By far the worst nachos I have ever seen. A handful of chips with cheese (very sparinglyover it and that is supposed to pass as nachos.... And we had to wait 40 minutes for what looked like the oldest rump steak in the world. It old, dry and tasted like a sandpit. Thankfully I will never have to go back

Not happy about the new relocation spot. Its not convenient at all. There arent many halaal takeaways around and the new location is unreachable for most Muslims. You should have also considered the Muslims that support your business. The food is below average the chicken had no flavor and we ordered hot, the wedges had no spices on and the rolls was stale. Very disappointed

The service was slow but my equal felt that it was worth waiting for cause he enjoyed his Shwama dont know if its spelled correctly after all I only speak seTswana and seSotho 🤗😁🤗

Absolutely love this place. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. The waiting time was not long every time I visit here. Less than 5 minutes. Would recommend this place to anybody!!!

Like any franchise it tastes exactly like any other. Normally I would then give it a 5 star, but even though the staff is friendly and helpful they take very long to finish an order. So great everything, just a longer than normal waiting period.

Second time buying, first time we waited 1hour and 45mins for my order.. Today phone lines was down so save the waiting time we decided to call no luck.. drove to order inside took us 20 minutes just to order the cashier ringed it up incorrectly so another guy came to help out... Seemed as though we placed the order wrong but instead the cashier was only 4 days on the job. I do recommend more experience staff should be hired and fast working guys at the back so the orders can roll and provide GOOD FAST SERVICE TO CLIENTS.. On this note we ave spoken to many friends and even clients inside while waiting and they also complained about the SERVICE waiting times too long for food??? Something u can work on... We have been to any other branches in Gauteng and SERVICE had always been tops 15mins max for a large order! This is rather not said in a bad way but just to help on where service can be corrected ot improve. More staff ... many hands make lighter work.. I am sure you will have more clients coming in if you just work faster... I know it can work out . THANKS

Never ever answering the take away line. Always had a bad service at mochachos. Food is never on time..Im always waiting for 45mins to an hour

I had nachos there it was expensive and I got probably 10 chips in it, its pathetic

Take-a-way order took 40-45 minutes, too long.Chips already cold.However, food tasty.I recommend order for delivery, much faster.

Pathetic service.. Food is definitely not Mochachos standard.. Takes extra long 4 ur order to be done.. N wen u finally get ur "food" its either raw chicken that u eatin or the chips r stale.. Always an issue dis or dat... Neva satisfying.. Definitely veri veri disappointed...

Ordered my food at 18:35 with hardly any other customers. Waited 50min ....and the burgers where cold....not impressed at all. Wont see me again, Nandos is far better.

Shocking stuff, been there two days on Thursday 25th of october and sunday 28 th both times declined service due to them not being able to keep up with demand. They are ot ru ning the franchise well and orders are taking upto 2 hours. This is mochachos at greystone crossing, rustenburg

Poor service. Turned away twice due to the kitchen being unable to keep up with orders and having issues with the kitchen.
