Great place to visit. Inside the park they have a restaurant to have a local traditional breakfast with a local food and drinks.

A free entrance park. Its a good place to see some native plant species but theres not much else going on during the week - perhaps its worth visiting at the weekend. Its sad to see so much rubbish in the stream - Ive spotted a large TV and a gigantic water tank lid. You might be lucky and see some animals like caymans, iguanas, snakes and several birds.I suggest you bring some drinking water and plaster yourself with mosquito repellent lotion as there are plenty of these little nasties and dengue and yellow fever is present in the city.

City Park in a nice location. Good for walking on weekends, specially early in the morning. Full of big trees, so you wont feel the high temperature from Manaus. There is a nice coffee shop inside to have breakfast with many options, full buffet all you can eat (30 reaisor by order. There is parking place. Dogs accepted. Nice place to take kids to play. Very safe. Orchids can be found. Park close at 5pm.
