Mikes Kitchen was super. We were a big group (about 25and Clifford served us with a smile. Well done.

I dont appreciate my bill with a 10% service fee already added. Surely its up to me what I would give the Waitron.

I also thought that Mikes Kitchen in Rustenburg is the best restaurant is, but after our experience today, I wonder! First of all, we had to wait for waiter; secondly, we asked for 4 separate bills and for him to write it down which he did not do; thirdly, we order our drinks with 2 glasses of water to be brought before the drinks - we had to asked another waiter to bring us the water, thirdly, he got 2 orders wrong due to not writing it down and for not listening - a Hunters Dry instead of Hunters Gold and worse one food order wrong, the rest of us started to eat while our friend had to wait; fourthly, he disappeared after that - we had to go looking for him to pay the bills which he got right. Really, it is not good enough!

Its a beautiful place, The waitress was so friendly she even helped me chose my starter which was Snails it was my first time having them and they were so nice, service was great, but I didnt enjoy their ribs they were too dry, loved their wings and chips 😊

Wife ordered hake and calamary and it was horrible...I ordered steak and it was great...Great place for a family though.

I enjoy their delicious, juicy ribs.

No value for money but but the service is excellent, the food are too small... Their Cape Fish and Chips is too small for the price.

Concerned about the security at the restaurant. We had an issue with a man filming the children at the play area. However after deleting the video, I brought it to the attention of the manager and it was dealt with. Warning to parents, be on the look out.

Lovely service and wonderful food

The staff is very unprofessional and they are picky about who they serve. I got served food that I did not order all in the name of "there are no veggies", i got served a potato salad + mash while i initially was told about spinach and butternut. When i enquired i was told i cant be served that because its not fresh, no one told me that when i ordered. Memory is the name of the waitress in question. Theres no veg meanwhile the staff is seating right in front of the chaffing dishes having veg. I came here with 5 people and everyone on the table ate their meals at different times. How messed up is that?

The stuff was very friendly to us, gave us more details about the food. The food was delicious and I have to go back for the draft.

The worst service I ever experienced at a place. We waited 2 hours for our food and it was cold. The potatoes and pumpkin were tastles they will never see me again R1800.00 wasted

Great service, friendly staff. There was an issue with out garlic bread and the manager dealt with it swiftly, even replaced the bread without us even asking for it! They take customer service serious!Also great area to go with the entire family with a secured kids play area! Will be coming back 💯

Food was excellent but unfortunately very dirty restaurant. Cutlery was full of gunk, floors are dirty, dont know when top floor windows has been cleaned last. Table layout is a mess - very disordered.Very much a let down with the great tasting food!

Worst service ever. I get a better service from my local diesel depo. The person that helped us could not get the orders right and when you complain the manager just looks at you, turn around and walk away. Must say the food from the kitchen was good.

My kids love the place because of the fun activities they get up to, I love the food. Yeah it’s expensive but what can I say? I love the food. Also Francisco hopefully I got the name served us to the best of his abilities. He also added that he will even do better next time lol. Keep up the good work. Mikes kitchen never disappoints at all. The service and the food always tops.

Worst Mikes Kitchen ever.Restrooms are dirty with no proper running water to wash your hands (during the covid pandemic it makes it even worse), tables are sticky and dirty, glass windows are dirty, food on the menu are not available, the service is bad, the manager doesnt know how to deal with issues. People around us were complaining and left without the manager even trying to resolve it.Waiters are even complaining about stock levels and how this is not even resolved over monthend.

A bit disappointing if youve visited other Mikes Kitchens. The service from our waitress was great. Staff should not argue in front of customers though-this was very unpleasant especially since we were sitting right in front of the bar where they seemed to be stationed and it happened in front of us. They got so loud we couldnt hear each other.

Best food and their service is excellent, love this place Ill be back for more

Arrived and was seated by the manager with promises of a waiter cleaning the table and attending to our needs. Waited 20 min for a waiter, with no luck. My husband had to go ask for one. Reiceved our food, the veg and steak were ice cold and it was not busy 19 March. We will not go there again

Had a little slip up with my kids food, but it was handled efficiently and quick. Great food and relaxing out door seating, lots of it. Play area for children is excellent, better than anything I have seen at other restaurants. Had to down grade from my initial 5 stars. Make sure your bladder and bouwls are empty, because the toilets are disgusting .

Had a great time with my kids, enjoyed our food delicious and fresh massive servings 😋🤣... Covered play area for the kids which is well supervised. Its a good place to have a meeting while bonding with the family ❤️💐

Perfect place to chill and vibe out!Not only for the adults but the kids also have a very huge trampoline that is very safe and spacious.... not only that but they have a jungle Jim that has scooters for the boys to VROOOOOM around it😊😘It is the perfect restaurant for the whole family

Service was better than most places Ive visited. The waiter was friendly, she cleaned the table and kept it clean throughout our visit and checked in at appropriate times. She had good knowledge of the menu. The food was a let down. My steak was chewy even though It was medium rare. My food was cold, meat and sauce were both cold.

Our faviroute family restaurant. The food is good, the staff friendly and the management on the ball. They do not really have light meals like pizza or sandwiches for adults. But the portions are very generous! They have regular specials and carvery on Sundays. R130 per person or R150pp with desert. The kiddies menu is great and also generous! We love the play area. For big and small. And the children cant go anywhere (except out the door off course). The only negative is that the sandpit is not all that clean, most of the time. We are usually picking up paper, candy wrappers or pieces of baloons. They are wheelchair friendly and there is a baby changing station in the wheelchair bathroom. The playground are almost entirely in the shade and the kiddies receive a lucky packet after every meal. They also have a loyalty card wich I love. Well always come back.
