I just finished my 8 days of quarantine. I was very grateful for their services. The communication through Line was prompt and excellent. Not only they paid attention to my requests( such as food preferences, snack refill, ok繃...but also they kindly reminded me to take my temperature and picked up my meals. The 3 meals per day were never be delayed or missed. I really appreciated for their hard working on everything. The room is quiet and very clean. The noise from the highway barely heard and never bothered me. Bathtub was my favor. Food was so delicious. I cant thank enough for their caring.

Rooms and amenities are great. It is centrally located in Taipei. Ideal for quarantine.

My quarantine hotel for 8 days. It was a pleasant stay, but I must point out that the room isnt totally soundproof. I was on the 10th floor and could still hear the cars passing by, even though it didnt bother me much. They were accommodating enough to fulfill my dietary needs of being vegetarian (as they dont have halal-food options), and every day they have a different set of the menu (but the menu restarts every Monday again). I find it odd that they dont provide any drinks for the lunch meal.The hotel is also walkable away from shopping centers and other landmarks.

Have a quarantine arrangement here, love the hotel, room, services, staff are friendly and had a good response, hope will revisit as a guest not while quarantined

The worst ever never hotel I made. I stayed during 8 nights in quarantine. Just a trick of tourist to get money. Room durty, services very bad without humanity and price is more than 250$/ night. You speak with computer and people did consider you as goods no human. Just catastrophic. Hotel to be avoided. The next corner 5 stars hotel with swimming pool three times cheaper ! Do not make the mistake I did

Big room, very clean

Stayed at this hotel recently due to local quarantine requirements for 10 day. The reservation and check in process are very well arranged and the room is very organized upon arrival. During the stay, had contacted front desk a few times on different occasions and the response was always professional and promptly. However the daily meals provided seems not well thought for, in my opinion as there were quite a few times I was provided same stuffs like every other day, which was very annoying and added a bit stress during the stay. My tip: request even numbered room if possible because the front facing rooms (odd numberedare actually facing two busy overpass traffic roads and the traffic noises are seemingly non-stop. After I spent two nights in the first room after check in, I made a complaint to the front desk and surprisingly the management offered an upgrade replacement room for the rest of the stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for quarantine needs.

Good service. Nice food.

Stay for 8 days for quarantee. Cant fault one thing. Service is excellent. Line response is within seconds. Very nice clean quiet room with a decent window, which can be opened around 10 cm, allowing fresh air. The view from 12 floors is nice. You can see mountain at distance. Plenty of restaurants to order via uber, even at midnights!

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Quarantine food left a bit to be desired.

Highly recommended this hotel for quarantine! Booked for my mom to quarantine, she has 0 complain but good time! There was not a repeat meal which keeps the quarantine interesting and hopeful! The whole booking process was done via LINE chat and the staff was very informative and responsive. Lastly, I sent couple package to my mom via carrier service, the hotel handled the package very well and with care. Thank you!

Quarantine hotel. Been there 2 times for 2 weeks this year. Sport channels are lagging and food wasnt so delicius (Im not used to the taiwan food style). Also no balcony. You can open one window cca 7-8 cm and thats all. Hotel staff are nice and polite.

This is a very nice place to quarantine for 2 weeks. They provide breakfast at no extra charge and they offer a complete deal with lunch and dinner for flat rate. Lots of fresh fruit. There is no choice for breakfast, but there is a wide range of choices for lunch and dinner. You can order Uber Eats and Food Panda as well. Must have it delivered during set meal times or there is a 50NT charge. Food and other items are placed on table outside door and trash is picked up outside door in large bin around 9am. No laundry service, but they provide laundry soap and a drying line to hand wash your own clothes while in quarantine. I was lucky and had a south facing room so more sunshine. There is a window which can be opened about 2-3 inches. Room is big enough to do your own workout without equipment. WiFi is solid.

The room is spacious, and the service was pretty satisfying, particularly the meals provided during my quarentine despite the leaking toilet is a bit noisy at night and the carpet is a bit old.

Im currently on Day 9 of my quarantine, so time for a little review:+ large room with large windows and good views. Window can be opened a little bit+ staff is super friendly and very responsive+ room is very quiet even though there are large roads next to it+ Location has lots of food delivery options around in case a hotel meal isnt your thing+- Food was mostly better than expected, but there were a few days where I received very similar food a few times in a row+- Food is delivered very early, but there is some degree of flexibility, you just need to ask- no balcony (generally I found it impossible to book a balcony quarantine room in September)- room furniture looks a bit tired and dated- mattress was terribly hard, but I ordered a softer one and it arrived promptly

This is a hidden gem. The restaurant is excellent so definitely sign up for the breakfast. The rooms are large. There is a lap pool and spa in the hotel. It is pricey but is worth it. They have weekday deals so plan your stay.

I booked the hotel for 15-day quarantine. The staffs are amazingly friendly and responsive. I was worried about that it is close to the expressways and the room can be noisy. However, It is very quiet in the room despite of the busy intersection. My room has an unobstructed view which is very important during isolation. The foods provided is of great quality and I love it, people are envious when I posted the photos on FB. The room has about 400+ ft^2. I can actually run in the room and I didnt hear much noise even when I was running.

Very nice hotel, the staff is eager to make you happy. I stayed here for 15 days on quarantine. The only complaint is that they have a massive desk in the room which is appreciated by people like me who have to work several hours a day on my laptop. However all the computer chairs they gave me were broken and none had wheels. Learn from Tango hotel and invest in high quality computer chairs and you will get way more business people like myself to stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights.Guests can use the large communal bath ,steam sauna .gym and pool at no additional charge.There was a Japanese-speaking reception staff at this hotel.

I stayed here for a month in early 2020. Overall a 4.5 star review, but round it up to 5. Its great value for the quality of accomodations, theres a very well equipped gym with free weights, a pool, and a full sauna with wet heat, dry heat, and hot and cold tubs all open to hotel guests.The location is good relative to greater Taipei as its central to everywhere and is on all the major thoroughfares, so a car ride is fast to any place. If you use transit, its slightly far, about an 8 minute walk to Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station, but its not bad.The rooms are where this hotel shines the most, for this price they are the largest rooms Ive had almost anywhere, roughly 40 sqm, and they are quite comfortable. Get one facing the elevated road if you want to see Taipei 101 out the window, but its slightly loud due to road noise. The opposite side if you prefer quiet and mountain views.

Spacious room. Great pool. Clever design of the closet - two sliding doors at each side of it which enables the guest to reach the clothes from the bathroom also.

Good 5 star hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice staff. Theres a gym, bar and restaurant on 2nd floor as well as buffet dinner on the first floor. The staff is nice and courteous.It is in the city but will need a short taxi or Uber ride to get to Taipei Main Station or other tourist areas. There are walkable (15-20 minuterestaurants nearby.

Large room + bathroom. Great to have separate folder area. Very quiet despite location next to expressway. Huge buffet breakfast.

This resort is comfortable and price reasonable, though you need to walk about 10 mins from the MRT station, the facility(pool, spa, gym...is good, worth visit again!

Rather disappointing hotel. Service is off-putting and lacking, while the facilities are unkept. Rooms have very cheap furniture, in particular the beds are shockingly inadequate. Would not recommend, even as a budget option.

Miramar Garden Hotel, central Taipei is the perfect hotel to stay. It may be pricy at approx $200 AUD a night, but it’s worth it.You’re met with impeccable service from start to finish. As you arrive the bell staff take your bags from the car, the lovely lady lifting our huge suitcases! We arrived early but the let us check in and leave our bags. The front desk staff are delightful and do their best to accomodate our needs.The exterior looks heritage and something out of England. The foyer area is sophisticated with floor to ceiling marble, royal looking lounge chairs and a lobby cafe with patisserie goods.We return later and head up to our large room, with a huge bed and sweeping views. The room has a desk, mini bar, fridge, kettle and free drinking water, tea and coffee.A huge bathroom with rain water shower head, bath, free toiletries and it all feels very luxurious. Room service was fast and if you’re preferring to eat at the restaurant, there’s one on the ground floor.There’s to an outdoor pool, suitable to do laps in, but don’t forget your cap! Located at the pool is a poolside cafe where you can grab a tea, coffee, hard drink or light lunch.There’s a gymnasium/health club with good quality and quantity of equipment. The most amazing thing was their sauna and spa area. It’s like a Japanese onsen. You wash and then soak naked, have a sauna or steam room and then use their amenities room to blow dry your hair, use products etc. This was incredible. They even allowed us to use this after check out.We thoroughly recommend this hotel. It’s no wonder this is 5 star hotel and deservedly received a Michelin in 2018.

I had a great experience! The room is clean. The decor is sophisticated. And the people were nice! Liked the pool a lot.

I stayed here over a decade ago when it just opened. At the time is was wonderful. Everything was brand new and service was great. Not saying its not now, but things need to be updated. The people are still very friendly and helpful. However We ran into several issues. 1. The room key system needs to be fixed. We never had a successful first try opening the door. Had to insert maybe a good 5 to 10 times to get into the room. 2. The elevator uses the same key and we would be stuck in the elevator because the key wouldnt work to let us press the floor we need to go. But if someone else comes with a key that works you can click multiple floors within the 5 seconds. Security measure is not quite there. 3. Breakfast lacks variety. We stayed for 7 days and it was the same food every day. 4. Its a bit far from metro. Not as convenient as you think it is. 5. We smelled smoke on non smoking floors. 6. The beddings and towels felt old. 7. The shower knob control is not very sensitive sometime water temp is ok. Sometimes the same position gets really hot. Anyway, overall the stay was fine. But you can definitely feel that the hotel is aged and needs updating.

There are hotels that are good, there are hotels that are great, and there are hotels that are excellent. The Miramar Garden Taipei goes with the excellent group all day! Speedy and pleasant check-in/out, pool, good gym, comfortable beds/kaffe rooms, well stocked breakfast, ... As I said: excellent!

Worst hotel in Taipei that I’ve ever stayed in. Service was bad, interior of the room is old & breakfast was HORRIBLE.Room is spacious as I’ve booked the business room, but other than the bed, nothing is worth mentioning. Even the service and the food in the executive lounge was disappointing and pathetic.

I loved it. Spacious clean rooms that have great amenities. Price was good. Such a delight.

Miramar Garden Hotel is a nice place for tourists. It is located in walking distance to an MRT transfer station - which means two lines passes through it. It is also near the Guang Hua Digital Plaza where every type of gadget or computer component can be purchased. There are several restaurants within the area as well as a 24-hour convenience store. There is also a bike station just across the street if you want to roam the city using the bike rentals.

Everything is good, except missing an socket so i cannot curl my hair in the bathroom. Reception people very polite, breakfast good.

Good city view. Nice decoration. Clean. Great bedrooms with big working desk. all other facilites and services are perfect: restaurant, swimming pool, meeting room... 1km to walk to main station. All my friends were satisfied staying here. Exellent for company events.

Very mixed feelings about this place. The public areas are nice. The breakfast was good. The room asthetic was very much to my liking. Housekeeping was awesome. The spa was very nice and well maintained.Stuff that I didnt like though... I complained that using my shower had flooded my bathroom. They cleaned it up and somewhat fixed the drain but only enough for the hand attachment to work. The ceiling would quickly become too much for the drain to handle.I asked if there was any way that I could have black tea to my room since it only had green and oolong bags and they told me they had none. But they did at breakfast.I ordered a king bed, and like most places in Taiwan they give you 2 doubles next to each other under one sheet. I hate this so much and think its really deceptive. Nice places dont do this.

What a lovely hotel and it’s great access to the different local spots! The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful during the stay. The room was really spacious, tidy and clean. Strongly recommend

Very nice hotel for the price. Located right between two major highways, but you wouldnt know from the inside. Breakfast & dinner are buffet style with almost to much choice. Dangerous as it is very close to some major electrics mall & many pc shops (my first thought this will get expensive). Great service, but why do pool maintenance on a weekend...

Nice Hotel. But for this price I would have expected the would help (tryarranging a taxi with baby car seat. But the straight up refused...

Very bad experience !! housekeeping staff took my ２ pairs earrings !!Two pairs earrings which zipped in a small black travel bag, lied on the room desk next to my hair brush (also zipped in another bigger travel bag and all other stuffs. I found it’s disappeared immediately when I back to hotel at 17-May because I always picked my dress for next day after shower. When I try to setup my next day dress in advance with earrings color, and I could’t find my earings anymore.Why I’m so sure it’s been taken , not dropped somewhere by myself ? not possible to be dropped somewhere because it’s hand-made by my husband 💀sucks I hate this hotel !!!!Their night-duty-manager didn’t pass my claim and seems not willing to check what happed. I called again and their day-duty-manager seems not clear about my case. They treated my case carelessly like they don’t think it’s important to someone.It’s not luxury brand accessory, neither ruby nor sapphire nor diamond. But shows my husband heart to me.It very disappointed. I have no more words to comment their sevice and people.I’ll not recommend to anyone to stay this hotel for business or for fun. Thir management also disqualitied as a 5 star ranked hotel.Always have more choices in Taipei city.

Okay location if you dont rely on public transportation; decent breakfast with a variety of choices; room is big and comfort.

nicely located at almost center. most of the commercial places walking distace. nearvy to Digital Plaza . nice staff very polite and courteous. very specious rooms with sitting area and a dedicated work table.

Very good hotel with all the needed amenities for me. However there was a flickering light that never ever got fixed during our 7 night stay there (we told them on night 2 about it)

Very spacious room and awesome hospitality. Just only the lift is kind of slow and a bit further away from the the shopping belt such as Xi Men Ding (西门町), cab fare about +/- NT$150.

Had deluxe room with breakfast twin bed. Room was big clean comfortable beds and option of feather or foam pillows. Very well kept and modern furniture adequate table. Good bathroom with shower and bath. Western buffet breakfast and cafe with few Taiwanese food and full bar service. Inviting pool which is well maintained and enjoyed our swim. Gym well equipped with staff ever ready to help.Reception and concierge staff very attentive and really helpful. We booked directly with the hotel.

A great hotel in Taipei with very courteous and attentive staff. Made to feel very welcome and pampered with every request taken care of efficiently. Sit back and enjoy the facilities in great comfort. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so pleasant!

I have stayed here a number of times. It is very clean and well appointed. Staff are pleasant, efficient and helpful. Location allowed for walking , subway or cabs easily to most of the places we wanted to go too. Breakfast is very good. Japanese style spa/showers/ relaxation (hot-coldpools and sauna were a great place to relax. Adjacent to the outdoor pool is a well equipped exercise area with a glass wall facing the outdoor pool. Note: all pools I used in Taiwan required use of a swim cap. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. I have really enjoyed this hotel and would de delighted to visit Taipei again and stay here.

Well maintained hotel with great central location. In the center of Taipei, its easy to get anywhere you need to go. Friendly staff and a solid breakfast.

Dont use the pool. I think they want to be a high end hotel but they have weird rules... I was told that I need to wear a shower cap to use the pool. If I did not have one I have to buy one from them for US$10. You can say at nicer hotels and not have to wear a goofy shower cap.
