Miami Design District in Miami Lakes

A fast casual diners delight right in the heart of the Design District, Miamis hottest center of haute couture located minutes from downtown and a galaxy away from ordinary.Oh, the pho was delish, along with a zesty healthy spring roll thingee that simple melted in the mouth the way all good bites do.The nice super competent fellow did a bang up job preparing our chicken pho and roll. Pleasant, efficient, detailed .. One day this young dude just might open a few restaurants here in the Magic City or, who knows, Paris or Gstadd perhaps?Whatev .. for pho in midtown, its where I go!

Was amazing. Its a wonderful place, but too expensive. Although has beautiful restaurants and many kind of places to walk and take pictures.

A street of cool boutiques where you can walk and see installations and buy branded items.There are bars and cafes, there are not many of them, where you can drink coffee and other drinks.You can also make bright photo content. Use bright clothes. There are many lounge areas.

Always something new to see. Becoming a tourist destination so prices are getting high to eat. I suggest the putter neighborhoods for food but for art this is the place.

The high end shopping area of Miami with every exclusive name you can think of. Yet, also has some normal stores that regular folks can swing. It’s beautiful with restaurants, Tesla store, and some fitness stops. I love Swan Restaurant which I’ve gone to several times. I wish it stayed open past 7pm. Just not enough hours to really look around if you go in the evening. Safe and clean, it’s a must when visiting or living in Miami and guests come to stay. Truly Miami!

The Miami Design District is a neighborhood dedicated to innovative fashion, design, architecture and dining experiences. Definitely my favorite place in the city.

Dior, Channel, Prada, Gucci and MANY MORE..... if this catches your attention you will love it there. Parking spaces not expensive and are numerous utilizing garages, valet and some street parking is available during the day. There are Pedestrian walkways to stroll between the businesses.The sales associates are helpful courteous but not pushy. Nice place to walk and shop at one location seven days a week.

Miami design district has tons of high-end shops and brands and great food.It is nice layed out over several blocks and building.It is like Rodeo Dr. On steroids.

The design district has it all from Tom Ford, Givenchy, Prada, Cartier, Louis Voitton, Gucci, Versace all in a five square blocks radius in a outdoor setting several places to eat five star restaurants all around. Be ready to shop till you drop wear comfortable shoes and light clothing.

Beautiful area, but almost scared to walk in most places. But that is mainly because I dont put value in high end designer brands, I would much rather spend 15k on a week vacation than a designer outfit. But was cool to see some of these things up close

High end shopping, dining and Entertainment all in one stop. Gucci, Prada, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Versace, Valentino, Cartier and many more. They are all there😍 Love it!!

Interesting revival of a famous design district into basically super high end shopping. Not sure any designers could afford to be there. But its nice. Way overpriced, a medium (about 6 ozlemonade was $9 so I declined. Its worth a stroll and the free Modern Art museum is there. Parking is plentiful and nearby in Midtown Miami are some great unique restaurants.

My family and I went here with some friends and we grabbed some lunch before walking around for a while. It was a lovely time and there was lots of stores to shop in and art to look at. It would’ve been a 5 star review if it wasn’t hot 🥵

This is a very nice area in downtown Miami with some very high end stores. This has all of the designer stores that one could wish for, and many fine jewelry shops as well. It is not great for casual shopping as so many of the stores are very expensive, but it is still a fun place to visit.

While sure it’s a big tourist thing, it’s honestly really beautiful. I come here more often than most Miami locals probably do, but I think the stores are fun to walk through and the plazas are really great for photo ops and the occasional art installation. The stores here are the more runway-focused type, so expect more from new collections and limited edition pieces rather than the more standard stuff you’d find at a normal LV or Dior. It also has one of the best parking deals in Miami, $3 for 4 hours and even $5 valet.

Usually, youll find insta-skanks clogging the walkways, acting like the next Kardashian. If theyre reading this, remember, youre the inconvenience, not me.

My husband and I love walking around the Design District and people watching. Most everything is sadly out of our price range but we certainly enjoy ourselves anyhow. Ice cold water is free at Mia Miami Market, fyi. 😄

Miami Design District is a beautiful outdoor shopping area, filled with stores side by side for a few blocks. All the stores are high end name brands, normal prices, not outlets. The stores are different than your local bodega area, these name brand stores vary from 2-5 floors worth of a gallery of different products that are traditionally show cased at your local version of the store. Beautiful to walk around, delicious food right by the stores and the scenery is very photogenic! Highly recommended to come by and take a stroll around to visit these stores and enjoy the aesthetic.

The Design District is my best neighbor!! With very modern architecture, upscale interior design stores, Luxury brands , well know fashion designers and jewelry boutiques, nice restaurants like Michaels and COTE .. great area to walk and delight your eyes !! The best upscale area in Miami located next to Midtown.

This place is more of an outdoor mall with Brand stores.The “ design “ of the area is actually really nice and worth it if you want to just walk around and enjoy the day.There are plenty of ice cream shops and restos ( MIA food market if you want to grab a bite.

What a great to visit . The stores in this area are the amazing high end stores you find in only the ritziest of towns . The walk through this area is what brings to your attention thr beautiful and interesting public art that line the walk ways and courts of the Miami design district . If you come here to shop or if you come here to window shop you will be also be entertained by the pieces of art along your way through the district.

Lots of fancy stores, little restaurants and awesome statues all over! Loved the place -will be back. We came to Dior cafe -but the wait line was 2 hours..

The De La Cruz Collection is a hidden gem in the design district. A large white 3 story building filled with modern and contemporary diverse art containing paintings to sculptures to photography. The collection comes from various international to domestic artists. It is not well advertised so there was no crowd. It is somewhat private so you have to register to enter. It is free. The attendants inside would act as your guides if you needed there assistance for detailed information about the art. The 3 floor are arranged beautifully. The is quite a lot to absorb. Well worth the visit. You could spend under an hour there or much more depending on you appreciation of whats contained there within. Museum parking lot right across the street. That building was art in itself. Rates reasonable. No gift shop. No food. Bathrooms, of course.

Inspiring 🙌I feel so creatively inspired by everything in the design district. My mind is overflowing with ideas and visuals.The stores, cafes and experience is so beautiful.Even if you’re not into shopping at designer brands, it’s worth taking a walk through the streets.We came on a Sunday and it was much quieter than I expected. The clothes stores are all open on Sunday, but the furniture stores were not.

They often have some strange or interesting art scattered throughout the outdoor shopping plaza which I enjoy, but the rest of the scene is not my style. People are usually friendly and are on a mission to shop until they drop at any of the numerous luxury brand stores. Great for people watching though, as are most art& design-centric areas.

Is a fancy neighborhood in Miami! Is really nice to walk around , the shop are the top ones, and even being the expensive a one a always has a line! You have many places to grab a coffe and also cool art areas to take pictures! Fancy rest as well to go for brunch/dinner!

The Design District is a joy for the eye! The architecture is wonderful from the buildings, structures, murals, lighting and so much more. There is so much for the eye and mind to take in.

Very cool shops. Restaurants are everywhere. You can easily spend the day here just walking around. Parking is not too bad.

This place is amazing!! I love the district! The designer stores are huge and so beautiful from outside and inside. You will find a variety of all the interesting and international high end brands. Restaurants are available in the district too.

Whether you are a local or visitor, Miami Design District will treat its visitors to great dining for all budgets. There are well renown restaurants for those with deep pockets as well as more affordable options at the eatery with a variety of different cuisines. the district is always evolving so for the most part here will always be something new. Now lets be real, whether we are there as window shoppers or shoppers with a reserved shopping appointment, makes no difference. The District treats our eyes to the glamor of luxury brands, world renowned fashion brands, high end jewelries, and the occasional sighting of famous artist and professional athletes. The ostentisity of each of the flagship luxury brands are each an architectural jewel and the window displays seem as of created as if ti be used in dynamic art events. There is always something happening, such as great concerts and much more.

The district is nice with a lot of designer stores and art galleries. Plenty of cheap parking in the area and close to Winwood. They are always creating some experience in the jungle plaza. Recently they built a structure for Chanel. The Palm court has a few stores and food plaza with love music on the weekends. Sometimes they also host a special event with cars. Its always good to check the events to plan ahead.

Such a cool place! Mostly high end shops and boutiques with modern design/architecture. Ample Tesla chargers in the Museum Garage with a very reasonable rates. Kid and dog friendly with water dishes and playground equipment. Definitely check out the MIA Market for a wide variety of food options.

Magnificent luxury stores with a tremendous effort in each ones Design, nonetheless in harmony with each other despite their own originality. You could park your car underneath Target / Marshal across the highway, or use the public parking (?), or the fancy one (watch the entrance, you cant miss it, directly imported from the future, but is it as pricy as it looks ??). Worth a nice 2 hour walk, or more, if the weather is fair...

We initially came to checkout the following pop-up spots listed as open on Google;The LV installation- removed in JanuaryThe Fendi Cafe- replaced by OTL CafèThe Dior Cafè- reservation requiredWe ended up just walking around, shopping, and enjoying the random sculptures and statues that seemed to be around every corner. Make sure you call and check the status of any pop-up shops or installations, before you make the trip, unless you also plan to shop and snap some cool pics!

Nice, lots of art centres for free! Theres sooooo much to see for free, lots of art museums/stores you can go to no charge and view sculptures etc.I advise going here and having a look around. We were fearful because of the area nearby but during the day its perfectly safe and surrounded by upscale people.Just dont do like I did and get all excited when you see the omega swimming pool and think you discovered a place to go swimming !!!!! Its fake!man was I shocked when I went to go dip my toes in the pool and saw a kid walking across the water like Jesus!

This is an amazing place to escape when you rarely go out. I had a great time seeing people shopping and enjoying themselves. The Fendi Cafe was awesome too

Beautiful piece of art. This place it’s not only a shopping center, it’s a really art piece. All the buildings have excepcional designs and all decorations around super nice. A pleasure to walk around in the mean time you can do you shopping in the most exclusive names stores.

This is such a great area with a variety of great (but high endshops. There are quite a few picture taking opportunities, as well. It’s a very unique area although it can become quite congested when driving through the area in terms of traffic. The parking situation was not bad though (excluding parallel street parking).

I really enjoyed the visit to The Design District. Even if you are no on the shopping mood theres nice restaurants and places to grab a drink or take sone good pictures. The architecture is amazing and the atmosphere is unique. I will definitely come to visit this district again.

Lots of fancy designer stores. I loved watching influencers in the wild here. It can be really entertaining watching their behind the scenes photo ops.Security was a little uptight but since I’m not from here, I’m going to let that go. I wouldn’t know what they have to deal with on daily basis which could’ve made them so uptight.Modern design of the buildings is admirable.Stores had discounts going on, some very steep. Maybe it’s the Covid effect, but hey it works out for the consumer..

They have some of the best shops in the world. Any luxury good you are looking for you will find it there plus more. Something are unique to those stores. Even if you don’t buy anything there are a lot of good restaurants around and beautiful art and architecture to look around.

High-end brands, fabulous architecture, unusual forms, delicious cafe spots — not sure what else you might want from a design district. It’s not difficult to get around — the maps places in multiple places make it even easier. Every brand has a different art and feeling which pleases your eyes in multiple ways. Amazing spot for a morning or late afternoon stroll to avoid the scorching sun.
