Miss Saigon - Vegan restaurant in Belas, Portugal
Miss Saigon in Belas
Description
Privilege
Here’s what in my opinion are the bad things: the location, it’s only open for lunch and you need reservations. Otherwise it’s some of the best vegan food I’ve had for a good price. The 3 course meal I had was hummus, mung dahl, and fried tofu. The menu changes and the juice was really good. The dessert wasn’t needed.
MoreDefinitely the best restaurant in Parque das Nações, and arguably one of the best in the city. Dishes prepared with a variety of ingredients, usually with a good emphasis on macronutrient balance. Staff is lovely!
MoreAmazing vegan restaurant. One of the best food I had in Lisbon ❤️
Great food (lunch menu - you sample 3 different dishes). The staff is very welcoming and helpful, as well as courteous.
MoreStunning. Menu changes daily. Fantastic food and great value
Very good vegan food presented in a non-pretentious way - with the lunch menu you get to sample different dishes/side dishes in one go. Staff very nice. I highly recommend the brownie dessert.
MoreI wish this place was in Cascais! Thoughtful dishes, prepared imaginatively. Inexpensive.
MoreGreat vegan food and juices. A little bit expensive. Its always busy, so book in advance. No choice over mains, every day has a different main and thats the only dish. Only open for lunch on weekdays. Recommended
MoreGood food but people must seat very close to each other!
Absolutely wonderful meal. We were very fortunate as they usually only accept reservations but we tried our luck anyway and called in for a table of 2. They served us and we cannot wait to go back again!
MoreRelatively expensive, but absolutely worth it. Best food Ive had in a long time!
Great vegan food!
One of my favorite vegetarian restaurants. Amazing food selection and a extreme attention to the quality and selection of ingredients.Consistently great. Service is excellent. Usually crowded at lunch time. Parking around is usually easy.
MoreGreat vegetarian food with great quality on the products and a very nice staff and location.
MoreArt 🖼 of living in a great harmony with love. Thanks for protecting plants and animals they are our family. 🙌🙏🏻
MoreHealthy and balanced but no choice in the main course. Delicious juices. Deserts are a bit overpriced. Overall is good quality for the money. We had no reservations and waited 30 min for a table.
MoreWe need more restaurants like this in Portugal. Its located right behind the Vasco da Gama Tower, in a recent building. The food is fresh, well thought out and tasty. We called on our way to the restaurant and they kept two tasting plates for us (a combination of the three daily disheswhich was a nice gesture, since they run out fast. The restaurants decor is casual and nonchalant. We took one of the two tables left free and ordered a juice and a mate tea to accompany our food. The tasting plate had bean stew, beet burger and tofu in coconut curried sauce - 100% vegan. We knew it because we had checked the website before coming to the restaurant, otherwise we would be left to guess, since the waitress didnt explain what was on the plate. They also do take out.
MoreVery good food. Always crowd of people. Its better that you make a reservation before going. Only serve Lunches during week days. Each day have different dishes. There is an option to order a mix plate with a bit of each of the daily dishes. Very good option.
MoreVery very good. All very tasty and made perfectly. Recommend the deserts :)
FULLY VEGAN. Quiet vegan restaurant. Offers daily specials, and a daily menu with 3 different main courses and soup of the day. Various desserts available and you can have 3-5 tasting option available too for when you can’t decide which dessert you’d like. They also have fresh squeezed juicesPictured: views, seitan in apple sauce and pineapple cashew juice.Slightly pricey. 20 euros for one person (juice tea main course and dessert)The tea offered looked amazing (home made I thought but it was just very nicely described bag of tea )
MoreAs for me, the food was not diverse, and I saw better places to eat, too crowded.

MoreA truly amazing vegetarian experience. A must go for the ones who are fans and for those that dont know what they are missing.
MoreAs usual. Quality ingredients, tasty, outstanding cooking, peaceful. Good energy.
MoreFood ok, great desserts, not so pleasant staff.
We went to try this place at midday during the week after a walk in Parque das Nações. The reception was very quick and efficient, it didnt take long for us to be served. We had high expectations due to the high Google score, and were not disappointed. The food was really really good! The homemade juices were also great and we had a great time. Ambiance was mostly locals coming during lunch break, it was great to be away from the tourists. We will definitely come back here again in the future.PS: be sure to order the Brownies, what a treat !!
Morethe best vegan restaurant, i know so far. the service and food is excellent.
Nice daily menu. Food was very good both in terms of quality and flavor. Please try the desserts! Oh and they also have some amazing natural juices!
MoreGreat vegetarian, awesome taste menu very well served and very delicious. I think that is a good choice for non vegetarians that want to break the routine. Different daily menus over the months, always something new to try. Had a no sugar brownie for desert that was wonderful, really loved it. Recommend the brownie for desert. Also the home made juice was nice and tasty, but it could have used some ice to keep it fresh trough the meal.
MoreNothing special to be honest. The food was good, fresh etc. but really, it didnt blow my mind. + prices are a little bit too high
MoreNot the cheapest place, but definitely worth the visit. The combined dishes offer a little taste of everything and are the best option if youre looking to explore.
MoreAmazing vegetarian food, the menu changes every day, and if you order the tasting plate, you can taste all the plates of the day for 9 euros. The deserts are also great!
MoreVery nice small vegetarian restaurant with excellent food and very friendly staff. This well located in a walking distance from the train station Oriente.
MoreTasty vegetarian (!Daily diverse menus. Quite nice atmosphere! Only open for weekdays lunch. Very popular.
MoreVery good and tasty options! Arrive early because the food might not last until the closing hours.
MoreVery nice place. As soon as you enter you taste the smell of what you will eat.
The food tastes divine, very good combinations for taste and texture. Fresh, mostly organic and local. Worth the trip even if not in central Lisbon, plus the area has many things to offer. One of the best sugarfree desserts ever tasted.Menu changes daily.
MoreThree different vegan meals every day, always changing. You can also order a tastind plate of two or three. Very, very good desserts.Nice, quick and helpfull staff.
MoreGreat vegetarian place, really enjoyed all the food.
Ive been here quite a few times when in Lisbon, the staff are always very lovely are are completely used to speaking English if you need. They have a great range of beers, and some lovely red wine. Ive eaten once and it was a beaut - just a burger, but a very nice one.
MoreYummy vegan food. Open during lunch. Nice friendly English speaking staff.
You dont have to be vegetarian to eat here! The food and drinks are all appertising and you wont go away hungry I am certain. It can get busy but its well worth getting a table!
MoreVegan lunch restaurant, with different lunches every day. Very tasty, but we had to wait for a table for 10-15 minutes because of the amount of people.
MoreGreat place for a healthy and vegetarian lunch! I have been there two times during my holiday and I have enjoyed the food!!! :They have a different menu every day to try :))
MoreGreat vegetarian place. A bit pricey, food is ok, and place is small, but well worth a visit.
MoreExcellent vegetarian restaurant. 3 different options each day and 1 that combines the 3. Delicious desserts. Try it even if you are a meat lover.
MoreTasty dishes every day, from soups to desserts! All vegetarian, vegan and super healthy!
MoreGreat vegetarian restaurant. Have eaten several times here and it was always enjoyable. The food is very good.
MoreGreat restaurant. Loved the food (on the day I went it was spicy grilled tofu, brown rice with almonds, lovely green salad with tomatoes and homemade balsamic dressing). The flourless chocolate cake topped with berries was to die for. The owner is a lovely woman, she saw I had a cold and offered to make me special tea (mint, ginger, anise, lime, echinacea). And she gave me extra ingredients to take home as a gift so I could make more tea! To top it off, she kept the restaurant open late so I could finish my dinner (I arrived just 25 minutes before closing).Gostei muito deste restaurante. A comida foi formidável e o serviço foi ôtimo. A dona fez um chá especial para mim por que entendeu que eu estava constipada. Também me deu os ingredientes para fazer o chá em casa. Wow! Vou voltar.
MoreAmazing place for a vegetarian experience in Lisbon. Friendly staff. Superb food that changes almost daily. The location is out of the way from the centre, but is beautiful for it as well. This is modern Lisbon. Dont just stick to the historical areas.
