Its a good place to have a dinner with friend but only at the area of restaurant not to take rooms theirs because rooms is expensive and the location is not good.

The price on their menu is different from the real one. For example Skol lager on menu is 1200Rwf but the real price is 1500Rwf. Also so many items written in the menu are not available.

Modern villa hotel is a really nice place, the manager is super friendly always listening to your every need. The hotel is clean, spacious and very Modern in design and architect.
