Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel in Kos

This place is just amazing,very clean,food is amazing,hospitality is amazing,i felt quite good over there,me and my family loved it,definetly coming back again!

Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. The hotel is situated near to the airport. The transfer takes approximately 15 minutes. I had already been to this hotel twice (2013, 2015before this stay. In the previous years was this resort amazing but with the changes this hotel underwent it stepped even higher.The beach is very large. There is a lot space between the sunbeds so you have your own privacy. On the beach there is a mix of very small pebbles and the sand. It is not necessary to wear beach shoes. The sea is crystal clear. It is just amazing. The sunbeds are for free as well as the towels. There is a beach bar where you can get various refreshments. There is also a pizza stand and this pizza is something you immediately fall in love with. You can also visit a beach bar that belongs to the sister hotel Family Village within your all inclusive program that offers e.g. gyros, burgers, desserts etc.The rooms are very spacious and always absolutely clean. Minibar is replenished every day for free. There is also a safety deposit box for free.This is a highlight of this hotel. You can either eat in a main restaurant where you can sit inside or outside. The staff introduce you to the tables. Then you can visit A la Carte restaurants. These restaurants are located directly above the beach. You can go there for a brunch, for a lunch or in the evening you can choose between Asian, Grill or Seafood one. The food in all the restaurants is delicious. It definitely alligns with a 5star hotel.There are brand new pools with fresh water in front of the hotel. Their design is very appealing. There are also a brand new sunbeds. (If I can change one thing it would be to replace the sunbeds on the beach, that are a little bit older, for the same sunbeds that are by the new pools). Down the way to the beach there is a salt water pool with its own bar.Also fantastic side of the resort. There is international animation team that includes many young and very kind people. There is a lot to do. In case you like sports you can play e.g. water polo, beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, boccia, football, you can take a lesson of yoga…etc. There I would like to highlight Julian from animation team. He was always nice to us all. He invented very interesting variations of the games. And even if I came one day to play darts only one, he did not cancel the lesson and played with me. Then when I played boccia among only German speaking people he translated every word he said into English for me. I would like to thank him this way.The best part of this hotel! No doubt! All the staff is so helpful, always smiling, kind, funny and the most important thing is that they are unbelieveably friendly. In fact these people make the hotel the best resort I have ever stayed in. They are the reason why there are so many people who visit Norida repeatedly. I am now first day at home and I miss them already.I would like to highlight some names and dedicate them a special thanks. The first two names have to be the Guest relations department Lyudmila and Vivi. They are a treasure that this hotel has. They made our holidays unforgettable. We knew that we can come to the reception with every wish and they will do their best to fulfill our dreams and they do it successfully. Then I would like to mention George and Dmitris from pizza stand at the beach. They both are for me absolute pizza legends and also very kind and friendly people. They are able to make smiling every person who comes for the pizza. Then there is Eleni the manager of A la Carte restaurants. She is so kind and makes her team absolutely perfect. Last but not the least I would like to thank to Ermonela, Elli and Ledio. All these people are so amazing, always smiling and very kind. They have the ability to make us the happiest people in the world every day.I am definitely going to visit Norida next year again. The people there are for me my second family.

I’ve been in many 5* hotels before but this one is definitely the best one. Starting from food which is fresh and delicious every singe day all day long, to the reception staff which are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble to help you. Restaurant & Bar staff are super friendly and kind. Cleaning staff & room service working they best to keep your room clean at all times and making sure you have fresh towels at all times. Entertaining staff is awesome and so much fun. If you stay In this hotel I can assure you you gonna have the best time ever! I still have 5 more days until I go home but I’m already looking to book here again next year. KIND, CARING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL that’s the qualities you will find here from all staff. Also, I would love to give a big shout to lady called Eleni Kirou Maitre and her restaurant team for making my days much more enjoyable! If you ever meet Eleni and her them they will make your day too! I’m sure of it.This hotel have so much to offer that even after 4 days we still haven’t explored everything yet! We just returned from Norida - family of 5 and we had an amazing time. We had two adjacent rooms (room 354 and 355with sea view. Very spacious and clean. People working there will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I did not catch all the names but big thank you to Joana & Sotiris, and all the others who worked at the Creperie, reception, restaurant and bars.The hotel is located on a hill, but this did not bother us one bit. There is not so much to do right outside the hotel, but again not an issue since we had a great time in the resort. There are loads of sports activities happening every day (football, beach volley, yoga, etc). Sunbeds by the pools are usually reserved very early, but you can find some on the beach.I think adding some maps of the resort in various places of the hotel may be a good idea, since some activities take place near certain bars/ pools, but we would know where those are unless they can be located on a map.Thank you for a great week!

We went end of Aug and it didnt feel like a 5 star.. more like 4 star.. staff are hit and miss.. 1 caddie driver was constantly rude, inpatient, beeping his horn.. Food at buffet was just ok. Not a great range of cocktails. Bar staff told us to pick a can off the bar instead of throwing it in the bin (which is what I would expect for a 5 star).Crepe bar was lovely and restaurant food really nice, although limited for vegetarians and they wont alter or change food, they refer you to the buffet.Rooms are nice but not 5 star rooms.Wouldnt come back.

Mitsis Norida was all we dreamt of and more, the staff was the highlight of the trip with how loving & caring they made our family feel. Food selection was wide arranged and absolutely delicious for every course, cocktails were also top quality with so many varieties. The bar near the Creperie was our favorite but here is where I want to emphasis the drastic difference of service from the Morning to the Night staff.The morning staff on our first day were very cold & rude to any of our drink request, the main bartender Alexadra never had a welcoming presence and honestly looked irritated at anything I had to say; her and her staff would never promptly approach me and instead do some other task to put off serving me all while making comments to themselves. They would talk in a language I unfortunately couldn’t understand but I absolutely knew they were talking about myself and my family which infuriated me. From early on in our holiday I would then completely avoid this staff and go anywhere else to the other amazing staff members.Now I’d like to point out how top to bottom professional and helpful the night staff were to us. And clearly with how many guest would lineup at night for their service showed I wasn’t alone. Adonis and his crew would be so patient and helpful with my orders to ensure I loved every single drink I received, and as you observed them in their element you could see they work extremely well as a team and cared to make you a cocktail you’ll love so much you wouldn’t desire another bar at the hotel. I believe Adonis was the head team member because after seeing him on our 7 day stay you can see he had a great understanding/control of his station. But not only that he was personably enough to get to know his guest and we absolutely adored the man, if there’s any reason I’d return to Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel it would be for Adonis and his crew alone.

My room looks like maybe twenty years ago although the hotel was presented as refurbished recently . Everything else is more than OK.

We had a great time during our stay at the Mitsis Norida, with mostly great and only a few negative experiences.The food, both in the buffet and the restaurants was always great - as was the service - friendly and helpful.The bars where mostly good too. In particular the Casablanca bar, as well as the Mojito bar offered great service and drinks any time of day. The bar by the creperie was great in the evenings, but frankly the morning staff did not deliver to the same standard. The service was not as friendly, regularly responded with snippy comments and the drinks where not up to scratch either (since when is a bloody merry vodka + tomato juice and nothing else? 🤔).The water sport facilities and activities offered a lot of variety, but were priced a bit high for my liking.

Lets begin by complimenting the good parts. The beach and the pool are pretty nearby the hotel, which makes it easy to get there without walking forever. The water is almost glass clear and bring swimming goggles, you can see the fish underwater!You can also rent a small boat or jetski, but that costs money of course, even if you have the full programm booked.Another good thing is the bar and food options you have at the beach. Pizza, watermelon, and salad are just some examples from what they have available there, if you are feeling hungry after swimming. Already talking about food, in my opinion Mitsis had a big variety of different food to eat. From american breakfast, to just some cerial or meat dishes it was all covered. You also have three different restaurants, which include: Meat from the grill, seafood and Asia food, but you have to reserve a table on the website to eat at those places. And as you can conclude, it was very hard to get a table, so in the end me and the rest of my family, who arrived on Wednesday, got a table earliest next week on Tuesday. Well, that was ok for us, but some people may not even stay that long, so keep that in mind.However I have to compliment the staff, they are sooo nice, really nice.Back to the pool....The seats in pool area are more compfy than at the beach, I mean there is a matress thing on there so logicaly its more compfy, but the umbrellas are not that great. The sun is shining through them wherever you lay underneath them. So be prepared to sweat even if your in the "shade". The material, which the pool was made of was pretty rough and an easy way to get ourself an injury like I did. So be careful while diving there. But all in all it was a great vacation and a good hotel. Thats it from my side, hope you have a nice holiday!

Everything we hoped for and more!The hotel is very beautiful! Well maintained and clean.Everybody was super nice, helpful and they made sure we were pleased!!For example, Alexandra and Maria both prepared drinks that were not on the menu (expresso martini and mimosa).At the beach from time to time someone would come and offer us drinks.That made me feel VIP and suuuuper happy.The food was really tasty and there was an impressive variety on the buffets in all meals. There is pizza and a creperie that serve you all day, so you are never hungry!We are already looking forward to coming back!!!!

Great beach but a little rocky to the left.The apartment are on a slight gradient so disabled, elderly or wheelchair guest will have issues.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Very friendly staff and drinks. Just the buffet restaurant feels a bit like a cantine. Special thanks to Katharina at the reception who was always very kind and helpful. The room was very clean but could need some new furniture but it‘s still ok voran All-In Resort.

THIS IS A VERY HONEST REVIEW- Not the best experience. And definitely not a 5 star hotel. I mean it looks it but the quality of food, entertainment and drinks don’t match the rating.we was given a very small room it did have a nice view of the pool and sea. But was very basic. shower went from hot to cold whilst in use. You are literally stuck in the middle of no where literally nothing near by not even a tavarna if you want to grab a snack as the Food was rubbish and repetitive every day in the hotel entertainment was also near enough the same every night. cocktails were cheap alcohol that ends up giving you a headache. Nearly every night me and myPartner left to go into Kardemena town. Costing €10 there and €10 back you Have to wait about an hour for a taxi every single time due to only about 30 taxis on the island and if flights have just landed on the the island forget it as that’s there priority pick ups. Don’t get me wrong a nice complex visually but be prepared to wake up at 6am to get a sun bed due to people reserving them and disappearing the whole day. Not the ideal holiday experience for anyone. The staff are lovely and very accommodating but it’s just the facility’s, food and drink that are rubbish. Doesn’t help that you are basically stuck in the middle of no where the supermarket doesn’t even offer fresh grocery’s if you want to cater for yourself. We also spoke to a local who use to work for the hotel 3 years ago. He said it roughly costs them €6 per day per person to cater for everyone. On our last evening we went to alacarte Chinese restaurant. I was unable to eat all of my main portion basically the whole thing was left over. I asked a member of staff if I could possibly take it away due to being full and didn’t want to waste the food also it being the nicest food we have had all holiday due to the buffet being repetitive and not nice. A lady who was a member of staff approached us and said “what’s the problem” I replied no problem I just want to takeaway my food as I’m full and don’t want to waste it. I even offered to bring my own container from the room. It was a big issue for some reason. She was very patronising and stood with a smirk on her face the whole time. I’m extremely shocked because all other staff members are so kind and accommodating I think it’s extremely disgusting to waste all that food considering we have paid good money to stay at this hotel. And the waste of food is disgusting if you ask me with how many people are hungry in the world. This is the second time I’ve stayed on the Greek island kos both times with a Mitsis hotel. Previously stayed at the Ramira beach and I didn’t experience anything like this. Honestly been a terrible holiday and I won’t be returning. Be very cautions about booking this hotel do your research. If your happy to be in the middle of no where and eat rubbish buffet food every night considering it’s 5* then book away but other than that I would honestly not bother. Look for somewhere where they don’t cater to so many people.

The rooms are clean and cleaned every day, the beach is a nice shame, but it is pebbly, but otherwise the sea is clean, we always waited for a restaurant to become available

I was here in May 2022 and it was an amazing week spent with my family and friends. The hotel is very nice and clean and the animation team were great. Nastya (from the animation teamwas very good to my child and provided her with lots of fun activities. Nastya also had morning yoga classes which were very good too. The beach is connected to the hotel which was fantastic! The reception staff were always very helpful and answered everything, especially one Russian women Ludmila and an Armenian women Vivi. They did everything the could to help us feel comfortable by providing us with a very luxurious service. All the restaurant were à la carte and were very delicious. There was breakfast by the beach providing us with a gorgeous view! In that same restaurant there was an Armenian cook (Vivi’s husbandwho was a fun chap and made delicious omelettes for us! Definitely will be coming back and we can advise both couples and families to visit- we even saw a couple have a table made for them by the hotel and served in a stunning way by the beach!

We stayed at Mitsis in the beginning of May this year. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. The food and cocktails were above expectations as well. The only struggle is that you have to make reservations for the restaurants (included in the all inclusive concept), however the restaurant was most of the time fully booked. Also the quality of the food seemed lower than the main restaurant. In terms of views the restaurants are the best places to enjoy and I would advise to take your camera out!On one occasion we booked a trip and ordered a lunch box. This was organized very quickly and the food was also good.I would not recommend to use the hotel services for any reservations regarding a car or scooter, as you will discover the prices are unnecessary high. Better to reserve somewhere else.Summarized, we had an amazing stay (outside of the busy areas of the islandand could really disconnect from our daily life. Special thanks to kostas who drove us frequently to our room!!

We travelled as a family with our son (19and daughter (21in mid June and stayed for 7 nights . Norida beach hotel was absolute bliss and everything perfect for us . The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble from the cleaning staff to the restaurant and bar staff . We especially want to mention Ermira , who worked in the lovely bar area in the evenings. She was so lovely , very efficient and we loved her chat and good humour . The food was very good in the restaurant. Great variety every night ( chicken, lamb, fresh pizza , roast beef , fish etc.The standard was much higher than other hotels we’ve been in and stayed hot . Lovely bacon and omelettes at breakfast , too . The fresh bread and pastries were amazing . Only criticism of the buffet restaurant was the wine was never chilled which meant we kept having to put ice in ours . If I was being picky I would have loved some HP brown sauce with breakfast but plenty of alternatives. Our room was a maisonette which was unbelievable. French doors straight onto a small balcony area and then a few steps to the pool area . Perfect 👌. We had no trouble getting beds but had to get up 8am or they were pinched . Thankfully the beach was a short dander away ( about a 2 minute walk . It was fantastic to go down to and have burger or chicken pitta or pizza at any stage when we were hungry . Our kids were there every day and we all loved the live music and the fun bars there . Great vibe and atmosphere. The beach is tiny stones so not easy with bare feet but there are wooden walkways which helped . The sea is crystal clear with wee fish everywhere. Loads of water sports you can book on the beach . Sun beds and umbrellas are plentiful as well on the beach . We also tried the restaurants overlooking the beach ( book before you travel online in hotel website under “concierge “. We loved the Pan Asian and Smokey Grill . Both great service and the Smokey Grill did a lovely brunch as well which served a bit later than breakfast so it was nice for a lie in and chilled morning for my husband and me . At nighttime it was quite quiet we found . The entertainment for adults was maybe not our thing some of the nights . Acoustic singer was very good , a couple of nights were traditional dancers and bingo . We did really love the two guys who played the rock tunes on guitar- Prince , Bryan Adams etc. They were brilliant and our son loved them . The best night was the tribute acts . Didn’t catch their name but they were 3 men and a woman from South Africa and they were phenomenal !! Really talented singers and dancers and the guy that did Lionel Ritchie had everyone up on their feet and really brought the party atmosphere. He was so nice and had a chat with us before he left . Definitely a highlight of our holiday ! The all inclusive at Norida beach is the best we’ve ever come across. No drinks off limits , amazing cocktails ( recommend the Cosmopolitan, crepes , restaurant stays open late , no extra charges for beach cafes , bars or restaurants. We also paid €45 for late check out which was great . That got us from 11am to 6pm although we had to use a different room but still so handy to shower / charge phones etc. before our flight home . All in all a fantastic holiday enjoyed by all of us and we already are planning to go back . Thank you to all the staff at Norida Beach and hopefully see you soon ! 😎😀

Excellent All Inclusive Hotel with superb A la Carte restaurants!Excellent service from the staff !Rooms very spacious and clean!Overall a 5* experience!Weather was just perfect 30c to 32c every day!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. As soon as we arrived and walked into the reception area, we knew we had made a good choice. The staff were so friendly and welcoming in all areas of the complex. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and so well-maintained, including our rooms.With a choice of pool areas, including a private beach, there was always a sunbed available. Having a bar and snack foods on the beach was excellent (including pizzas and ice-creams!).Evening entertainment was very good and plenty of seating for everyone. The backdrop of the pools being lit up and the faint murmurings from the pool-side bar (yes, it was open!!added to the ambience.As with any all-inclusive hotels, the food was samey, but this was varied by having special evenings ie Gyros Souvlaki.Everyday, lunchtime and evening, there was fresh pizza. Watching the pizzas being made as you waited was fascinating. What can be better than having pizza straight from the oven?We had an absolutely brilliant holiday here and cant wait to go back.

We had a great holiday here.Just sad that you need to wake up very early to place your towels at the pool to have a place at it.The main restaurant have an enorm variety of food. Also 3 nice restaurants, but you need to make an online reservation before.It was a pleasure to have multiple drinks at the Villagio bar. They make us smile every 12 evenings!Especially Fedon, the youngest barman and waiter i think, but he loves his job 200% and he makes our holiday complete.Please give this guy a statue in front of the hotel!σε αγαπώ πολύse agapó polý ;)See you next time <3

The photos on the website give you a false indication of the rooms...you have to pay for rooms.service supposedly its not all inclusive then🤔.This was coming from ikos aria 40 min away expecting the same.quality of service but unfortunately we where not met with the same.5 star experience..very sad...

We truly loved everything at Mitsis Norida Beach! The price quality was exceptional. Our room was cozy and the sea view with the beautiful shapes of the pools and the mountains was stunning from morning until night. Food quality at the buffet was totally on point every single time. The other restaurants gave a mix of luxury and romantic vibes, dont forget to book your table upon your arrival. We cant praise the staff enough, everyone from the waiting and cleaning staff to the receptionists was super friendly and helpful. In that line, wed like to thank again the following people: Anastasia, Elli and Dimitra, the hostesses and the captain of the main restaurant welcomed us every single time with a bright beautiful smile that you could totally spot even it was behind their masks. These ladies are beyond professional. Efi and Fedon, our favorite waiters, treated us like royalty with such dedication. Ermira, at the night bar, was such a delightful waitress who would offer us every evening taylor made cocktails when she found out that Im allergic to alcohol. And last but not least, Ia from the cleaning staff did a wonderful job with our room. You guys are super stars.

Very good hotel every thing was excellent. The pools are new and very nice. The highlight was the poolbar with the best barkeeper names Altin.

NOT sure where to start .. but Ill start with WOW ... arrived for my 4 night stay very late in the evening after 11pm , not far from airport at all , as was late didnt see much to start with but first impression amazing. as soon as we went to check in gent on the desk right away asked are u ladies hungry we said yes we are and right away he said OK great so we have kept restaurant open late until 2am for u all as lots of late arrivals which was fabulous start.we had the family sea view room , at first a little concerned as mum is not very mobile spoke with gent on reception who right away told us Do not worry you will have ur own personal cab service we laughed the concierge will take us up in buggy. normally things like this are said and not meant but let me tell u mum not once did she have to walk up or down from the room . the service was outstanding nothing was a hassle to then at all. Peter was put evening cabby lol wonderful man built a great bond during out stay he goes above and beyond great heart and credit to the hotel. night time was quiet as was not in main hotel which was greatfirst morning we woke to the most beautiful sea view, basically u have all u need here u walk right off hotel grounds onto the beach where u have water sports , ao many bars to choose from.the pools are just picturesque stunning. normally u go 5 star and nothing measures up to that status not the case herefirst 5 star Ive stayed thst is well deserving of its 5 star.food again where to start.. dont thing we ever had same thing twice MASSIVE choice even for fussy eaters , great steaks cooked in front of you , chicken , pizza so many things all made in front of ur eyes.desserts again amazing selection think I gain 7lbs in 4 days but let me just say I do not grudge it one bit.we will most definitely be back and next time taking my little girl and partner as she will just love the slides and the kids club and entertainment .if all Inc and just want rest bite u literally wouldnt need to move from this hotel.amazing entertainment teamI could speak for nights but will let pics speak for themselvesif you are thinking to book do not hesitate pleade just get booked u will not regret it xxevery member of staff works so hard ur rooms are checked 3 times daily ,reception staff great , restaurant staff amazing honestly cannot fault a single thing x

Lovely resort, beautiful pools, staff, very friendly and hard working, food is ok nothing special, you will always find something you like, downside to this hotel, the pools are freezing, I know they will warm up into the summer, but thats not any good now, its sad seeing such beautiful pools (recently improvedalways empty, also not enough staff, they are so busy, had to queue for 25 minutes for a drink the other night, and last complaint, the cocktails are nasty, they put lemon juice in everything, even the pina colada, every drink Ive had tastes like bitter lemon sherbet, but thats just my opinion, others may like it would I come here again? Maybe,

We were there in the middle of September.Very beautiful hotel with multiple bars great service and food.But the biggest problem of this hotel is with sunbeds. People reserve sunbeds every morning then they go for a breakfast and do other things and in the end nobody "cant" use these sunbeds for a hours...Me my wife and our baby daughter had to stay on one sunbed when next to us were 5-7 reserved sunbeds. For 4 hours nobody even came there to check if everything is OK with their stuff...Hotel service should do something with this problem. Because people cant fully enjoy their stay.Also during our stay there were multiple power cutoffs.

Mitsis Norida Beach, just remember this name for the best hotel in Kos. We have stay for two weeks at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, especially Guest Relations. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Kos. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

A really good hotel with exceptional pool area. We were very happy with our stay. The staff was lovely, whole place clean and the food good - except for desserts which were quite disappointing. The Big Blue restaurant (a la carteis a place I especially recommend - book it as soon as you can.

This is our 10th stay at Norida Beach. The staff are so welcoming. The food is excellent, the bar service is quick, the rooms are very comfortable, the cleaners never stop. We love it!

The staff was very nice, the rooms were cleaned everyday. It’s a vibe I can’t explain with words. I loved it there, and I will for sure be going to this hotel a lot more.

Awful, awful food. Even the a la carte. No food is served warm, all the buffet is cold. All bulk, greasy, fatty and badly cooked.They pretend to be sustainable with messages everywhere, but the beach is littered in the single use plastic gloves they hand out thousands of during each buffet. Not to mention the single use small disposal shampoos.

Even though something might not be up to your expectations (in our case the rooms may be a bit dated and the food not varied enough), Ioannis is a great manager and will try to make your stay a pleasant one.We have almost switched rooms twice due to various issues, but within one day everything was solved to our satisfaction. This is only possible if the management actually cares about the guests, and this is why I rate this hotel 5 stars.

Generally , great experience. We have 3 kids and it was a good atmosphere for families. Pools, sea, evening entertainment was really good.Really the only reason I didn’t give a 5 stars out of 4 was because of the restaurant situation. We had a hard time booking at the restaurants and the concierge was able to get us in 2 nights of the 6 we stayed. This was ok. Not ideal, as we had no choice of restaurant or time. But I get it.During our last night and final dinner at the fish restaurant we were seated pretty far away from most and in a corner. They took our order and we’re out of Prosecco. Then after our main dish arrived we saw no one again. 30 minutes after we finished our meal, drinks long gone. No one around to flag down. No one looking for us. This was disappointing. We left.Otherwise , for a good relaxing family time in Kos Greece where you don’t have much to worry about. I still would recommend this resort. I would definitely come back.Positive notes: rooms were always clean. Main restaurant was always available with many food options. Take away lunch is awesome! Ice Creme and crape place is awesome, all the bars and small quick food places were food food and super nice staff. The main building pool area was super chill and other than reserving a chair/spot pretty early in the morning , it was great!Hotel staff works out the Covid testing directly on site for €15 as well and was super easy.

I am giving two stars instead of zero just for the efforts of the staff who despite limited powers did they best. The hotel is overcrowded, old, the quality of the food I would say average 3* even in the restaurants which are overnooked and not available. Definitely not a 5* hotel. We came to maisonette which was supposed to be of higher standard with three kids. We are not overdemanding or spoiled but the lack of organisation was just shocking. The hotel claims to have concierge which only refers to online bookings, only mass events. No individual ones. I booked everything on my own which is not a problem but should not allow the hotel to say they have concierge service. A week ago we were at 5* at Santorini with which the difference unfortunately is just huge. Not recommended. The island however has its great spots so we will come but a private villa.

Well, Its just a perfect place to be on your vacation. Nice food, amazing pools and close to the beach (inc. pizza and gyros stations there, kids are always hungry... 😅).Very friendly staff.. fully recommended 👍

The holidays are ok! The Sea is very nice with clear water, the Beach is beautiful and there is no dust on it.The meals are moderate, we get what we expected. The Snacks are Good. And the rooms are also not spectecular but they are cleany and you have enough Space for all your stuff and other Things you need.What bothers me the most are the loungers by the pool. You have to get up at 6 oclock, because the hotel staff is not able to vacate loungers that havent been used over two hours. So Ill get up early next week and sleep by the pool, because the guests reserve the loungers and thats tolerated by the hotel.

Great all inclusive packageHowever the check-in is a bit too fast in matter that you dont get much information on where to find what (no hint that you need to scan QR codes). Once you figured that out youll have a great time.+ The rooms are spacious and air condition is very comfortable+ Everything is very clean and in great condition+ Staff is super friendly+ Beach is very close by and beach bar is great place to start or close the evening+ A la carte restaurants have a very good choice and food was of great quality+ cocktails are freshly made and are not coming from a machine+ beach towels are replaced every day- The buffet restaurant has not much of variety. the quality is good but after one week you have seen it.- reservation of pool beds is als a common practice here. we mostly went to the beach but quite a lot of beds were blocked early in the morning- pools are "closed" 6pm so so quick jump into the water after pre dinner after an trip around the islandStill a clear "go again" :-)

Great resort directly on the beach. Friendly staff & very good service. The variety of food was great. Something to keep in mind that its not a sandy beach, its a pebbled beach (its written in their description but could be overlooked from the picturesbut still the beach is great & the water is very clean.One negative thing was that the cleaning ladies were very loud in the morning that they will wake you up for sure at 8 am

We had a wonderful week at the Mitsis Norida Beach hotel and would recommend it wholeheartedly. The staff team were so friendly and service was brilliant. we had a lovely maisonette apartment which worked v well for us a family of 4 with 2 children 8 & 9. Having the two levels and two bathrooms was excellent plus a lovely balcony. It was cleaned so nicely every day and the fridge and restocked mini bar was a nice touch. There are a range of places to eat and drink and we all enjoyed the variety and quality of the food.The pools are all lovely and the sea so near. We enjoyed going out on the water lots of watersports available and also great fun hiring a quad bike to ride up the mountains.The weather was perfect end of October and we were so thankful to get away in this 2020 year! The hotel made lots of covid changes and we were tested on arrival at the airport. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We will be back!
