This experience was the best experience for my first time! I enjoyed the staff they are very funny & very nice people! If I had the chance I would do this all over again! Be aware that if you use GROUPON there are extra fees. Overall the process was super easy & dope I enjoyed my captain JOEL he was very funny & very comforting when it comes down to being nervous don’t be he will make sure your all good! I recommend trying this out 100% you don’t wanna miss out!

Loved loved loved this place. Me and my husband had so much fun. We were very welcomed as “out of towners” and our instructors Pierre and Anouk were amazing. We got a real raw experience and would love to go back if we are ever in Miami

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Falsely advise stuff on the phone. We did parasailing and when you make the purchase on the website they don’t advertise that there is an extra charge of $40 plus another $18 for gas and fees to come on the boat PER PERSON!!! Also they set you up so you can’t cancel or change dates for reservations, don’t give no refunds or care about keeping customers happy and have them come back. Total garbage or a company. All the good reviews is for people that ask for water and they have you give a positive review and show them before you get the bottle of water. Also These people are awful at customer service, the manager doesn’t know what customer service or hospitality is.Pierre, the captain is great and the other lady too.

Had an amazing time flyboarding, our guide Justin. He was patient and explained everything nicely making our experience even better than expected! Would definitely come back!

I took my mother parasailing for her birthday and we had a blast! Tom was our captain and Shawn was his mate and their were hilarious and so much fun! Blacky, Ohio, and rest of the crew were awesome as well! HIGHLY recommend

Extra fees that we did not know about at first. We got charged an additional $116 on top of the advertised price. It is what it is, just wanted you to know!Fun experience otherwise, just don’t like the feeling of getting ripped off!

The attraction was great. I purchased the package for pictures but unfortunately I did not had a way of checking them until I got home. And my pictures were all blurry no even one picture came out nice. I called and they said they wont refund my money. Which is not fair. Be careful when you buy the SD card.

I came out for my birthday & I did jet skis and parasailing. I caught a GREAT deal for two more excursions for $100’ all staff was friendly & the guides were amazing! I will DEFINITELY be back!! Great great greaaaaaat experience! Great prices! Great vibes! 10/10!!

First time and I had a blast!! Sandra at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful when we were having issues with our reservation. Captain Pierre and Anouk were informative and walk me and my girlfriend through everything, so even though we were inexperienced I was able to enjoy parasailing without a hitch. Definitely will come back and would definitely recommend for a date.

Went Flyboarding with Justin as my captain and he turned this adventure into tons of fun! Absolutely beginner friendly and lots of encouragement and ips soon he way (literallysteered me right! Would do again!

Sal, Pierre and Sean were great at Miami Water Sports. It was a bit pricey but they explained everything thoroughly and ensured we had a great time and made the most out of the experience. A very safe and relaxing parasailing experience and I’m happy I did it!

Andy the guide has been very respectful and helpful to the rules if jet skiing. Hope that he gets promoted. Also Kyle the Captain was funny and great with instructions on flyboarding. Highly recommend it.

They give a free water bottle for positive reviews done and shown to them which is most of the ones that you see on here. The heat that they make you wait in for the rides you would be just be tempted to do a positive review. They have speed limits and its not free riding like they state on their website. My jet ski went so slow and when I tried to get one of the employees attention, they were free riding around and did not come and check up. Id rather do it with some other company the next time Im there. I also went for a fun boat ride and it was not worth the money what so ever.

Very great experience! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Sal was sure to assist me when stepping on and off the boat! The fun boat was simply amazing! Very speedy fun ride, but I would recommend you wear glasses to protect your eyes and be prepared to get wet!

Parasailing with Landon and Pier was so chill. Jet skiing with Marco and Christian was so fun. Andy and Sasha were helpful too. Really cool team!

Don’t go here!!!!!!! they lie about times and pricing and when you ask for a refund they refuse. They make you pay extra upon arrival. They told us to go wait and didn’t tell us how long it would take our reservation was for 10:30 and they called to confirm it multiple times that day and the previous day. but after waiting for 20 min the boat Hadn’t arrived and when we asked they said our boat wouldn’t leave until 12:00.When we asked to speak to the manager she would not make eye contact and was on her tablet. she wouldn’t give us her full attention and she was dealing with other costumers at the same time and interrupting us. On Expedia where we booked the “fun boat” it says free cancellations meaning you should get your money back but clearly the company itself needs to make sure every website has the correct advertisement. They told us to read the agreement properly which we did and it does not match what they told us. When we asked to speak to someone they were very dismissive and rude. With all that said don’t waste your money you won’t get it back from this falsely advertised company.

Pierre & Landon were amazing. The boat was so fun with a beautiful view. Parasailing experience was super fun & peaceful. Not even scary & im someone who’s nervous doing any activity with heights lol. Definitely recommend!

Landon and Pierre were absolutely amazing my wife and I had the time of our lives. They even saw trash in the water and stopped to get it out twice. This is what I call great customer service and hiring people that care about what theyre doing.

Me and my group of friends had an amazing time. We Parasailed and rode the Banana boat. Definitely coming back when I’m in Miami again. S/O to Pierre and Landon. They were so friendly and inviting during our Parasail activity.

I had sooo much fun on the banana boat with James! Best driver ever 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 The guys at the front counter Ohio and Sandra were very nice. I also did the parasailing with Landon and Pierre and it was amazing!! Saw beautiful dolphins and the sail was so gentle and peaceful. Will do it again!!

Andy and Justin was the best! Flash was very directing and real honest! He made sure we could ride and have fun!! Most def worth the money!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF!! Landon and Kyle made me feel so comfortable on my first parasailing ride! It was literally one of the scariest but calmest things Ive ever done. They made me feel confident and safe the entire time! I wouldnt have had a great experience if it wasnt for their friendly personalities!

Tom and Sam our captains were awesome, professional, comical. I felt safe even though I am afraid of heights .. my first time parasailing experience with this company was a hit. Its easy to find located in a good area near downtown Miami and between South Beach. They are bug on safety of the patrons I would recommend.

Landon and Kyle were so nice. They made parasailing 10 times more fun! They assured us we’d be safe. We laughed, talked and they played good music!

The people there are basically liars, they told me to wait up in queue and sign the waiver after I told them I wanna do the banana boat. When I arrived at the check-in after 30 minutes, they informed that there were no banana boats available, and I was surprised to see that they also lied about the riding time. They said it’s 25 minutes, and then turns out it’s only about 15 minutes. Bad customer service, rude people, and business that values profit and false marketing strategies more than customers themselves. This is disgusting

Tom (captainand Sam (co-captainwere great! While we were out on the boat, Tom joked with the passengers and made us laugh. Sam was in charge of suiting everyone up, and for those that dont know, the suiting process can be a bit intimate - but Sam was very professional and courteous the whole time. Both Tom and Sam made me feel safe and relaxed. I greatly enjoyed the whole experience, and I would absolutely return to Miami Watersports the next time Im in Miami.

I was there with a couple of my friends just last weekend and we picked parasailing over speedboat! We were Landon and team’s first customer and it was a great first time experience ;for all of us! So glad we made it back safe haha!😂👏🏽

The directions on how to find them are confusing... however, they are so easy to find. Once you continue down the pier, they are located to the right. I thought it was going to be so much harder. I was happy about this. They do have yellow flags with smiley faces on it.Check the weather prior to booking. I see alot of bad reviews because of this. I knew the days I would be in Miami and made sure to book the day that had the BEST weather.When i got out of my cab, Sal made it his business to greet and attend us. I thought that was impressive. I still had ONE foot in the cab. Lol. He was such good help.This excursion is EXPENSIVE. I paid $89 through expedia.com. So it was $178 for two people. When i arrived, i was told that i had to pay an additonal fee of $58 each. Which was $116 for two. Then i was also offered the option to pay for photos. Which was $39 + tax. Overall i spent an additional $160. So this excursion was a total of $338. I also left a $20 tip so that brought up my total to $358. Although this was alot of money, i am happy to let you all know that IT WAS WORTH IT.After paying we sat off to the side and waited. Once they had 12 people, they asked us to start boarding the boat. They had all of us take off our shoes and socks. They are not allowed on the boat. We were also asked to leave all of our personal belongings. Some people did keep their phones with them. I didnt. It was all stored away and locked into a locker. My things stood safe and i appreciated and loved that they wait for everyone to be present and watching when they opened the locker for us to collect our things after the parasail.We were soo lucky to sail with Pierre and Anouk. I love Anouk, she was small, powerful and mighty. She reminded me of myself SO much. Pierre was equally the best, very informative and friendly. They made this entire experience the best.I did this excursion with my daughter. Shes 10 years old and was so excited to do this. The group of individuals we were with, were the BEST. We all cheered eachother on and gave eachother feedback on how our experiences were. I cannot explain in words how great of a feeling that way. Both Pierre and Anouk talked about how amaze they were by that. So IF you decide to book this, be open, be friendly, cheer eachother ON, talk to eachother... it makes the experience better. I wanted my child to have the best time of her life so i purposely spoke to everyone and cheered for everyone during there turns.The boat ride was great. I wish they had the option to book a few hours with Pierre and Anouk on a boat ride. They are just THAT much fun. Or even AFTER the parasail, having the option to still hang out for 30mins more on a little ride. I would of paid extra for that.Both Anouk and Pierre go through the rules. They demo how the equipment goes on. Then pair by pair, we all took turns getting geared up. We had life vest on and the parasailing gear. When it was my turn, i felt that the equipment was solid and it felt safe while in the air. They showed us how to access the emergency parachute if needed as well.Overall this was the highlight of our entire trip. Being that high up in the air, seeing the open ocean and being free. The staff was so helpful and friendly which made this experience even better. I cant wait to come back. I would do this again and also try the banana boat. It looks like alot of fun. Btw PAY for the photos. Anouk took over 100 photos and they were amazing.

HANDS DOWN THIS WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! We opted for the 2 activity package and Parasailing is absolutely AMAZING! I am afraid of heights and found this to be the best thing Ive ever done. The staff is Excellent! The team of Landon and Tom was perfect, with jokes, knowledgeability, and prowess was absolutely phenomenal. They made this experience even better than expected. Tom is an expert in every sense of the word. We opted to "not get wet", and he was able to dip just our feet in the water from so far out!!! It was fantastic! This was so good that I wanted to go again before we even landed back on deck, WITHOUT GETTING IN THE WATER😃😲🤯😲😃OH MY, the view was spectacular! We could see all around Miami! It was so calm and serene being up that high in the air. We thought it would be so different, but it was supremely relaxing and pleasant!!! If I could I would do this over and over again!Afterwards we ran Jet-skiis!!! These are fast! 51mph fast! The instructions and safety precautions were precise and easy to understand! Lap after lap of the "Fast Zone" was soooo much fun! Apologies that I cannot remember the leads name, but he had the camo gaiter on and was on point with everything!!!This was an AWESOME experience through and through. What a great day, with a great place to have it, and an awesome team to provide it. Bravo Miami Watersports, Bravo!Shout out to "Flash".... LoL 😂

The experience and customer service was amazing. I was able to communicate with Annabelle through email in advance who addressed all my questions. When attempting to arrive for my reservation traffic was blocked in multiple directions so my driver could not drop me off but Angel picked me up and got me to the location safely. Last but not least Jason did an excellent job as my flyboarding instructor. I highly recommend.

OMG!!! This parasailing experience was so much fun!!! My sweetie and I went and LOVED IT!!! The captain was hilarious as hell and all the staff were all very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! Blacki was a very big help! Sam and Tom had us all cracking up and they really made the experience even more fun. The boat ride is relaxing and the weather was perfect! We would definitely do it again!
