Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari in Ichihara
Description
Privilege
Nice shopping outlet. Prices were higher than expected from an outlet.
it was not too crowded, there are so many genre of shops and restaurants to look at. there are movie theaters and several cafes nearby, so it will be fun to spend the whole day there
MoreThere are many cloths, shoe stores and restaurants. Families can spend the day there shopping
MoreBig outlet and many Brands you can find in here, it is not recommended for rainy days, and the only problem i think, is that there are not so many restaurants, in general is ok.
MoreA shopping paradise for sports outfit lovers. You can find any brand here , including Vans,Nike,Puma,Coach, etc.
MoreIts a good place branded and quality clothes are here. Good restaurant are also here. Nice place for the families and friends
MoreOne of our favorite weekend outlet
Lots of shops, not crowded
📌🥾👔💼🍜🍦🍰👍😄
Not far from Tokyo.Outlet Mall - Mitsui
Nice discount place for shopping branded items here
Very nice place to buy branded clothes and spend some time shopping. It is also close to Tokyo and is accessible by train. The outlet park is divided into 4 parts; A-side, B-side, C-side, and D-side. There is a lot of parking space for cars, and you can get a few hours of free parking if you shop at the outlet park.
MoreGreat place for shopping branded stuff. The only thing I find inconvenient is that there are different buildings with different stores, so its kind of confusing.
MoreGood outlet area for Tokyo. Nice selection of shops and good deals. Some nice food options around the area as well so easy to make a day out of it.
MoreGood place for shopping. A lot of choices too. You can visit Costco and Aeon mall nearby if you want to explore.
MoreHappening place for shopping bees. Highly discounted place for brands. A lot of showrooms to hop to.Need a full day to spend here.
MoreThe place is really good! I enjoyed shopping because of low prices discounts. you can buy so many things even your budget is only for ¥15,000. The only thing is the smoking area is currently closed so you need to bear with it. I suggest to have a mini smoking area as well.
MoreGreat shopping mall, outlet. Not far from Tokyo, around 40 min by train. Its convinient! Inside many restorants, worth whole day trip.
MoreThis Mitsui outlet is the nearest one to Tokyo and Chiba. Almost world famous brands are available here. The outlet is gonna make the Gucci lovers disappointed, because the outlet doesn’t have Gucci here. As I observed, this outlet will make the watch lovers disappointed either. Because there are only two watch shops which don’t have rich collection.
Morethis is an accessible outlet shop near tokyo.they always have good deals and discounts.not very crowded and good selections of restaurants in the area and near by.and few minutes walk from makuhari beach :)
MoreExcellent outlet mall ..really good deals & shops. One thing ..Watch out the ground level parking right next to the mall is paid and for people staying at the hotel..the upper levels are the ones you can get for free (with validation w/ your purchase from mall). 1 purchase is 1 hour so be sure to keep validating ur parking ticket with any purchases. Enjoy the great DEALS ☺️
MoreVarious brands for shopping. However the lockers are limited around late PM time, so bringing your luggage with you during shopping is not comfortable at all.
MoreOne of the more accessible outlet malls in Tokyo. Large selection of stores. Many Japanese brands possibly less known to foreign shoppers. A few big brands shoe and outdoors shops.Lots of restaurants nearby. If already charging an event at the Messe a stop here comes a very full day.
MoreIf you are looking for branded items, Mitsui offers a lot of stores to choose from, from shoes to bags, to clothings, undergarments, to kitchenware. Stores such as Crocs, Kate Spade, Coach, Wacoal, Lego, Hawkins and Vans, etc. Accessibility is good as it is located near the Kaihimmakuhari Station. Mitsui Outlet Park also has bus station should you wish to go to Costco and Aeon Mall which is just a few minutes away and will only cost you 100 Yen (as of 2020 fare). Taxis are also available if you are in a rush (expect for a little traffic though). Mitsui also has a variety of restaurants to satisfy your cravings.Mitsui Outlet Park also has foreign currency exchange shop in case you ran out of Japanese currency. Before I forget, Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari is divided into 4 sites, A, B, C, and D site. Be sure to grab a map (written in Japanese and in Englishand enjoy.
MoreGood place for shopping outlet mall near Tokyo cause its near. Around 40 mins by JR Keiyo line to reach here.
MoreHuge outlet in Makuhari. A lot of branded store is located here such as Kate Spade, Coach, Michael Kors, etc. Many times has big discount, so can be tourism destination if you love branded one. This place close to Kaihin makuhari station, so its easy to be founded. Also near another department store like Plena and near some Hotels too. So its convenient if want to stay around here while shopping.Update : new entertainment for kids is available. Check on this attachment pictures.
MoreNice place to go to shop. Personally far for me. Train ride was confusing and we were lost. After all the distance travelled, it would be worthwhile to make a purchase.
MoreThe brands are good but the support are small with limited collection.
lowest price branded shoes ,clothes & everythings
Very good.Less crowded than that if Shisui’s outlet park 😀But unfortunately though, they don’t have much on sale item.
MoreWithin easy reach from city centre. Reasonably good range of shops. Recommended.
there are lots of fashion outlets with affordable price here, shopping lovers should come here to see and enjoy the nuance,
MoreYou can spend here whole day
Awesome outlet. Heaps of shops and choices.
A very popular place for shopping among local and foreign people. One can find a lot of brands at one place. Since, it is very big I suggest to go at morning if you are going for shopping. There are lot of cafes and restaurants near by, so you can enjoy your food and drinks after shopping. Prices are almost half of original prices. Make sure to check the item correctly before you buy.
MoreThe place is not so big, as well the brands is not so many. There is foot terrace in 3rd floor.
MoreGood variety of brands. Sizes are a bit limited though.
There were way better outlet shopping malls out there and the prices were as low as outlet malls should be.
MoreEasy access via the JR trains, just a handful of stations past the Disneyland one. Not the largest of outlets, but enough variety to spend a few hrs browsing. Ranging from the expensive name brands to ones a bit more affordable for the average salary. For an area frequented by tourists, surprised that more often than not, staff employees struggled with basic English.
MoreQuite a distance away from downtown Tokyo hence its not too crowded. Convenient for visitors to Disneyland or Makuhari Messe
MoreEasily accessible outlet mall from metro Tokyo, just off JR station. Good selection of brands. Bus station to Narita Airport nearby.
MoreYou can find some lower price’s clothes or shoes there .
Nice open space and have a variety of branded local & international products. Good range of F&B too. Good place to relax, shop for bargain and/or meeting up.
MoreGreat open door mall. Some of high end brands are there. Discounts are amazing & staff are super friendly.
MoreGreat discount prices for women 50-80% but men usually 30-40% off. And not many xl-xxl men sizes available.
MoreI dont recommend shopping at this place if first, you have shopped in outlets in the U.S. several times or second, if you are not a fan of Japanese style clothes. Moreover, there are too many people shopping here on weekends. Too crowded and poor brands selections. Really disappointed with this outlet.
MoreLocated right next to the Kaihin Makuhari Station. Its expanded a lot over the past few years! The Mitsui Outlet chains are a little more expensive than the Premium Outlet chains, but its way cheaper compares to the one in Kisarazu (and less crowded). The downside is that theres not a lot of places to eat aside from Maison Kayser but then theres Plena and other places nearby!
MoreCompared to other outlet park, this one is comparatively small. However, the nearby Aeon Mall is humongous and deserves a visit. When I am visiting there in Nov, only small discount is found, might be better bargain at the end of the winter season.
MoreThere areany western brands here and "Outlet Mall" is English but other than that they have little in common. Very few bargains here. Right at the station. Many restaurants in the surrounding buildings. Movie theater on the other side of the station
MoreIts not a big outlet mall but considering its close to Tokyo and if you have limited time its worth it. The Adidas, Nike and under Armour stores are as big as the others in bigger outlet malls
