Wait time is very long for food. Out of a lot of things, baked rolls and calamari came out undercooked. Server was nice and helpful but management needs to get it together

The service was ridiculous in a bad way. As per usual they have two servers and two cooks for the whole restaurant. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for stir fry noodles, and thats with a reservation. They didnt even have enough staff to answer the constantly ringing phone, again, as per usual. The staff was kind, but overworked and overwhelmed. There are too many cons to list. Every problem was a result of poor management. Im sorry to say this, but if you want sushi and decent service, go somewhere else. This one is a debauch.

place has always been good went in today with some friends and had amazing service from very sweet mexican women she treated us as if we were her own kids fantastic people skills!sadly dont remember her name:(

There $1 hockey bonds are really good their food is really good they come with a different variety a lot of anime posters and stuff basically built within like a Japanese theme so I like it and its a very relaxing place just remember to be careful I think with your card they charge you more so have cash on to you but all for all its very affordable and the service there is nice

We got two sushi rolls that took over an hour to come out. We asked to cancel them but suddenly when we did they were ready. We were given the check without the sushi rolls on it but we’re still charged for them… I do not recommend this place you’re better off going to umi sushi where the rolls are delicious and come out in a timely manner.

The waitress was wonderful, but the chefs were rude and took their time. Even after I Mentioned that I had to get going soon, I was told it would be done in a minute and then waited another 10 minutes. In total I waited 40 minutes for two rolls. I went at lunchtime when there was only one group of ladies inside other than me.

Best sushi in town. Their flaming hot Cheeto roll is on a whole other level. Staff is friendly and always pleasant.

Terrible service!! Ordered the sashimi chef special and bento box. Got the miso soup and salad an hour before the rest of the box and my order of 8 pieces of sashimi from the sushi bar, which the salmon on the order tasted and felt like it had gone bad so I wasn’t able to eat it. Staff is highly unprofessional, talking about customers an ear distance away from them!! I will never return to this restaurant and would not recommend anyone else coming either!! Definitely needs new staff and management badly.

Worst service ever!!! We’re waiting to have our drink order taken. The waiter comes over and smells like alcohol. His brother shows us and interrupts us ordering and the language he uses is horrible. The waiter continues to speak with his brother instead of taking our order. Service keeps going downhill over the years. My little one never received her food after the waiter asked us 3 times what she ordered. Never received our salad or soups. There was hair on my appetizer and I was still charged for it. Manager was supposed to come talk to us but didn’t bother. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. The owners should definitely look into new manager

New sushi place for me! The Vento box was delicious and very filling!

Food was delicious and a great presentation but services were lacking unfortunately. As soon as we were seated drinks were ordered and my husband and I wanted a few cocktails but was told there wasnt a bartender. So we ended up with soft drinks, we waited about 20 mins until we asked to order our food. The sever that was helping us didnt check on us after the food was brought out and drinks werent offered to be refilled. At the end of our meal more people were coming in and the same servers that were there started serving drinks, found that rude after being told they were under staffed and didnt have a bar tender. Since this place opened back up for dine in we thought it would have been a great time to go and experience a family meal but I dont think we will be going back.

The decor is pretty cool Id say, Nice DragonballZ on the wall.. I wouldnt say it was particularly busy, yet the service seemed all over the place. It took 20 minutes to sit, 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order. I try to be good customer, The staff was nice, maybe it was an off day for them, maybe Covid times.

Really neat place for sushi rolls and other small bites. Love the atmosphere and the staff. Sushi and cream cheese wontons were fantastic.

Went to try something new and heard about this place. When my family and I got there, we were seated and our drinks (waterwas brought to us. We sat there for almost 30 minutes with no service. Watched as everyone around us was being helped except us. Ended up walking out due to poor service. Will not be returning.

This place never disappoints!! I love that the rolls are just the right size so they are easy to eat without making a mess or trying to take too big or a bite. The food is always fresh and delicious, they have a great variety! Ive been eating here for almost 20 years and now its my teenage sons favorite place as well!If youre eating in, I would say dont be in a rush, theyre not known for super speedy service, but Ill take quality and thoughtfully prepared food over rushed service any day!

Food is amazing a little pricey but in my opinion worth it but if I had to say come around 4 to 7 since thats the happy hour. The one set back is that if you go during the weekends prepare to see people and service will be a little slow but go during the weekday and you should be fine. Plus the waitresses there are super friendly to as is the hostests so over all its great.

Always a loveable place with great people that work there. The food never disappoints. Loved the last waitress we had. Very outgoing and fun.

Im giving this place a five star because of the service we received from our server. My salmon roll tasted like it had chemicals on it and a corner of my salmon was black. Everything else was good. The customer service was on point!

I came here for dinner with some friends we all order a roll. The manager offered us a deal of a free roll with $15 per order which we had 2 separate orders with well over $15 she argued with us that we had to have 3 separate orders for the deal which makes no sense but we didn’t want a deal anyway but don’t offer a deal then argue about giving it to us. Very rude and unprofessional I will not return. By the way she did not give us the roll

I love the food here but some changes have obviously been made to staff and etc. and that has effected the way the customers are experiencing things now. Recently I went there and I had dinner with my mom. I ordered my food. Over a hour and a half passed before I got my sushi rolls. I saw 5 tables get their food, finish, and leave by the time my food was done. My mom completely ate her entire meal before I spoke up and had to ask for my food to go, cuz she was already done and my food hasnt even shown up to the table yet. My waitress was very apologetic and said that they were putting out to-go orders as a priority and I guess other tables orders were getting out out first as well. I was really disappointed. Waiting almost 2 hours for 2 sushi rolls is absolutely ridiculous.

I love the service here and the anime theme. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is relaxing and soothing. If your an anime lover just like me I highly recommend this place.

Every single bite was amazing! We had the delicious flaming hot Cheeto roll which let me just tell you, you must try it!! The flavors all work together in perfect harmony. The service is outstanding and it just makes for an all around amazing experience. Highly recommend.

I was very hesitant to try a new place, but was convinced to go. So glad I did. The atmosphere is awesome. Feels like late 80s early 90s Tokyo. 80s jams, cool decor and a very comfortable VIP type section. All the appetizers were delicious and perfectly cooked, and my sushi roll, the BAM BAM was one of the best I have ever had. 99c saki bombs! You are gonna love to hang out, drink, and eat with your group here. Great for all ages too.

I have not had sushi in 9 years and this was the first place since. I loved the service, my daughter and I ordered out and we got the California roll and the California crunch we are in love.. amazing and next time this week for sure we are eating in and plan to try other items from the menu

I found my new regular sushi spot! Food and service was AMAZING!!! Kat took very good care of us and hooked us up with a complimentary roll. Bf got the bikini roll and I got the Asian fusion. Would give 6 stars if I could.

The atmosphere is always nice. The sushi rolls are always delicious! This time we tried the Godzilla burger. OMG! Amazing!! Fresh juice beef! We will be back for more!!

Long time customer, brought my dog with me this time and sat in the outside area. Service was awesome as usual. My only request is that the owner replace the outside chairs, they are unsuited to a dinning experience.

Ive only eaten here once, but they earned this 5 star rating. Our party came on Fathers day for dinner. We stayed a little past closing and I was impressed at how nice they were in not rushing us out the door, this type of service is hard to come by these days. We had a 7 person party and our food and service was good. Ive had better fried rice but the sushi was tasty. The staff made a team effort at serving our party. Thank you Miki Sushi!

Great place, with an impressive bar. The drinks are tasty yet still strong. ;)Rolls are decently priced, and prepared rather quickly. I had a Lobster Roll that was very delicious along with a Hot Tuna roll that left me wanting to try more. Location is a little far to me, but worth it if you love sushi.

Typically speaking, this place is really great! Unfortunately we decided to visit on Valentines Day which was a mistake. Took us an hour and a half to order and receive our food and they forgot one out of 3 of our sushi rolls. Ill definitely go back because the food is delicious, but not during a busy day.

I fancy the Happy Hour here! Great crunch crunch roll, miso soup served, and cute water carafe brought to your table. This place has great ambiance and nice outdoor seating. Always friendly, sometimes a bit on the slower side of service, but always worth the wait. My favorite sushi in town!

Excellent service, very attentive, no wait at 4-5pm. I love the Candy Cane roll with no roe. Order was correct, and got to watch their flat screen during my early dinner.

The quality of the sushi was very good. I ordered the veggie role and the dragon roll. They were fantastic. The decor of the restaurant doesnt fit my taste. At certain areas of the restaurant, it was too dark.The customer service wasnt good. It would be nice for them to at least look me in the eye and ask how my day was going. But you wont get it at this place.
