This place might have the best pizza in all of Bolivia: Thin, super crispy and incredibly delicious. On top, the owners are extremely kind, forthcoming and always up for a chat. They let us stay past opening hours to wait for our bus to Sucre, and even gifted us some snacks for the trip. Oh, and they also have some great beers on tap. We had a great stay here and would definitely come back!

Had a really positive experience here tonight, staff were great and food was good. The homemade lemondade was amazing, perfect to quench your thirst if you have spent the day in desert. Really recommend if you are in town for a couple of nights.

Chris an his team were awesome. The pizza was great, his mood and service as well. We stayed at the Hotel for four nights and were really happy. Every day we got a fresh made breakfast, at dinner pizza and local beer. We are coming back.

Unbelievable place. Pizzas are incredible, especially the vegan pizzas, some of the best vegan pizza Ive eaten.The guy who runs it wonderful - had a good chat and he even gave us some free desserts, before refusing to accept our tip. You have to go here!!

I was recommended this place from friends who said the pizzas were amazing! I actually didnt get to try it, since I unfortunately got food poisoning during my salt flats tour. However when I came in during closed hours asking if anyone knew somewhere I could get some simple plain food, Chris and his wife very kindly offered to make me something. They were very friendly to talk to and even gave me some great medication recommendations which helped my recovery. I will be telling everyone that goes to Uyuni to visit their restaurant.

The food is excelent and the service is top notch. Pizza tastes like its directly from Boston with quality ingredients. Fantastic crispy dough. In my opinion the best restaurant in Uyuni. The owners were really fun talk to. Thank you!

Pizza here is one of the best pizzas Ive eaten in my life. Fresh ingredients and excellent flavors. It shows that the team here puts a lot of effort in crafting these pizzas.I also ordered a salad, again, great ingredients and better taste.And let me tell you about the lemonade, freshly made and perfect sweetness.If all these is not enough, Suzie and Chris welcome you like youre an old friend.I heard a couple say they ate there every day they were in Uyuni, after going the first time I did the same.

Amazing place!! The owner and his wife are so welcoming and offer the best handcrafted pizzas with local ingredients.If you are feeling the altitude, go for number 5 with extra chicken fajita and you’ll soon forget everything about the challenging heights. It certainly helped us when we were both down. Too off the whole shabang with a chocolate-nougat bar and you are in for a treat.We were here three times within 6 days.

Amazing place, if you go to uyuni definitely visit minuteman! The pizzas are amazing, and you can design your own ;). The guy running the restaurant is from Boston originally and already runs his restaurant for 22 years so English or spanish doesn’t matter! He is a great guy. Would totally recommend!

Uyuni is a pretty small place with not a whole lot to do, so to find an amazing restaurant really makes your evening so much more memorable. The owner Chris was so welcoming, and the food was delicious. Good pizza has been a rare find in South America for us so far so definitely take a visit! We may even go again before we leave...

UNBELIEVABLE!!I got a design-your-own vegan pizza and he even had vegan cheese which was amazing! I tried it on half of the pizza as seen in the pic.He also sun-dries his own tomatoes and they were the best I’ve ever had.Would hiiighly recommend this place. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time.It’s a bit tricky to find, you have to ring the buzzer for the hotel and they’ll let you in to go to the restaurant

Kind of a reverse culture shock after spending weeks in South America. Awesome pizza and a chocolate cake so sweet I felt guilty for some reason. Pizza is of course expensive by Bolivian standards, but I felt it was worth the cost. It was the final meal before the 4 day Uyuni tour. It is a little tricky to find, but google will help. Good pizza is verrrry hard to find in Bolivia, but these guys do it so well. Seriously so delicious. I was also feeling unwell, and the owner approached me totally unasked and offered to move me to a room with a breeze and she found me a fan and turned it on for me. Seriously the best service ever! And the amenities are wonderful and clean too.

Delicious pizza. It is located inside a hotel and usually hotel door is closed and you should knock the door to let you in. Small pizza is 50-60 BOB big is 100-110 BOB and the small is enough for one person.

Nice pizza with many toppings. I tried the vegan option but was a bit disappointed. I recommend to choose one of the menu.

Really tasty pizza and good atmosphere! You have to go through a hostel reception first and then it takes you to this relaxed place. I ate most of my pizza before I could even take a photo but the environment was lively and busy. The tomato based had fresh basil which made it even better got me! Highly recommend if you want a good pizza in Uyuni! Cash only btw

The best pizza in South America for sure. Pizza not too thick, not too thin and crispy. They put lots of vegetable on it, so it is more healthier . The owner is italian, that why it is so delicious. The price is cheap, the portion is very big.

Weve been there before and after our 3D/2N tour. Just dont make the same mistake as we did and order 4 large Pizza for 4 people plus appetizer 😂

Finally some good pizza in Bolivia! The owners are from the states and it shows. The best pizza Ive found in Bolivia. If I had to critique one thing it would be the service, a bit slow and VERY unfriendly, but I would put good quality food over service any day. I will definitely be back!

Stumbled upon this place with my wife after returning from a long trip into the salt flats and what a treat! The establishment is run by a former manager of Antonio’s pizza in Amherst, Massachusetts!! For those of you who have been to Amherst, you know how legendary the pizza is. I personally went to UMASS and was shocked to find this place in the middle of the salt flat in Bolivia. The pizza did not disappoint - similar quality and a much needed comfort food after days of travel. Highly recommend stopping in here and trying the spicy alpaca.

The pizza was excellent for my taste.A big pizza is around 110 BOB (USD 16and really really expensive for South America and even more for Bolivia. Thats why its filled only with "rich" tourists!Because its so expensive Ill give just 4 stars rating.

After a trip through Salar de Uyuni we had some time to eat and wanted something that was not soup with noodles in it. These pizzas where really something else! The staff was nice, but the location is within an hotel!

Ironically, we waited for way over an hour for our pizza at minuteman.I normally wouldnt be so bothered by this but we had literally seen people come in after us, order, eat and leave. I think we were the last people served (either they forgot about us or they have a terrible system in place).The pizza itself was ok (but not worth the inflated price you pay for it at 110 bolivianos for a large or 60 for 4 slices).The best part of the experience was the actual restaurant was super warm and cozy (until someone went to the toilet and a gust of win shot through)Probably wouldnt return anytime soon.

The restaurant is inside the hotel.Cosy atmosphere, we got tasty nachos for starter and a large pizza to share between three. A must go if in uyuni.
