The balsamic sauce with the Caspian pizza is so good.

I absolutely love this place. You can order pre-configured pizzas but the real magic is that you can also build your own where you dont pay for every topping separately. They have a wonderful cauliflower crust. The line cooks are attentive to allergy requests and change their gloves before making your food if you have a gluten thing like I do.

Great 🍕 pizza place to customize your you pizza. You can also customize your own salad 🥗.. or pick from the menu. Reasonable price. Amazing customer service.

Very friendly, super quick and clean :this is always an amazing spot. Tip: don’t overload the toppings (even though they’re freelol but they have the freshest ingredients without a doubt and delicious salads and small cake desserts. I just with this Daly City location would invest in a heater in the dining room- it’s FREEZING 🥶

The guy that initially greeted me was very nice and had cool penmanship. He got my order correct and was good about how I wanted my pizza before it went into the oven. But when I went to pay, the girl over there wasnt as welcoming and I could feel it. My pizza was great but the customer service by the cashier affects my ratings to make it just a 4 stars. Has she been friendlier, I would have gave it 5. We opted to sit outside because of her weak customer service.

Awful wait times every time. SuperFast™️ to get bored waiting for a pie to come out in an hour after placing your order, wheter there are 5 or 100 people waiting.

Quick pop in as was passing by as everything seems to be closed. Pizza 🍕 obviously nothing like in Italy and not even close but is ok if you hungry or just wasted and dont know what you eating. Place itself was nice

mobile order and pick up super efficient. a wide variety of toppings and drizzles. not a huge fan of the crust though :/ prices very reasonable.

Stood in line for 6 min I was the only one in line no one even acknowledged me nor took my order so I left getting nothing very poor customer service

Sloppily made margherita pizza, and entire staff were pretty cold to all customers. I get it, they are probably understaffed, but man it doesn’t feel good at all trying this spot out.

Not good. I think you would do just as well buying a frozen pizza. Youre much better off going to a pizzeria, spend more and get a real pizza. Mod is fast food pizza.

Been coming here for years for pizza. Recently the place has been in really great shape. Much better than early 2021: eating areas are clean, trash not overflowing anymore, kitchen much more organized. Great place to grab pizza and eat outside in their outdoor eating area.

You pay by the size of the pizza and its quite reasonable. Add your choice of toppings and crust and you have a pretty good pizza. My favorite was the cauliflower crust pizza loaded high with my toppings. Very good.

Probably one of the best pizzas weve ever had. We ordered the Company pizza and Pepperoni/Bacon. Their pizza is so fresh and tasty! Two thumbs up!!!

It was good , guess depending on who prepares the pizza, whats the rush for when choosing the toppings, will adjust review next time I go ones I see the next service

Like the concept, customizing your own pizza. Could see how it can be fun for some. As for taste, it was ok. Cant really say it was memorable. And as for quick, not so much, if behind someone indecisive or requiring lot of "customizations." :-)

Glad we tried it again. Our 1st time was delivered and was not very good as the pizza sat for awhile before we got it. Dined in this time. The pizza was great and the cauliflower crust was hot and crunchy.

I wanted to try this place and I ordered a pizza online, the dough was burnt and was terrible. The toppings were very messy. Only reason I finished it was because I was hungry af and didn’t want to waste money. There are better places than this

This place used to be really good when our family would go to shop around Serramonte, but something has happened in the last year and it’s inedible now.We ordered a pizza and Greek salad and the salad came out like a salad you’d get from a gas station that was made a week ago. The lettuce was wilted to the point of being slimy. We asked them if we could get something else and we settled on a Caesar salad and it was just as bad. Lettuce must’ve been frozen at some point and the tomatoes were soggy and disgusting. The best part of the salad was the pre made croutons.Service used to be really good as well, but now it’s run by what seems like high schoolers who have no leader in the building to help them. Every question is met with a puzzled look and scrambling to get someone to help them. Also, one guy looked like he just got out of basketball practice and went to work. Was behind making pizzas in shorts and shower slides, which I’m sure is against dress code.

This place rocks. I love that I can get only the things I want on my pizza! Plus its affordable and you can get a personal sized custom pizza.

Just horrible. Pizza was utter trash. Customer service is horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas to go. They didnt even know what pizza was which when adding toppings and then got mad at me for their mishap.i asked for a plastic bag and the guy acted like the bag was coming out of his paycheck.

Today I tried MOD Pizza for the first time. I have seen it countless times going into the mall and was curious about it. My first impression was a bit sketchy at first because I hate thin crust pizza and I am the most pickiest person when it comes to food but I must say it was absolutely delicious and different. I really really enjoyed picking my own toppings. I choose the meat lovers choice which had pepperoni, sausage, ground beef and add whole bunch of other stuff to it. The service was great fast and friendly they welcomed us and said goodbye and hope to see you again soon. I was so blown away about the service especially now of days people are just not as pleasant when dinning out. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends its worth the money very responsible price and I forgot to mention the bathrooms were absolutely clean thats #1 in my books it speaks volumes of a restaurant wonderful job team keep up the good work.

We stopped here randomly .This place is really clean , they have friendly staff and fast service! The great part is that they have gluten free options! We had the build your own pizza - type a thing with gluten free crust and garlic bread sticks ( which is pretty big - another pizza size )I would come back

I got the Mediterranean Mod-size salad with dressing on the side and it’s huge! Absolutely loved it. I also got the mod-sized meat lover pizza which was absolutely delicious. It was a very good price too.

This is my favorite of the build your own pizza places. Cant beat their price and unlimited toppings. I always add the Sri-ranchs and pesto drizzle after its cooked. They have outdoor dining which I have always been able to find a table at. They also have curbside pick up and delivery options. The curbside pick up is right next to the restaurant and easy to run in to grab the food. Ive came here 4-5 times and almost at my free pizza already through their rewards in app.

Never had a pizza with the equivalent of only seven whole slices before. Did they pusg their thumbs into it? Multiple times?

My coworkers & I were in Daly City for a community service event collecting toys & other products for underprivileged & foster children. We needed to get some lunch so it was our very first time to MOD Pizza. Reasonable prices. The "Make Your Own" Pizza was very tasty. I also liked the fresh made lemonades. Manager at Serramonte location was very nice/accommodating, and the workers there were pleasant & provided really good service. I would go back to MOD Pizza if I am in the area again.

I love this place!! MOD is my absolute favorite place to get pizza. Im a pretty picky pizza person (and an alliteration abomination apparently!but this place has totally stolen a pizza my heart!...But seriously, the toppings are great, the pizza has a nice thin crust, and its affordable! I love to be able to customize it perfectly to my taste.The workers are always super friendly and nice to talk to when theyre helping me with my order, and they never judge me for getting myself a bunch of pizzas at once lol!Highly recommend, love this place, cheers!

Great little pizza shop. Every time I’ve ever been it’s been super empty which is nice because there’s usually no line. They have a bunch of menu items to help you choose what to eat or you can simply build your own pizza. This place isn’t like normal pizza shops where you eat one pie as a family. This is more like an individual pizza per person kind of place. The dough is on the thin side and is the only option. They do have salads if you’re not a pizza person.

Great pizza. Was my first time there and I loved that they have vegan cheese! And they were cautious and they even changed there gloves with out me saying anything. And they tell you how it works which, isnt really hard, but still helpful. Lol. Now the pizza it self was bomb. Good crust, had the right texture wasnt too crunchy are undercooked. And the cheese (being veganwas great it melted nicely and the veggies were very fresh! Will definitely go back again.

If you look at the picture you might agree with the fact that it felt as if it was mostly dough with limited ingredients. When I asked about it, I was told the ingredients slide to the middle because theres no sauce... Hmm, dunno. Its priced OK (we ordered the Isaac), and it tastes OK, but it felt like bread with a bit of flavor. Not sure I am coming back, and if I do, I will not order the same thing.

Was my first time here and I came with my mother... I was a bit confused to how to process worked and they walked me through it.The manager was even kind enough to comp us for one pizza since it was our first time! This was a breath of fresh air in an era where companies seem overly greedy.Pizza was great. Red sauce had a hint of a garlic kick! The housemade blackberry lemonade is delicious. The price are just right, start with whatever size pizza dough you want, you add whatever topping(syou want, my granddaughter leaves the cheese off of her, and the price stay the same. There are many delicious choices. They cook the pizza right there for you. Its the same for their salads, theres 3 sizes of bowls to choose from and again you pick and choose what you want in it and they mixed it for. Its a great place to take your family to eat at. The portions are big enough to share 2-4 ways. I tried their pizza and salad, I love both of them. Their drinks are good, reasonable price and you get a free refill while youre there. Soo go give it a try.
