Mochiliers in Azogues

Muy lindo hostel! Grande, amplio, con varios sectores en común, sillones, patio para fumadores, tenis de mesa, baños impecables. La atención es de primera! Muy buena ubicación. Lo único negativo es que cuando salís de noche y regresás tenés que tocar timbre para que te abran y a veces suelen tardar en hacerlo.

A decent value for money hostal with a great location. The staff was friendly:No hot water in the shower, bad wifi and to much noice.

Incongruencias con lo que ofrecen desde su página de Booking, como desayunos no inlcuidos o la hora de check out. La administradora o propietaria (que nunca nos atendió personalmentenos llamó con un trato muy grosero a decirnos que nos vayamos de la hostal porque el check out era más temprano de lo que su mismo personal en recepción nos había indicado. ¡Pésima comunicación interna y pésimo servicio! Una mala experiencia.Y con respecto a la respuesta que acaban de publicar, mi disculpas por no grabar al personal de recepción cuando nos dijeron una hora que luego no era y también me disculpo por no haber grabado la llamada de la administradora siendo grosera, pero muchas gracias por demostrar nuevamente su gran servicio al cliente.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCEI had a reservation for 2 nights in this hostel with Booking. The hostel owner wanted to make us pay more for the 2nd night than expected on the Booking confirmation, I refused so they didnt want to host us anymore.They are thieves.No professionalism

If you like dirty floors, sheets that have a funny smell, parties, and the smell of smoke (cigarettes, cigars, and LOTS of marijuanaat all hours (day/nightthen this is your place! You get what you pay for, $5 per bed is a good price but dont expect much.

Bardzo brudne miejsce -:nie polecam.W załączeniu zdjęcia z kuchni.Okropna akustyka, wszystko słychać.Właścicielki goście zupełnie nie interesują.

If I could rate it negative stars, I would. Wretched place, smelled like vomit and was filthy. Walls separating rooms are 1/4” plywood, and you can hear everything from room to room, including the shared bathroom. Wifi wouldn’t work in some of the rooms. They lock you in, and we had to search and yell for someone to unlock the door to get out. Left earlier than expected in search of sanitary accommodations, and they wouldn’t refund money for the nights we didn’t stay.TERRIBLE!

Al principio nos gustó mucho el hostal , tiene mucho espacio para descansar , Netflix , es limpio y el servicio parecería bueno !Lamentablemente un voluntario nos culpó el último día de que no habíamos pagado un día !! Tuvimos que discutir nos arruinó completamenta la última noche y a la final era falla de ellos mismos. Todo porque no dan una factura cuando uno paga, Esperaría al menos un descuento por este dilema que nos hicieron pero los dueños casi nunca estaban de todas maneras. No volvería a este lugar.

ive got a very bad experience at this hostel:bad costumer service, wifi doesnt work well, really cold room, the blankets were smelling bad, no tv in the rooms, cold water, the shower was not warm enough.At the end when we were leaving the guy told us they gave us 6 towels and there were 5, but we said we dont have it you can search in our luggage but the guy refused and left the door locked, so we were trapped and he asked us to pay 5 dollar for a towel we did not have with us,He didnt want to open the door unless we pay. So we had to call the police at that moment the guy got scared and he left us leave, at that moment when we were outside waiting for a taxi the police arrived and we explained to the police the situation then the police went inside the hostel for the report, so that hostel now have one report in the police station, I have to add that this is the hostel where i have got the worst experience.

Good staff. Nice place and cheaper! The kitchen is the only place in the hostel couse I dont like. Lot of people for a little space.

It is best cheap cost hostel in Cuenca, the only thing they do not have is Privet Bathrooms. but because of it they are offering the cheapest rate in town, i was there for 2 times and it is good clean place to live.

Es un lugar muy discreto pero acogedor, los de la recepcion muy amables y se encuentra ubicado en un lugar estrategico de la ciudad

Me dejaron encerrado con candado, del techo cayó agua sucia de los de arriba, y la dueña me discrimino por ser extranjero

No anda bien Internet, no hay lockers para guardar tus cosas, la cocina es muy pequeña y siempre hay que esperar para cocinar, el comedor es un antro

Hostal economico y bello ubicado en pleno centro historico de Cuenca. Silencioso, limpio, con muy buena atencion, wifi, baños, cocina y salas de estar amplias y comodas.

Acojedor y buen ambiente rústico full gringos xD jajaja
