This was our favorite place to stop in Childress. Always had great steaks. Unfortunately, it appears to now be permanently closed.

Great ribeye! Love the Art Deco doors! Salad bar a little lackluster. Place smelled like beer and farts, but service was great and the place was cozy.

They were out of everything. We thought maybe they were permanently shutting down. That what it seemed like. Just getting rid of all stock. The steak was so tuff we could not cut without alot of effort. Very disappointed.

Steak was great, beer was cold! Our server reid was awesome ! Definitely would stop here again!

It may take a little time to do it right, but it’s worth the wait. Had the small ribeye rare, fries, fried okra. $1.50 Shiner. Great food.

Had rib eye best I have had in a while, good thick, cooked perfect, had a bit of a wait, not open on sunday.

Ugh. I was really looking forward to a baked sweet potato. It was BLACK! A little butter, no cinnamon sugar. I took the skin off thinking it was just the outside. Nope. Burned all the way through. So gross.

The beef enchilada plate was good, the service was awful. Waited 45 minutes for food that was not THAT good for the wait. Would not recommend.

This is a good place if you like to sit and wait all day for your food it literally took us an hour and 30 minutes to get a salad and the main course I had to literally get up and go and get the hostess

Had the 16oz boneless ribeye. Perfectly cooked. Onions and mushrooms were caramelized and delicious. Good, friendly service. Plain exterior might fake you out, but good food inside. Family friendly. Not a trendy place, just good food. Had the rum cake for dessert. Across from the Pilot truck stop. Worth the short walk guys.

It was good tonight,I cant get use to the brown gravy.But for the most part the hamburger steak and sweet potato was very good.

Had the 16oz rib eye and it was prepared to perfection! Great mashed potatoes and the salad was very fresh. Our server was very friendly and provided excellent service.

To much salt And much fat in the steak for 32.47$ and they were not kind enough to give or discount I do not recommend it.

One of the best burgers Ive had in awhile. The bacon on it was thick and cooked perfectly. Great place for drivers to grab something decent to eat and not get stuck with terrible truck stop food.

Amazing beef enchiladas...amazing hamburger steak! Usually always have his hamburger cause it is the BEST IN TOWN, but he is just that good and make everything amazing! FAVORITE PLACE :)

Unremarkable place with what youd expect off the side of a highway in a small town. Super nice staff, burnt chips, and the water tasted like gasoline. But the steak was flavored and cooked well, and thats the reason we stopped there. Very odd decor, and nothing else we ordered had flavor besides the steak.

Food was excellent and the service was as well. We were just passing thru but will stop by again.

Slow service, cook was taking his/ her time. Hardly anyone in restaurant. Asked for medium rare steak got well done. Mashed potatoes were consistency of boxed potatoes that had to much water added to them, no flavor. This place needs Gordan Ramseys help. Gloomy interior and horrible decor.

I had one of the best rib eyes ever. The flavor was superb and it was cooked like I ordered

Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Waitress was excellent. I had the 8oz sirloin, baked potato and salad bar. It was tasty and price was good.

Friendly service, good food, varied menu thats worth a stop by. I had a daily special burger and fries for $5.. great value and home cooked taste.

Great food just took a while to get it. Great service from our waitress, great steak had the 40oz tomahawk steak great for 2 people will go back if we are in town again.

The outside is very deceiving, but YOU MUST GO IN AND EAT!!!!. INSIDE VERY CLEAN, STAFF WAS EXPONENTIALLY POLITE AND ON POINT. JESICA DID AN AWESOME JOB!!!Wife and I both had Ribeyes and baked potato. We were extremely blown away by the quality of the steaks, tender juicy, and not salty at all. Thick delicious mouth watering. The side salad was freshly made aswell. "Side note" the quality of the steaks was equal to a Texas roadhouse or Saltgrass; but the price was BETTER AT MILOS. PLEASE Please PLEASE!!! STOP BY AND EAT. YOU WILL BE STUFFED AND WALK OUT BLOATED BUT HAPPY.

Ate there last week and the food tasted like it was old beef and some shredded beef mixed in. for all I know they took the meat out of the garbage. Just horrible! the rice look like it was reheated in the microwave. the re fried beans were not of the consistency that re fried beans normally is. the worst experience and the worst food ever!

The hamburger is really good. I was skeptical about the fries but liked the way they were seasoned. I will definitely come back next time Im in town.

Food was good, service was great. Was just passing through and saw the sign. Busted a u and went back. Never eaten here and thought Id give it a try. Will be back in March, will have to eat here again. Highly recommend.

Food was great but my filet, which I requested be medium, was well done. There was zero pink inside. The flavor was good and we enjoyed the meal but for a steakhouse to overcook a steak is frustrating.

The food is excellent especially their burgers..I would recommend anyone to go eat there

Probably one of the worst places to eat ever, first off there were holes in the cups and we ordered cheese fries, which should only take 5-10 mins to make especially when there is only 3 other tables with people at them, waited 20 mins for them to even bring them out, ordered our food and ended up waiting 45 mins for a chicken fried steak and grilled chicken, so we just got up and paid for the cheese fries and drinks. The servers there are the worst Ive ever seen, they would take a drink order and then got straight to the back and get on their phones. Never coming to this place again, its a waste of money and time. Just go to top notch BBQ better food and service!

Worst food I have tried to eat in weeks. It was so salty it would make me pucker. When I asked for the manager on duty I got the cook. I would stay away from here.

We had the best experience here. Our waitress was the sweetness young lady who was a very attentive server. Really enjoyed her. As for the food, I had the 12oz Ribeye and it was great. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, really good. And the baked potato was also good. Salt rubbed, baked without foil, really good. My son had a cheeseburger and he said it was also very good. Overall the prices were fine for the quality of service and food.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Its a steakhouse, no excuse to not have filet on Saturday at 5:30. Waited 30 minutes for salads to come with no dressing. They had sent someone across the street for lemons and salad dressing. Food came just after salads. Husbands steak was cold in the middle. Sent it back and did not want it. Waitress continually apologized. My chicken was overcooked but I ate half of it and the small baked sweet potato. Was through eating when salad dressing and lemons were brought to table. We were not charged for husbands meal. We have been married 59 years and I have never known him to send food back. Felt bad for waitress who continually apologized. Offered her a tip which she refused.

This is what it says it is ! A steakhouse ! Their restaurant is nice and clean with friendly service. My steak was big and deliciously seasoned. Price was reasonable. Well definitely be back !

My brother & boyfriend wanted steak so we stop here. Not at all what we expected. But the waitress was nice.

This place is VERY authentic and rustic! The food was amazing and everything is handmade, down to the different desserts. We had the owners homemade bread pudding straight outta the oven, a humongous rideye steak cooked perfectly, and a savory stuffed baked potato. Ive added to my favorites on my Google map, so we know to park our rig close to it, so we dont miss a wonderful supper!! 😁😊😁👍👍👍

The New Atmosphere is Wonderful. I was very comfortable in Milos.The staff were very nice and attentive.The food was good, and the price about average.Loved the Experience

My experiences eating there have been very. Delicious food and friendly, attentive wait staff. However some of the items on the menu in my opinion are out of their price range. For instance, I avoid the chicken- fried steak priced at $14.00 even though its my favorite. Instead I have ordered their steak fingers and chicken strips from the childs menu. You get three pieces but Ive for one extra which has never been a problem. The menu also includes hamburgers, sirlon and t-bones steaks, Mexican food and healthy salads.

The servers are so very pleasant. Always smiling. Food was great. We came in a little late and they were fine with it....

I was staying the night at a motel and asked if they were any good. The motel people said that the restaurant was new and not very good so I just had to try them. Food was good, service good, menu selection adequate, prices a little high for this part of West Texas, but tolerable. All in all very satisfied.

One of the waitresses was extremely rude speaking badly about her tables and counting her tips in front of everyone! 😡 I have worked as a waitress for 6+ years and have not ever in my career. Speaking about gang related terms. Never going there again.

We were there on their fourth day in business. It was spring break, and they were slammed. However its a steakhouse and they ran out of baked potatoes and bread and were not going to reduce the price of our meal until we complained to the manager.
