, great on a budget. Love their Adobe chicken and their tofu is amazing. Add pico, fresh jalapenos and southwest vinaigrette and you got a winner. Grilled veggies are a great touch too.Barberitos was always my spot and still are, but Moes has distanced themselves from the rest.

Rude! Seriously, dont take the time to actually treat customers right. They basically make you feel like an imp. Not a allergy or vegan friendly one check out battleground much more friendlier staff and there more friendlier. Changing gloves ia an issue for these guys and had an attitude over the little things.

This is usually one of my favorite Moe’s even though I never hear “Welcome to Moe’s!!!,” when I enter. Tonight was a late trip before closing. You could tell the staff was ready to go home. I tried to get in and out and not be more of a burden. I wouldn’t expect to get stale chips at the end of a shift, maybe in morning after sitting over night. The cup of queso that I received was thick as molasses because the line had been turned off way early. The veggie bowl and guacamole were pretty good as always. Only other complaints were I received about a 1/3 of bag of chips for a bowl of guacamole and cup of queso, I guess I was supposed to eat majority of my guacamole and queso with my fingers. All 3 sides of Kaiser salsa that was given to me from the line were warm and smelled bad when I opened them. They were immediately thrown in the garbage. I would have rated the experience a 3 just on the bad Kaiser alone, but I wasted my money on the queso also, so that dropped the rating.

I love Moes but the employees here are kind of rude like they’re annoyed that you’re ordering food lol & there was a ball of hair in my salad I couldn’t even finish it & my boyfriend couldn’t eat his burrito from the thought of it. The cheese dip was great tho

Well I ordered food from this place 2 of the burritos. Both with out guacamole because I am severely allergic to avocado. It even said no guacamole on the receipt but I take a bite of the burrito and boom there is guacamole on it. I had a severe allergic reaction. Tried calling this establishment back and waited 10-15 minutes for a answer and got hung up on 2 times. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all I was in fear for my life and I have MOES SOUTHWEST GRILL SEES THIS POST thanks a lot

I love Moes. I wish they were better staffed in the afternoons. The employee really should have made new onion / peppers and mushrooms. He scraped the bottom of the pan to get just enough.

1st time at this location and first impression is great. The homewrecker burrito I had was good and my wifes build a bowl was good also. I think it was all less than $13....I will be back!

Expect some refund cause they robbed me. Food looks like it has been out all day, and they give you less rice/beans/meat than any Moe’s or other burrito place on other earth. Oh and all the food is cold. Maybe if you guys weren’t rationing out food, you would be replacing it all timely. Wish I could give this place 0 stars cause they didn’t even earn the 1 star I gave.

Store was nasty. Workers stood in the back talking while I stood there for about 3 mins. One girl stood at the register putting her hair in a ponytail while standing near the food The food looked like it had been sitting all day. I asked the girl helping me if the chicken was fresh. She said it had been sitting there about 2 hours. I left there and went to the one in Burlington. They are super clean and super friendly. Everyone at Wendover location should take lessons from Burlington (University).

I mean is it just me, am I ordering incorrectly or is the food dry most of the time?(Not just this location either)I like the menu options and being able to watch as my food is prepared but oddly enough my order lacks that good ol juiciness Im used to from restaurants with similar dishes. I usually ask for a sauce to go along with my meal or reach for the salsa. Great idea, nice restaurant, but its the dry food thats not doing it for me.

Great place to eat. Fresh chips and the queso cheese dip is delicious!. I got the chicken quesadilla. Now I get the bowl with extra stuff on it. Its enough for left overs which is good for a midnight snack

The Pizza Ranch offers four primary all you can eat buffets. The country buffet has excellent fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, fresh made potato chips, potato wedges, country style green beans and corn alongside buttermilk biscuits with the butter already inside. The chicken is a little oily but the flavor is spot on and super tender and juicy. The sides are delicious and properly seasoned.

They have good salsa if you like medium to spicy salsa. The best day to go is mondays when you get any burrito, chips, and drink for $6. The food is pretty good. Portions are a little skimpy. They offer various food specials each night.

Just marvelous food. Sometimes I wished I lived right beside the store lol. Great job management! Im never dissatisfied with Moes. I wish I could try allot more of the foods but I cant have really spicy foods but with what I can eat, I am very extremely satisfied.

My go-to quick dinner place. Moe Mondays are a great deal and the staff are always helpful. Ive always gotten quick, friendly service when Ive visited. The food is prepared fresh and the El Guapo salsa is a family favorite.

The people are really nice everytime Im here and the food I good. Chip amounts vary depending on the day but always more than enough for one person. Everything Ive had is of a quality expected for a fast food Mexican place

Food was delicious, almost as good as Chipotle. Came on Monday night, $6 meal Mo Monday. Staff was friendly. I think the place could be kept cleaner. Hardly any people and the counter tops were messy. Salt and pepper shakers were sticky. Should just stick with packets.Very generous Military Discount. Thank you, greatly appreciated.

I am a huge fan of Moes. However, today as I entered this location I was not "welcomed to Moes" the food was good as usual and some of the staff was friendly others seemed to be upset doing their job. Then I went to the beverage machine to find out they were out of all lemonades and most fruit flavored low calorie drinks. The ones they did have were watered down more than usual. This is the third time I have come to this location and the drinks were limited on their selection. I hope the service and selection of beverages gets better or I will drive the 10 minutes down the road to the next Moes or start going to barbarittos.

The staff was ridiculous tonight!!! One person poorly making the food, 3 men standing around talking, and another standing at the register looking around. All the salsas were completely empty. No cups for the salsa and tables were messy, hadnt been wiped down in hours. High point location is sooo much better!!

They charged me for my kids meal on a Tuesday & only credited $2 off rather than the full $3 my coupon stated.I asked for my receipt, talked to an associate & manager. The manager brought me my change but the wrong receipt.I even caught on of the associates eating behind the counter at the cold bar. Stuffing something in his mouth.Food was good enough. My son wanted another moo moo Mr cow, just ground beef n cheese, a whopping $4.05 for just this tiny thing! Ridiculous!

Food is ok. Although, there really isnt much of a difference between junior items and regular ones in terms of size or anything else. Im pretty sure that its a major sanitary issue to just throw chips into the bottom of a bag. I also tried calling them over 10 times because a delivery order did not have my entire order (and the delivery guy even questioned it and told me they claimed that it wasnt part of the order despite being clearly written on the delivery receipt). Getting a human on the phone never happened. So I am out money I paid for items I didnt receive.

Disgusting. Filthy. No sweet tea. No unsweetened tea. No salsa. I wonder if Ill get sick? Shut this Moes down immediately.

Good value on Mondays. Staff are generally nice and polite except for an odd few but thats to be expected at any place. A suggestion: could you please not spray and wipe the salsa counter when the salsa bowls are still there? I dont particularly like salsa and spray mix :-)
