Giant stadium built in 1965, featuring football games plus a museum & dining options.
There are no clean bathrooms, no water to drink. You must not touch the grass. At R$ 40, I can not recommend.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I didn’t know they had free Brazilian tears to drink in the dispensers when Germany played them… A great show to watch. The game was just as one sided as the taste of salt of the Brazilian tears. Overall I rate this experience 1/7

The Governador Magalhães Pinto Stadium, better known as Mineirão, is a football stadium located in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, where Cruzeiro Esporte Clube sends its games, so it is also called Toca da Raposa 3 by its fans, even in the face of debt millionaire of the club with the administrator of the stadium. Inaugurated in 1965, it is the fifth largest stadium in Brazil, having hosted five finals of the Copa Libertadores, an Intercontinental Cup and chosen as one of the venues of the 2014 FIFA World Cup. In 2003, it was listed by the Cultural Heritage Council of the Municipality of Belo Horizonte. In June 2014, it became the first Brazilian stadium and the second in the world to win the top category of environmental certification Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, granted by the Green Building Council Institute.Mineirão was marked as the stage for the biggest defeat of the Brazilian Football Team, a 7-1 defeat by Germany in the 2014 FIFA World Cup semifinal, which became known as Mineiraço.
Insanely crowdy, lack of security, constant fear of being mugged. At the end of the match, the exit is too far and people get pressed together for a very long time. It´s tense. Demands tons of patience.
I watched Cruzeiro play Atletico there in 1998. The great Carlos Alberto, who I watched play many times with the NY Cosmos, was the coach of Atletico.
Best place in Brazil towatch a game. The rivalry between Cruzeiro and Atlético os remarkable, but Cruzeiro seems to have better results there. Huge stadium, huge fans, huge country.
Well thought of access ramps make very easy to get in and out of the stadium. Seats are comfortable enough, although you hardly use it as local fans watch the game standing mostly. Big flags also block the view at times, but it is part of the local culture so that was OK. Good sandwiches and beer available inside. Great experience
One of the great soccer stadiums of South America. Fantastic atmosphere, good food and cheap beer👍 A once in a lifetime experience
One of the most historic stadiums in Brazil. My friends and I had a blast watching the Argentina vs Paraguay game for the Copa America in 2019.
My only experience here was at an event called American Fun Fest. I thought there would be a lot of interesting things related to the American culture, but I was wrong. Everything I saw was food from Minas Gerais, tasteless by the way. So, the event didnt match my expectations, I guess its my fault. The space was OK, although there was a soccer match on the same afternoon and traffic got complicated.
Easy access, clean installations and modern stadium...
Love it very nice and impressive place .
Grande show do cantor Roger Waters
Amazing soccer stadium. Lots of music festivals happen here as well as soccer games. Everybody can practice sports around it, like walking, running, skating, biking or bring kids to play.
We went to see the Cruzeiro vs São Paulo game, with the whole family, young and old. All in all, it was a good and family friendly experience. It had all the ingredients of a Brazilian football game, the drums, the passion and at least a few moments of some quality football. Its tempting to deduct points for the home team losing the match, and looking like they didnt even want to play the second half (with a couple of exceptions among the players), but I guess that would be beside the point of this review. Be aware that even though the tickets are seated, that is just theoretical. So get there early if you want to sit as a group. Also, be prepared to stand up during most of the game if you want to to see anything at all.
Great Soccer stadium where Cruzeiro plays their match. It is worth a trip to watch the game or even to visit the soccer museum. Arrive early on game days and enjoy a cold beer on the bars that surround the stadium!
One of the most important football stadiums in the world. Home of Cruzeiro, the biggest and well known football team in Minas Gerais state. Worth visiting!
Toca 3 - House of Minas Gearis biggest soccer team Cruzeiro!
The second biggest stadium in Brazil! Home of Cruzeiro, the best Brazilian soccer team in Century XX. Great stadium!
Great modern stadium in Brazil ... the secured area during the World Cup was a little much but the staff there was professional.
Loved the futebol museum, it can be apreciated for both experts and people who whats to learn a bit more about football. The stadium is quite impressive for itself, definitely would come back
Amazing stadium, huge and state of the art. Could use more shade, though. If youre in direct sunlight youll probably melt...
