Mi Ranchito Restaurant in Pueblo

Was recommended to me by a Pueblo resident was very pleasantly surprised really great food great atmosphere would love to come back and have a nice whole dinner

Had to leave, the smell of sewage was too much to bear. Host sat in kitchen staring at us while we waited patiently. Looking around, there were several open tables. I guess you must enjoy the smell of feces in order to eat here. Health Department should pay them a visit.

Not worth the price. For what they serve. Also if you advertise dinner special and end it at three it is not dinner. It is more like lunch. Fill your tacos and enchiladas with more meats for what you charge

I usually get it to go so I cant rate the atmosphere fairly, but the food and the service is excellent.

I called in for a pick up and I was told it would take 10 min. But when I got there my food was sitting there on the table while I was there another 10 min. and no one wanted to cash me out so I left. They didnt even offer a free drink!!! I will never order from them again. I dont like cold food!!!!! 😔

They couldnt even take a to go order right! Over charged and my order wrong! The person in charge was rude and cussed at me in spanish as I left. Luckily I speak spanish! Horrible service! Ill never go back!! The guy was wearing a grey shirt and glasses! I was literally just there! Talk about rude!! Hes suppose to be the one in charge! What a joke!!

If theres a line at the door, wait it out! The food here is terrific. The short wait to be seated is offset by the fast service. Excellent chips to start with fresh salsa that had just the right amount of heat. Plates also come with rice and beans (like combo plates), and servings are big and very hot. Beautiful murals on the walls and friendly service made this a place were glad we went to.

Thus is our favorite Mexican restaurant in all of pueblo! Ask for Jose as your server. Hes the best!

Food wasnt bad, just felt like for a Mexican restaurant there could have been much more options and better selection. I just didnt feel there was much, older style inside but service was excellent and the prices were decent.

Excellent food every time. Wait staff is hit or miss, seems there have a hard time finding people but thats normal nowadays.

Its pretty sad when the manager Shawn wants to argue with you because hes not doing his job been eating here for a long time well sorry lost my business need Andrew back there!!! The rest of the staff is awesome!!!

I was immediately unimpressed with the presentation of this place & was tempted to leave. I’m glad I didn’t because it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the menu was simple, & the staff was thoughtful. I had a killer Bloody Mary & a pretty good Carne Asada, however, it wasn’t traditional. Even so, it was well cooked & everything was done in a timely manner at an inexpensive price. You could feel a sense of community as you watched locals meetup with each other & overall was just a very nice evening.

Always good food, had the shtedded beef sopapoilla wife had a combo lots of food

Friendly atmosphere and good food at a very fair price.

One of our favorite spots for date night dinner.We love their fajitas, menudo, posole, tacos, tostadas basically everything!!! Always a great price too!

They have plenty of parking and in door out, & door sitting. So if you want a great place to eat Mexican good food check out this comfortable cozy place to eat and to have drinks with Family and Friends for many occasions. Food very good. Online prices are wrong and actual prices are much higher. Just FYI. I will order from them again. The girls were very nice!

Probably one of the best places for chicken tacos on white. Sadly they dont serve fideo to go with the tacos. 😄

Customer service is terrible, they run a taco Thursday special, but either dont answer or they do and leave you on hold and never pick up, the food used to be excellent but just like the service everything is going down hill altogether

Weve been here alot and food has been getting worse this last year. We normally do take out. This time enchiladas came with very little chile and ordered flautas with chili and no chile with a charge for the chile Very unhappy the last few times and will not return.

I had a smothered burrito, and it was excellent. The staff here are very attentive, although sometime a bit slow, but then again its a very busy restaurant at times. Definitely coming back for more!

Was actually a really nice place glad I took the time out my day and tried a new spot will definitely be coming back. The waitress was kind and attentive to our needs. Great overall experience

We ordered cheese enchiladas and a stuffed sopapia to go and the food was cold. I was going less then 2 miles away from the restaurant so it isn’t like there was a great amount of time for the food to be cold. But the real reason for my complaint is about the door greeter. She is very rude and should not be dealing with customers at all. I handed her a 50 dollar bill and she snatched it out of my hand and says my order is almost up. Her whole demeanor was standoffish and had that hateful look on her face. Then she gives back my change and says she’s short a dollar and hands me my food. She comes back with the dollar she owed me and I hand my hand out and I know she saw it out and she just tossed it on the podium. She didn’t even say have a nice day or anything. I paid $40.80 for rudeness and a cold meal needless to say I won’t be going back and I won’t have any problems telling people not to come here either. I would of got better quality getting a taquito off a roller grill and definitely way better customer service from a 711. I normally don’t ever complain about anything but this really got under my skin

The food was actually pretty good. 7 of us had Mexican dishes and liked them. Big portions. I had a cheeseburger which was tasty. More fries please. The wait was pretty long since they only had one cook but they kept the chips and salsa coming. I would go Again.

This is the last time we will go there! We went in and they were busy and said they were short staffed and it would be a few minutes . We were perfectly fine with that and would wait. After 30 minutes no one ever made any attempt to clean a table and seat us. No one ever acknowledged We were still waiting. Im in the food industry and understand how things can happen but to just ignore a customer is very unprofessional. We like the food and frequently go there but no longer will I give them my business. We try to patronize local restaurants but no longer this one.

Came to visit from out of state!! I missed Smothered burritos when I moved!!! Great starting chips and salsa!! Fast service!! The waiter brought our drinks quick and our food was on point!! Smothered burritos, chicken quesadillas as a starter, enchiladas and a mango margarita!! Coming back when I visit!!

Stopped here for some lunch and drinks before the state fair. Chips and salsa were yummy! The margarita I got was good too but a bit strong for my taste. Partner got tacos, rice, and beans platter and said it was good. Service was friendly but a bit slow at lunch time - they did their best regardless. Wish the restaurant was a bit cleaner but this could have been due to them being understaffed and unable to clean thoroughly between tables. Nice vibe and restaurant - thank you!

Great food, they are a little under-staffed so the service was slow, but that is so common during the Pandemic that it didnt matter. Great Mexican food, everyone was happy. The barbacoa was amazing!

The food was great. You know me I judge the rice if thats good then the rest has to be good too. But then thats me. There was a lot and had to take some home.

We got seated right away on a friday night around 7pm. The staff is super kind and our waitress...I believe her name was Clara Ann...she was FABULOUS....omg she was so prompt,friendly, cheerful, definitely knows her stuff. She made the visit...GREAT!! The food was great and huge portions, free warm chips n salsa...great all around place for family dining.

Good food and quite busy, so I can tell this place is popular around here! I ordered the combination plate with 2 cheese enchiladas and a beef taco...but received a chicken tostada or something like that by accident instead of my taco. Still quite tasty though. Ill be back.

Everything is so good! The staff is kind and helpful!(especially in times of covid!And the steak fajita nachos are the best thing ever and they STAY CRISPY TO GO!!!

The wait staff here is AMAZING!! Super friendly and helpful. They have a $7.99 buffet during the week and a free chips and salsa bar in the evenings. They run daily specials including taco Thursday. My favorite is their tacos dorados with beans and rice! The other My Ranchito location in Blende is delicious as well!

Salsa bar! Not overly gigantic portions (which is good), amazing horchata (ton of cinnamon), friendly service.

Giving this place a 4 out of 5 star, for few reasons, prices are reasonable for what you get, must tries are the specialty plates, the Barbacoa and the lamb was really good and also the octopus tostadas( at least those are the ones we ordered the time we went there the first timethe location is a little on the sketchy side but it is not that bad, they serve breakfast menu for the kids all day, and base on what I read on their menu they have all you can eat buffet during certain hours for lunch 7days a week. It would have been rated 5 if the restaurant is more organized and clean, maybe a little updating will do, and I would suggest if they could change their coffee brand. Other than that we will be back because the food was awesome, staffs were friendly and accommodating.
