Worst Place to eat at during loadsheding. Chicken looked and tasted bad. Chicken was dry and no sauce on the chips.

Very bad service these days. Phone rings without any answer. Then you drive to the restaurant, (they are not even busyand the cashier tells you 20min. You end up waiting for 40min.

Please remind me to order 24 hours earlier. Could they also train their cashiers? No manners whatsoever. She was very rude. Expected waiting time was 20 minutes which turned into an hour with no apology or explanation. What a let down.

I am a fan of Machachoes bt at this Machachoes I ddnt like any food their chicken was totally dry with raw spices on it

I am a big fan of Mochachoes. Have tried a few branches. Have to rate the food average. Burger soggy cos the lettuce was still wet. No flavour on the chicken. Room for improvement.

Chicken strips & chips was rather oily and distasteful. Missing breading.Rump Steak Enchilada was average in taste. Filling is in the centre of the wrap, it doesn’t come with sour cream (as per menubut rather mayonnaise.

Very rude cashier and we waited for two hours for our order. Very very bad service received

The first time visiting Mochachos, the food was excellent. The second time round it wasnt that good, unfortunately there was quite a delay with the ordered food as well the second time.

Its very sad that cashier lady does not value customer, instead of admitting her mistakes she will shout and become defensive about the wrongful act,and i personally had to experience her behavior when i was at the shop,for a person who works with people,one should be understanding and aim to provide an excellent service

Always always have a good experience here. The chips are so lekker and crispy. The people taking the orders are very comprehensive and they listen and understand whenever I give an order. Always had my food hot and always see a smile on the staff members’ faces. Keep it up.

Had a terrible experience at this store, the staff were very rude and uncouth. Had to wait to be served and then on top of that the lady was extremely rude, I told her exactly what I think of the terrible service and she ignored me completely instead of apologizing.

The foods excellent, the restaurants neat and clean and the general atmosphere is good.The counter staff need to pay attention to customer liaison and conduct themselves professionally though. Will definitely visit again.
