A little pricy but the services and staff are awesome. Plenty of parking, large food portions, very clean, well designed and large rooms.

Very disappointed about this Resort, unfortunately you can’t rate it a 4* resort. Outdoor pool was closed at 3pm when we arrived, we asked if is possible to use the pool ( to pay for it because is not included in the pricebut they said no because no staff is there!The temperature in the spa zone was too cold, jacuzzi water was too cold, no one was there for massage.Room is nice but the view very poor and our sink was sunked.

Best please by far of the loads I visited in Romania. Excellent customer service, amazing location and great atmosphere.HUGE portions of food which btw tastes amazing with a pregnant local taste combined with international cuisine.Very, very clean, warm and big rooms.Amazing spa. Complete and clean. Multicultural staff and very useful.I would recommend Mirage with every opportunity.Keep on going, guys! 👌👏👍

Only came here for a meal with some friends in the region, they really recommend the place.We all got different things, I only wanted some dessert. Be warned, the portions here are pretty big. The Papanași in the pic were HUGE. The Rădăuțeană Soup was delicious and had a lot of meat in it. Prices were pretty good.The service was fast, at the time we were just the 3rd table.

Great papanași and ciorbă de fasole. This place is more expensive than other in town but the quality of the food, together with the very high quality service makes the difference

Expensive restaurant. I waited for more than 40 minutes to take my order and then another hour to bring it.

We waited 40 min that the waitress talked to us after ignoring us all the time. We had to get pure menu by our own. So noo good service I hope you can improve it because I think it is a very nice location and has good food. So very sad

DEFINITELY, four stars FOR THE exceptional COFFEE SERVED THERE!I traveled from the West with low expectations due to numerous bad experiences in renowned coffee shops, like Trio or Pressco from Baia Mare.The Hotel is nice, clean and the employee very helpful and polite.The rooms are excellent soundproofed from outside traffic.Good breakfast 🍞 In the last day, after the weekend, was the worse breakfast.The full Review on TripAdvisor.

I was only a restaurant guest, that was enough. Arrived at 19:55, we were seated(6 personsReceived only 1 menu booklet. At 20:40 the waiter came for our order. We ordered the drinks and the food. At 21:10 the drinks arrived. After 10 more minutes comes the waiter with the cutlery, and tells me that what I ordered it sold out, but she brang the pickles anyway...lol. That I sent it back, and orderd something else. At 21:50 when everybody finished their meal, mine arrived. And still I wouldve been ok with it, but the rudeness of the waiter it had me going mad.Pity...its a nice place.

Friendly staff, very good kitchen/food, quality mattress for a relaxing sleep. What else would you need? I recommend it! (Too bad the pool wasnt opened yet)

Good points: Its clean and neat. Comfortable bed, nicely decorated rooms. It is very modern. Each room has its own temperature setting which I enjoyed! The food at the hotels restaurant is amazingly delicious! ( !!! the food that I ordered separately from the breakfast !!!)Bad points: the BREAKFAST was pretty lame... it doesnt have much options from where you can choose...no croissants, for example... this might be subjective so this is my personal opinion based on my food preferences. Who knows, maybe its not that bad for others. :)

It is the best hotel in Borșa. The food is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable and they have outdoor pools that are open if the weather is nice

The food was not exceptional. They are pricey $$$$ and even if the place looked good the restaurant atmosphere was tense and somehow rude.

Great quality and great personal.

Id give 4 and the half stars for the breakfast was not at 5 stars but the stuff was cool. They would say on the phone that all the rooms are busy although there are empty rooms available (I assume is their politics). Arrived there at 3AM in the morning and got 2 rooms. They were clean and with no annoying smells. Loved the bathroom but the toiled was a bit too tall for my personal taste.

Modern hotel in the remote northern Romania. Beautiful landscape, nearby area suitable for trekking and mountain biking.

Aircon broken, shower broken, very noisy at night. Very nice staff and modern building.

We had to wait more than one hour for our soup and it wasnt in high time. We were dissapointed.

on 4th floor (last floornear the roof aircondition not working properally enough. sometimes it is easier to open the windows to cooll the room. the room is very acustic, noicely during the rain. you can heir every drop of the rain. 300 RON for the room (3 beds). breakfast included. swimmingpool is outside the hotel. it is closed at evening and at night. you can use it only during the day bussiness houers.
