One bad customer experience throws a shodow on 10 positive. Typically slow and I forgot about you waiter service happening too often at this place. Nice atmosphere and food but no management. Yes I got the menu 25 min ago and Im still waiting just to be amused if he shows up again. I called manager after 35 min and addressed the issue, yes I had to stand up and do it. Manager was very calm and professional.

Great experience. Of all their services though, I am more impressed with the menus especially for breakfast. Not awide range but effective enough toImpress especially their porridge. 😋

Waiter excellent...however long wait for food , portion way too small for the price:burger meal equivalent to a junior burger cumbo.Shrimp entree should be placed in the appetizer sectionSteak was lost on the plateSoup cold.

There is not enough Jamaican Food here... and I think if I go to a country as in the Caribbean... Then local should be first... Melting Pot.... you need to have local beer...local dishes...

Visited with a cousin of mine and we had a lovely time, it was in the day but still a good customer experience. Theyre shrimp pasta was quite the treat and so was the wine... Truly a memorable experience

This restaurant has a nice menu, very nice staff n most of the time its private since sadly its not so well known ....probably because of its hidden location.

The vibe and customer service is very good. The food was only okay and not to mention service fees of 10% added to your bill. Which brings your tax totals to 26.5%. Too for just okay food.

I would have given this restaurant 5 stars for customer service but i had a incident were i slipped and fell and no one took the time to come and ask me how i was feeling.

While the ambiance left a bit to be desired, the food was lovely. Specifically the pumpkin soup, curry goat and roti. I would recommend for good food and servers.

Its was definitely a great food, customer service and ambience choice for us tonight.The cost of the food was average priced for a restaurant. There were a variety of food choices and they are flexible with it. So even though I was on a low carb diet, they were willing to swap out the carbs for the vegetables, no questions asked.The waitress was very patient and customer service oriented. Every other employee we came across was very friendly.The view was spectacular... We got the pool view. LovelyClean bathrooms, tables, everything... Great!I did mostly videos but next time I will take more pictures because I will be going back 😊

Nice posh restaurant located at Knutsford Court Hotel. Serves a variety of meals .. 3 course meal options. Delicious food to the last bite, very nice presentation. Nice ambience, romantic vibes for lovers. Courteous servers. Reasonably priced meals.

The food was great! We went for their Restaurant Week Nyam and Scram menu and left completely stuffed. The only downside was the wait, there were other patrons complaining that they had waited over an hour for their meals. The staff was also inattentive as we had to ask for our water to be refilled several times. Only go if you have at least two hours clear to spend, wouldnt recommend for a large group, they dont seem to be able to handle it.

With my dietary restrictions, its getting harder and harder to eat out. But Chef Sheldon seemed helpful in offering me something. With that, my meal was ok. Everybody else thoroughly enjoyed theirs. Drinks were good too. A bit on the expensive side. And even the place was empty, service was really slow. Not sure if my issues had anything to do with that.

Staff extremely friendly and the food is good. You may have to wait a little if the restaurant is full.

Food was great, but they only give change in Jamaican dollars for US dollar cash payments. On top of that there exchange rate is on the less generous side, giving 118, instead of 130 the time I was there.

Melting Pot is a nice location for dinner. The food is good and the staff is professional. The wait for the food can be long though even on days when the restaurant isnt crowded.

The atmosphere was excellent, the level of service was top of the line and the very best part of the experience... The food, the quality of the food served was a delectable and scrumptious and succulent. Eating at Melting pot was indeed a dining great experience.

Awful. Despite booking reservations for Restaurant Week 2017 a week in advance, they were not prepared for us and they had to move tables to accommodate us (even though the restaurant was almost empty). 2 out of the 3 dish offerings were unavailable...unless we were willing to wait 45 minutes (during our 1 hour lunch period). Repeated attempts to speak to manager while there were not met. We ended up walking out of the restaurant frustrated...at which point a manager appeared as we were walking towards our cars!

Visited for Restaurant Week 2014, and was not at all disappointed. Its nice setting and the staff are very polite and attentive. The food was pretty good and the presentation was excellent.
