I come here once a week for lunch. Great customer service and the staff are so friendly.

Excellent food & friendly staff

Came here everyday for breakfast while we were staying near by, great food, fantastic staff.The 2nd day of coming here, the staff knew me by sight & greeted me like a regular that had been going there for years, which to me is customer service.Definitely recommend this place for breakfast or lunch, the food & salads are soooo fresh & tasty & will be definitely going back there when were back over there.

I picked this cafe as a gathering place after my mothers funeral after her unexpected death. Jess couldnt have been more helpful when I called to enquire, and we were beautifully accommodated on the day. Also the coffee and cake was delicious. Will definitely be back. Thank you all!

A lovely hidden gem! I found this place while looking for a quick bite to eat and Google Maps directed me here. I had one of the best crispy chicken wraps Ive had in a long time. Incredible. There is also plenty of parking too.

Very friendly staff, nice coffee and some decent snacks. Muffins could be a little bigger, but they were fresh and delicious nonetheless. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, and a decent menu to choose from.

Fantastic cafe, lovely indoor and outdoor seating, the staff are absolutely lovely! We absolutely love the Vietnamese salad bowls on Tuesday and Thursday. Our office has a whole group going each week. Their gluten free options are great, cant wait to visit again :)

This was a lovely Cafe, we had breakfast 1Smashed Avo and 2Big Breakfast with Spiced Chai Latte and a Caramel Milk shake. The Smashed Avo could have been better, everything else was very good.

A very nice cafe surprisingly found tucked away from the main road. Family staff are friendly and cheerful, food is generous, high quality and good prices with a great selection. Had a taro latte (something you usually find at fancy establishments), big breakfast with generous helpings of chorizo and bacon, homemade pumpkin soup with toast and real butter.. their roti wrap selection looked tasty as their version of Vietnamese banh mi.

Best coffee Ive had in ages. Friendly staff and perfectly poached plus affordable egg brekky. Well deserved 5 stars !

A family owned cafe thats got a lots of options to suite a variety of dietary needs. The staff are friendly staff that takes the time to remember your name and order. The food is fresh and you dont have to wait long after youve ordered. Theres always a good selection of breakfast and lunch options to pick from the display. Indoor and outdoor seating options. A good location for team lunches or catching up with colleagues.

Glad to find this place, not far off warrigul road for a easy coffee and cake stop. Has a pretty sweet vibe to it. Coffee was good, but not the strongest, but they have a nice selection of sweet and savoury snack items. I get that theyre in the Visionstream business complex, but would be nice to see a 1/4hr cafe carpark for those stopping by for a takeaway.

Lovely girls that work there. Wonderful famoly business! Food is relly good too... try their noodle boels on tuesday and thursdays!

Miss Mavis is family run, super efficient service, good coffee and well priced. Its a perfect work break or meeting over coffee place.

Note menu online is not the same as at the cafe, especially if you are after GF options. They do custom GF for you. Also staff/management recently taken over.

Really like this place, nice friendly atmosphere and the staff are really great. The menu, while quite unusual and very varied is really, seriously lacking enough vegetarian options.... come on guys, on a menu that big you only have one or two vegetarian options.... can you please increase the range for us that choose not to eat dead animals!!!!

Great food, service and coffee. My only issue is they dont have high chairs for kids. At the time there were 3 children under 2. I get it is a corporate cafe of sorts but due to the yummy food and drink I like going there. So wont stop me but is a shame.

Misss Mavis Cafe has got to be one of my favourites. It always takes me forever to choose what to eat as all the options are so appealing and much cheaper than you would get the same thing for in the CBD. Coffee is good and the atmosphere is lovely with a modern design. The staff are friendly and efficient. Definitely would recommend.

Found this place today using our entertainment book, didnt expect much due to it being in an industrial estate. But we were blown away by the food it was beautiful! We had the pig daddy sandwich and wow yum! And the Mi-so Yummo salmon salad it was delicious! And yummy simple desserts and love that they have Capi waters too good options!

This place is GRAND considering where it is situated. Such a beautiful cafe perched inside a commercial district. You probably wont ever be "in the area" unless you work or are visiting one of these businesses, but if you are, Pop in! the staff are friendly, the outdoor undercover seating is awesome and the coffee is great!
