I normally love this place, today and the last time I ordered from there the chicken was AWFUL! so tough you cant bite through it. Burgers are always on point though

Went for the first time tonight. I’m not even finished with my Jumbo Burger with cheese, fries and Dr. Pepper while I’m writing this. Amazing food. Can take some time to get your order cooked but I can tell you it’s worth the wait for some genuine food. Gotta go try more of their menu again soon!

Been eating there for 20 years always has been good today try to place other to go over the phone girl couldnt hear me so I spoke louder she answer me back instead hung up phone my daughter called back and the owner answered she told him what happened his sister told him I cussed her out dont know what people get out of lying but thats ok just wont be eating there anymore

1st time we went there and we was very surprised how big their hamburger 🍔 was we love it. My wife had to take the rest of her hamburger 🍔 home.

No complaints. I like the menu options and the food looks good. I wanted a big greasy hamburger and tater tots and I got them. The outside waiting area is convenient to to second drive thru window where you pick up the order. Good loud speaker to hear them call your number. I love the whole thing. I hope its there forever.

I love miss Anns thay have very good food, we drive about 12miles to go there. Always love the staff there, but today we had an issue with one of the girls, my husband tells her customer first she said"not here" very rude young lady

Miss Anns big big burger hits just the right spot and they have gained a devoted regular!

First and last time coming to this place, my husband and I have never been here and decided to give it a try and was not impressed with the customer service at all the lady in front taking order was rude and seemed as if I was bothering her. Food was ok but bad customer service triumphs over quality.

This place is really great the service and food is great I dont regret spending my money here Im definitely come back again

Fish wasn’t all that great. Grease needs to be changed. Fish is a very dark brown. Looks burned. Couldnt eat all my fish. First time being disappointed ☹️

Miss Anns classic diner is a great place to drop in for lunch. While I was there, I had a good hot and tasty burger and tots. We will be back to eat here again.

Great burgers and fries..tasted like those made in your backyard ..the regular sized burger was more than I could finish .....staff was very courteous.....

I order a frito pie and chili cheese fries. I got and order full of fritos chips with very little chili. I had to bring it home to add more chili...Thats absolutely ridiculous and the same thing for the chili cheese fries.Nope I wont go back.

It was good just took sometime as they were busy. Chilli cheese coney was actually very on point. Id go back for another or try cheesesteak. My wife had a burger and said it was good but shes picky. Lol.

First time trying the burgers it was delicious! Chilli chz fries just needed to be homemade chili and queso instead of shredded chz.. my opinion

All the high school bands march in the Christmas Parafe & we (3 girls & myselfwalked to Miss Anns Classic Dinee after we parked at Sunset Church on 34th Street to eat, I recommend this place, geest food & people. One of the girls was sweet enough to but my dinner unexpectedly. If havent tried go try which you wont be disappointed at all.

Called yesterday to place an order for pick up. When I called the phone was answered but no one said anything. When I asked "hello?" The person on the other line responded with "what?!". I asked to place a pick up order (it was an hour before closingand she informed me that the grill had been cleaned and I could only order food prepared in the fryer...I found it strange they were closing down the grill an hour before closing, but could be understandable I its a slow night. But the customer service left much to be desired. Hopefully Ill be able to change my review after trying out the food, but customer service alone gets one star.

We were looking for a good ol hamburger joint in Lubbock as we were headed to Creede Colorado for our annual camping trip. When we did a search for "hamburger near me", we were provided several options. Miss Anns had me "hook, line and sinker" when I saw a picture of the perfect basket of tater tots posted by one of the patrons.Once we navigated to Miss Anns, the young man taking our order was very helpful in making sure we picked the right meal to fulfill our hankering for hamburgers.Cooked to order, diner style, the patty was perfectly seared. The tater tots had the perfect degree of crispness and browning. The only thing that would have made it any better would have been a chocolate milk shake but then I could not have finished all of it.If you are looking for a great hamburger joint with more than just hamburgers, give Miss Anns a try. You will not be disappointed. I walked away happy, full and lucky to have found this little jewel.

Very good food. We’ve eaten here before and it’s good food. But we called to try and call in a order. I’m asking my wife on what size of burger she wants. The guy responds with, “are you ready yet?” We told him he was being rude, he states he wasn’t being rude. That he had food cooking, that we could call back when ready. We did not go back and will take our business elsewhere. Whether you meant to be rude or not, you guys need to watch what y’all say. Someone will take it as rude and disrespectful. Good luck with that customer service.

My boyfriend and I hopped in on a whim, and we are BLOWN AWAY by how good every single thing we got is! The Dr. Pepper is amazing, the jalapeño bottle caps are crispy and perfectly spicy, the burgers were perfect, and the fries are to die for. Not to mention the ranch is so good I wish I could buy it in a bottle.They have a massive menu, and I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Im from Dallas, Tx. Diner food is a favorite of mine. Well now Ive officially found a diner I will be coming to periodically. Thanks for the great customer service and food.

First of all, the gentleman that helped us has amazing customer service and attitude! The food was delish! We got jumbo burgers and mini corn dog meal for my daughter. The kids meal comes as an actual kids meal- we were impressed! The fried mushrooms were amazing! Thanks! This restaurant is on the top of our list for a classic burger!

Best burger Ive had in recent memory.So why only 2 stars?The short Hispanic girl working the counter wearing her mask below her chin was not only rude, but hostile. I asked for my burger to be cooked well done. She didnt write it down and asked what else. I said no tomatoes, extra onions which she wrote on the ticket. I repeated "well done" since she didnt write it on the ticket. She said, "Calm down, I dont have to write it down". She asked if I wanted fries and I replied that I did. She then snidely said, "I dont have to write that down either".Half of the rating for any restaurant is the customer experience which is every bit important as the food. This young employee has a lot to learn and is liability to this business success.

Now I love this place. Best burgers in town! But when I place an order and just me by myself its 18$ I dont expect the person at the window to roll her eyes because I did not mean to be difficult with my order. I apologized. Customer service is a biggie for me as I am in that too and I guarantee if I did that to any of my patients I would be gone. I hope that if anyone goes here they get a better experience. I know times are tough.

They stack a burger best in town. Never gets soggy. Fries are cooked perfectly crisp. Staff is friendly. Place is clean and they have a play area for kids with books and toys. Nice burger place with reasonable prices.

The food was great. Which is a shame because the service was not. The teenager who took my order was sweet but seemed new, which I dont have a problem with. It was the older woman the kitchen who came out, and spoke rudely to the teen and to me when I was called in to get my food and make my payment. I cant imagine working with her, and I felt sorry for that kid who was doing her best. I am not going back.
